[F4-PP-PT] Unbridalled Fury

Trekking through the cold environment of floor 4. There was something that she had always wanted to do. There was so much snow here, it would make what she was going to do easier simply because she wouldn't run out. Coming to a clearing near the frozen over lake. This was not the one by Mari's house this time, it was a pure accident that she was there last time. Given that Mari had said in little words that there was someone in her house she clearly didn't want others to know about, Eruda would not invade that privacy.

Walking away from the iced rink she would rub her hands together quickly. Pulling them away from one another her hands light ablaze of blue fire. Getting down on her knees she places her hand down on the ground. The snow melts around her and as she concentrates further more would melt away. When there is a 10 by 10 foot radius of pure green grass, she lifts her hand up. Twister her hands together inches apart the fire would become more of a solid form. She smiles an sets it directly in the middle of the circle. It was a medium sized flame that did not burn but provided heat for anyone in her party. It would not go out unless she wished it to. The small camp fire with no kindle was ready. This was something she learned to do a while ago, purely by accident the first time. The meditation really helped control those strong hateful feelings that she had for her mother. 

Getting to the edge of the circle she would start patting snow up just before the grass. Going all the way around, leaving a 3 foot hole for the doorway. Taking a deep breath standing there looking at the progress. Looking to the clock in the lower right side of her peripheral, she sighs. It had taken her two hours just to get a 2 inch wall up. It was suppose to look like an igloo when it was completed. She needed help, she pulling up her HUD to send a message.

With the chime of her HUD the message would be sent. Looking at the very little she'd done in so much passed time with a glare, she needed a break. Taking out her ice skates, sitting down to put them on making sure she didn't destroy her progress in doing so. She goes to the rink and starts gliding across the ice. She wasn't perfect, she couldn't do twists and twirls or jumps yet but she was definitely getting the hang of it. She had been taking a break from making outfits, it was starting the get crowded in that room. Her thick white coat swirling with every movement made, she would wait for a response.

[Raidou 1]

The notification catches the man as he's wandering out of a small building in Urbus, the collection of bagged groceries in a paper bag held tight against his left shoulder. Raidou flicks his hand off to the side, as he repositions the bag and peers past it. Tapping the little flashing envelope his HUD pops open, and he clutches that bag in both hands. A little curious as to what she was up to, she'd been on some sort of activity kick these last couple days. Probably going a little stir crazy given she was likely used to running around doing quests and all that hubbub. The man would quickly type out a response by lifting the sack and taking advantage of the time before the weight returned.

"Yerp, tweo secvonmds"

The message flies away, typos and all. Toward the warp pad, the man is whisked away toward the town some 20 floors above. To drop off the things that he'd aimed to attempt cooking with again, starting to become a bit more practiced. Shoving it all away in the fridge, he'd trigger tracking to locate Elda. Floor 4, the exact position blaring back at him. Raidou reaches up for his neck, clutching that glass pearl and repeating the exact coordinates down to the decimal plus 2 on the x axis. Reality folds as he steps through the gate, finding the immediate chill of the floor. His breath hot and white. He'd spot a half finished igloo and Elda skating around on a patch of ice dressed like an eskimo in a big puffy white winter coat. It was a rather strange scene and wasn't quite one he had expected. "Uh Elda?" He'd comment out rather limply, fiddling with his glasses that were a little off kilter do to his haste.

Skating was getting easier, it was almost forth writ. A chime of her HUD, she opens the message and starts laughing. Either he was busy doing something when he sent it of drunk but that didn't seem like him. She starts to gain speed, her balance was getting loads better than it had been and so was those even strides against the ice. Hearing her name from behind her she turns a bit to look toward him with a smile, "Ooo Rai you have to help I..." dropping her sentence as she realized she was not slowing down. "Crap I..." trying to figure out the best way to stop or slow or something. She was getting close way to fast, if she turned her feet in she would crash to the ice. She could turn but the it would most likely turn into giving herself a white wash. She really hoped for his sake that he had good balance. Slamming into him, arms were latched onto his chest. "God I'm sorry," saying as she softly kisses him in almost a panic. Those small pecks go to his cheek, to his neck before leaning her forehead against him. "I have learn to skate pretty well but I have not figured out the stopping part." After a moment she would look up to meet his gaze. "I uh..." she was lost all words gone.

After a minute "Sorry," shaking her head and closing her eyes. Her face was flushed, wasn't sure if it was from the cold or from the embarrassment. Taking a deep breath as she stares angrily at the ground. "I was never able to be a kid, someone had to be the adult. I want to build a snow man and an ig... " looking to the started ice hut. It was not going to be done by dinner time even with two people. "Forget the igloo, help me build a snow person then we can go home, please." The blue flame was still going on the patch of grass that was clear from the snow. "I even brought a carrot and small rocks, oh and a fancy top hat." She pulls out the items as the hat pops out like a bunny would from a hat.

