It brought its spear forward lunging towards Cindel with a powerful single thrust! BD = 1 **MISS** Cindel pulled the same maneuver she did before, springing backwards and out ranging the goblin's spear's reach. The spear whiffed at nothing but empty space. He rushed the blade toward the final goblin and missed the top of the hair of the goblin. He growled and dashed back and sighed. What the hell? She twirled around him raising her rapier as she did aiming to pierce her foe square in its center. **Rolling Combat** BD: 2 **MISS** The goblin brought its spear up however, deflecting her rapier away from its body. It quickly brings its spear down in a slashing arch. **Rolling Combat** BD: 10 *HIT* DMG: 3 "AYEEEEEEEE!" Cindel cried out as the goblin's spear sliced into her torso knocking her to the ground with a critical hit! His blade missed the chest of the goblin and he looked at Cindel. " You recovered yet?" His face was filled with worry. It brought its spear down as it descended towards Cindel in an attempt to impale her. BD = 6 **HIT** DMG: 1 Cindel just narrowly avoided another critical hit, rolling off to the side. She couldn't save herself completely however. The goblin's spear still managed to strike her in the arm causing some minor damage. "Ugh!" He stood there and stood between her and and the goblin. Seeing her hurt was making him angry. In fact, his face was turning red from seeing all this. Trying to dance around the goblin, just outside its reach waiting for the right moment to attack. She was aware Klein was trying to position himself between her and the monster. *I'm not going to be a victim.* she told herself. Her moment came, she thrusted forward attempting another strike. **Rolling Combat** BD: 8 *HIT* DMG: 2 = 1+[1 Rapier Skill] A clean hit! It recovered from Cindel's blow quickly. Sneering at her it lunged forward with its spear! He swung hard right at the goblin as it was near him. His blade connect with the side of the goblin and he pushed as hard as he could at it trying to push it back. Becoming reckless would be a mistake. While the goblin was distracted, she followed Klein's slash with a jab of her own. **Rolling Combat** BD: 5 **MISS** No such luck. Based on the situation , he faked left and swung right hoping to throw the goblin off kilter. It worked! Blade swung right and slammed into the goblin sending it sprawling to the ground." The system assist took over lunging her forward at humanly impossible speeds. The final goblin exploded into pixel light as Cindel and her rapier plowed right through it. Their last foe was defeated with another critical hit. Cindel was content with her final performance. Especially having returned the favor to the mob that had previously done the same to her. "Those guys were definitely tougher than the boars we fought yesterday." She decided to sit down too, not far from Klein. Cindel took a moment to relax, looking outward at the lake, pretending not to notice Klein's embarrassment. "You did good too. Those goblins didn't stand a chance." she added with a smirk. "Games are great for that, one could say that's part of their purpose." she noted. "As long as we don't forget that this one in partiuclar isn't just a game anymore." she reminded him. Cindel stretched her legs out and lowered her head to stare at the sand. She brought her hand in front and began to doodle with her finger. Which almost caused her to miss Klein's question in her distraction. "Oh Tomorrow. Yeah! Thought I might play some SAO. Have you heard of it? Supposed to blow your mind away!
