[F29-PP-PT] Happy Late 21st B-Day (On The House)

"I'm sorry Ko you can't come with this time, I promise next time." The tiny three tailed saber cat was sitting by the front door. Setting the kettle with half filled water for Gaius for the morning tea. Eggs were already cooking with raspberry pancakes already stacked. What he didn't know is the eggs were from the ostrich the other day. There was a few uses left as she would have extra to put in a container for Eruda. This was a day that eventually was going to come. Years have gone and been sense lost in time. From her understanding it had been at least four and a half years, which meant that their big birthday has either already past or was about to be. The protein was already rich in taste so she really didn't have to add much with it. The hot cakes however was a new recipe, not telling her man that, she would let him decide if he liked it or not. Hearing the hissing sound, she turns quickly and takes it off the heat. Grabbing a few cups as she began to brew her coffee. Pouring the hot liquid into his cup and preparing Gaius's tea. After completion she would set it on the table and get back to the eggs, they were cooked perfectly. There was two pans going on the stove for a faster order to come out. Setting four eggs evenly on two separate plates while the others were placed into a container with the remaining cakes. Freya stops for a minute to breath...

Stirring the tea, she grabs her cup and pours the coffee. Putting some caramel syrup into it, she stirs that after adding some cream. Taking a sip with a nod of her head she turns with a bottle of butter based syrup and drizzles both plates. In another dish she would dump some in and place a lid on it. Placing all the stuff for Eruda into a small bag with a fork tossed in. "GAIUS FOODS READY, WE ARE LEAVING SOON." Opening her HUD she will send Eruda a message:

With a chime the message was sent, she would sit at the table and start eating her food, while sipping that coffee cautiously so she didn't choke. "GAIUS COME ON!" She knew that he had been busy but he said that he wasn't today. This was going to be a fun day, at least that was the hopes.

Laying in bed, staring at the ceiling, she really didn't want to get up yet. Everyday for nearly 3 weeks she has been up at four am. It was like her brain was hard wired to get up at that time. Blinking one, then twice with light flutters and she was out again. She wakes up to her HUD chiming and Rasarai hopping onto the bed. Running across she starts licking Eruda's face, "Okay okay I'm up," saying as she was trying to shield her face from the licking machine. She sits up, pulls her legs underneath her and holds to blanket up. The wolf was barking playfully now, as she leaps over her familiar covering her with the sheet, Eruda rolls of the bed with a -THUMP-. Closing her eyes for a moment, she opens then finding a big blue patched black head hanging over the ledge looking down at her with the head twisted sideways. Laughing started to escape her as she gets to her feet. Checking her HUD now, it was Freya. Had it really been that long? Trying to think about timey whimy stuff in a place that could barely do it. She knew that it had been a long while but was unsure of just how much time.

Getting dressed now, she would wear the new pink dress that she made the other day. It seemed like a special time to wear it. She had never been to floor 29, not since it opened up. She was wondering what was so exciting about the place that they had to go there for a birthday celebration. There was no one really that she wanted to bring, Raidou was obviously out and Griswold they would probably do a family dinner at Calagin's burger joint later. A deep breath as she pulls up her hairs with a light blue hair ribbon. Gathering what little she had to grab, she walks down stairs patting her wolf on the way out. Wondering down the path, over a bridge of water and toward the warp gate, this was going to be an interesting day if Freya was choosing the location this year.

The man rolled out of bed with a solid thud, it was a rough last couple days. He'd fish around his piled up clothes and huff a couple to find one that wasn't covered in crab bits. Rubbing his face, the man was hella exhausted with a dazed stare. He'd move for the stairs, clutching the railing like a life line as the guy tosses his shirt over his right shoulder and comes down in his boxers. The place wasn't open, so he didn't need to worry about flashing the customers. A set of animals beat feet meat across the mainstay almost causing him to trip over them. The smell of tea works almost like a lure, drawing him straight to the scent. Falling into the chair, he would start to fight his shirt on like a net and getting stuck all awkward in it with his arm hanging out all weird. "Where we going?" The man asks his other half, as he'd look down with dreary eyes trying to blink enough to get his vision clear.

Finishing her plate of food, watching Gaius come down the stairs like a zombie with no pants. She couldn't help but smile, forcing herself not to spit out that coffee that she just took a drink of. With a huge gulp, if would painful go down. "So I have been stuck on something for a few days now." Getting from her chair collecting her dish, trying to make sense of the thoughts that were rushing through her head. "I don't know exactly how long we've been in this game but I do know it's been at least 4 1/2 years." Picking up her cup, drinking the rest of the liquid that it had to offer. Whipping her mouth with a hand, "I promised myself that whatever state me and my sister were in, we would go out and drink on our 21st birthday." Washing her dishes under steaming hot water. Gathering a few things from the cabinets, "When I was going through Rai's notes there was this place that allowed us to feel like your drunk I guess. Gaius ACTUALLY feel." 

