So she knew she would have to start by baking her own bread by mixing a mixture of sifted flour, eggs, milk, sugar, butter and salt into a dough. She also knew that she would need yeast for this to work, as yeast can help the mixture expand. Therefore, Rebekah got to work on making the bread. She knew she would need to let the dough rest long enough in the kitchen prior to baking it. Therefore, there was a lot of work to be done. Right now, she still had a significant more products especially in the rare category to restock. She started by washing the avocado. She had placed a lot of avocados in the fridge in an attempt to slow down the rate at which the products were getting rip. At the same time, she also needed to make gravy sauce from beef trimmings and a stock of vegetables. Therefore she began cutting, peeling and washing the vegetables to place into the gravy stock. She wondered if she had enough gravy to last her the rest of this week. The rice preparation is one of the most important thing in the creation of sushi. It was told that chefs spend years just washing the rice and mastering the skill of cooking the rice before moving on to the harder tasks and more important positions as a sushi chef. Therefore, Rebekah knew she needed to wash the rice just enough and add enough vinegar and to perfect the cooking time. There is no rice cooker in Aincrad, so everything would have to be done by scratch. However, she had a lot of work to restock her shop. She decided that dessert was the way to go since everyone love desserts, including herself. She would then work her way to restocking the rest of her shop with meals and eventually snacks. She would also love to make a feast one day but that was for another time. Rebekah knew that it was going to be a lot of hard work to get everything back up and running after a long break. However, she enjoyed this challenge of getting her shop ready once again. While she love desserts, she knew that meals needed a lot of focus these days, so Rebekah got to work peeling potatoes. She would need to make a lot of french fries by scratch so she knew that she had a whole fifty pounds of kennebec potatoes to go through. Those Kennebecs were the perfect type of potatoes when trying to make food through deep frying using hot oil. It was the only type of potato she was able to get her hands on. She needed to stock up and make more desserts today. She got out the chocolate and pastry and got back to work. She loved baking, it was an exact science. All the ratios have already been decided and she got to work right away making the same recipe from scratch. There were only so many variation in desserts. With actual food, a chef must always taste the food, and adjust on the fly given the situation and the time of the day. For baking, there was no adjustments required. She knew that she needed more meals available for players including herself to grab and munch on while they are awaiting combat. Therefore, it was important for her to begin cooking once again. She had a lot of desserts but not enough meals. She hoped that she could find a way to gather enough meals so her stock would be full again. Luckily for Rebekah, there was no problem creating so much food at once. Since food does not expire in Aincrad in her shop, she could have them last indefinitely.