Just thinking about it made her skin crawl. Being in this game, you couldn't feel anything beside the tiredness of energy in combat. All those feeling of pain ect were gone. This was something that she wasn't going to believe till she did it herself, besides it was the closest thing to the outside world. She couldn't pass it up. Setting a bag on the table, she was ready to go. "If you don't want to I can understand. Also you are planning to pants if you go right?" She was okay with it but she feels like she would outright murder anyone that set eyes on him like that... Ko starts to hover around her feet, glancing down, "I really don't think your gonna like the water, I'm sorry."

The man would begin to hoover off the plate, finding the food to be quite refined. It was almost as if Freya had improved years overnight. He'd pause, slow his consumption down and start to turn his tongue and truly taste it. It wasn't just filling the day out, given the man could eat like a horse. Or a horse. "Hmm, Freya your cooking is much much better. Been reading?" The guy remarks thinking that maybe she'd found some sort of self help manual, given that the seasoning was much more balanced and the quality had easily jumped up two octaves. Taking his cup of tea having finished his meal much slower then usual, allowing his palette to really appraise it. "Booze huh? Yeah I suppose I can wear some pants. Don't really want to flash the locals" Putting his silverware on the plate, he'd carry both it and the cup in his other. To the sink.

Heading up the stairs, he'd start digging through piles, finding a pair. Hopping up, he'd get a leg in and start to bounce around. A crash as he falls causing the stuff on his end table to wobble around. Pulling them up and zipping them, he performs a handspring and pops some part of his neck. A flash of silver light as he reaches into his sternum and plucks free Brionac, causing him to shutter a bit. "Hng, still weird." spinning it up and tucking most of the rod behind his right shoulder. Down the stairs it looked like Freya was settled up.

Seeing Gaius walking down the stairs, "To be honest you look better without." Taking the strap on the bag, pulling it over her left shoulder. "Not so much reading more of," pausing for a moment unsure if she wanted to spoil her tricks. It was the only thing that she had on him, also knew that it would drive him insane to know who was teaching her. They also promised no secrets, "I found another who taught me a few things," it wasn't a lie... Freya puts the kids into the bathroom before they head out.

Moving floors to the tavern on 29, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of players here. It almost seemed vacant, but they would move forward. Grabbing a hand, inter locking there fingers together, she started to wonder if all of this was real. Could they really get drunk in the game, or was it just another trick. Only time would tell, regardless she was super excited. Seeing her sister walk up now, it was time to go. Freya would talk to one of the locals as a prompt would show up on her screen. Excepting and sharing it to everyone, they begin to walk down to the docks. Eruda was wearing a cute pink dress, it wasn't one that she had recognized. "You make it yourself," gesturing to the outfit Eruda was wearing. 

Standing there for a moment, she sees the ship start to come closer. "Well I guess that is our ride," saying as it seemed as though the boat was not slowing down. "Uh maybe it has an emergency button," as it was getting really close really fast. Pulling Gaius back as Eruda scampers back herself, the ship crashes into the docks. Wood flies everywhere, Eruda pulls up her shield and steps in front blocking the chunks coming at them. Their ride comes to a complete halt now, as Nisa pokes her head out of the captains quarters window.

The boat careening off to one side, this was a whole shit load more difficult when it was just her. He was quite the navigator in her time but being a one man crew still made it borderline impossible. "Beep Beep. Nyoom. Ah Wachou Wachou." The girl extrudes with a grin without even the slightest bit of remorse as it is pile driven right through the docks. "How we doing goons? See any good movies, lately? How bout that breakfast, am I right?" The woman remarks as she'd move toward the side of the ship, as the whole thing settles now beached halfway into the dock. It leans slightly to one side allowing crap on top to just flop off and splash into the water.

Somehow she was not surprised to see Nisahime on the ship, driving it was a bit weird given that she crashed the ship and yet it was still okay. "Movies nah, books are more my speed," climbing up the rope after placing her shield back behind her. Getting over the side, it smelt like ocean water. Looking around the cargo bay, the last time she was on a boat they almost tipped it and set it on fire. The giant fish didn't like that they were cruising on it's waters. Walking past a bag that looked like there was a crap ton of Col in it. She knew that Simmone had plenty for the guild, besides it was not hers so why would she take it. It was either Nisahime's or whoms ever poor soul she took this ship from. Walking back to the group she would sit on one of the benches that were attached to the wood and look out. "You still haven't said where you are taking us," a quick glance to Freya and right back toward the large blue liquid. It really was pretty, "And yes I did make it myself." She says this with a smile, proud of her accomplishments back at the house.