[Raidou 1]

Getting absolutely pile driven by Eruda going full salvo, the man manages to stop her dead by allowing her momentum to flow past him and disperse before colliding with his chest. "Easy. Easy" The man remarks as if telling the force to fade away. He'd slide a bit but remain on his feet, given he'd easily handled much more then that. Hell there was that time he parried a ship. "To stop, all you need to do is pivot abruptly and lean against the direction your heading." Raidou offered the quick and easy lesson as she'd begin to get all flustered. "You're not getting out of this that easily, especially after dragging me all this way." Raidou remarks pulling her in close with a mischievous smile and a chuckle, reversing her and beginning to type on his screen in a way she could see it clearly. He'd type out a message straight to the one person he knew knew how to have fun on this floor. After a few dramatic tapings, he'd press send and see it whisked away on the digital carrier pigeon. "This isn't really or hasn't really been my bag. But that won't stop me from trying." Raidou remarked rubbing his hands through the girls hair.

Helping the girl off the ice to take off her skates, he'd begin to help her settle in before the hopeful arrival of the last little participant. Hopefully the message he'd sent would be convincing enough. It would be good for the both of them.

[Ruri 0]

A sharp inhale sees the girl stem a bundle of nerves caught in her chest, given the last time she was on this floor she was trapped in much darker thoughts. The message from Rai encouraged her out here, and as of late the guy had been more then his share of supportive. Exhaling in a thick cloud of hot white, the little bluenette would pull her hood up and stuff her hands into her pockets. The cold air burned her nostrils, the orange light in the inn as she passed it by did nothing to persuade her that this was a good idea. All the little things added up to the fact she was a stranger to this world still, and what little space that the girl had carved out as her own was so very small.

It doesn't take her long before she would show up, and lock eyes with Raidou and 'that girl' and her demeanor sours. The guy had mentioned her being here, and that she needed help but... Watching them laugh and joke, playing and having a good time did nothing more then sting. She'd stop dead and start to dwell on those same dark thoughts. Like she was intruding, invading their privacy. Being a third wheel, being annoying.

*pbth*

Something soft explodes on the back of her head, sending a spray of white powder and giving her a sense of shock. Turning around to see the guy flicking a snowball up and down with a grin as wide as a river "Raidou, you damn jerk!" Stomping through the snow with the pure ferocity of a spicy kitten. The girl was seriously debating punching him one. Square in those big dumb glasses. Tapping two balled up fists on his chest, he'd take down her hood and wipe the tears under her eyes.

*thud*

The girl buries her face in his chest, finding herself just a little overwhelmed.

"I'll remember that next time," saying as he pulls her back in she would laugh with him but then he would shift her around. Nuzzling up against his shoulder, watching him type a message. Glancing to the name, "But Rai she hates me and I..." she was cut off rather abruptly. She sighs at his words as he brushes his hands against her head. "Fine, I'll try" looking up at him with a smile. She knew how much Ruri and Haine meant to him, but she also knew that she royal fucked up last time she tried talking to the girl. Not only that but she was there when Jubilex tried latching to her. She was trying to be a better person, not so demanding unless she had to. Trying to be funner in a way even if she looked dumb doing it. Raidou would help her get the skates off and she would sit next to the fire to warm up for a minute before they had another visitor. 

Seeing the girl staring her down, Raidou would try to loosen the mood by throwing a snow ball at her. The girls face was beet red, most likely from the cold weather or could be from another source that wasn't being seen at first glance. Calling the man a jerk and almost running to him, that bright blue hair was visible now. Eruda would let this ride a bit longer before moving to them.

Picking up her flame, feet crunching against the fresh snow. She would keep her distance for the moment or until she knew she wasn't going to get her head bit of by the viper. They could all feel the heat from the blue flame she was holding, the warmth would feel nice  after a decent walk here. "I'm sorry Ruri, can we please start over." Eruda would set the fire down, it would melt a small area still providing heat to them both. "I wanted help building a snow man, Rai says its not his cup of tea. He mentioned you were an expert at this type of stuff." Eruda would sigh when she saw the girl not budge. Eruda would look to Rai unsure what else to say. Every time in the past she would say to much and it would explode in her face. She didn't want that to happen. "The flame can't hurt you" is all she said before walking a bit away. Picking up some snow she would crunch it together into a ball and starting rolling it. Pieces kept fall off to the side, it looked more like an oval now, she couldn't help but smile. It looked really bad...

[Raidou 1]

Playing the part of mediator to prevent the girls from trying to kill each other softly, Raidou would look down to Ruri and place a hand on her shoulder. "She means well, give her a chance. We want you here with us." The man offers without any determinate force of her hands. She never was one to take to an idea unless it was hers, but simply making it known that she's wanted should provide quite the incentive that she needed to make her decision. Sliding away, the man would begin to rake his feet on the ice. The polished surface offering very little friction allowing him to drift gently across it. Floating so easily across it, he'd look in earnest to Ruru and Elda, hopping into a pirouette and slamming down backward to drift backwards. They needed the opportunity to bond, hoping fully that Eruda would avoid the probable explosion from Ruri in the process. Without the attempt though, it would never be mended.

The girl sported a rather sour expression, clearly having some hang up given the borderline trick. Raidou always knew how to withhold just the right amount of information to allow one to leap to their own conclusions. Ruri expected a battle, not a snowball fight or whatever. As Eruda would scamper away the warmth of her little fire trick didn't exactly provide any real impression. the bluenette would trace her teeth with her tongue, debating what she should do. A hand pressed into her shoulder causes her to turn to look up at the dude much taller then she was. "You dick." She comments as he just drops a bombshell and walks away. As he'd start to skate, the girl would imagine Haine sliding around with him. She cannot help but smile, albeit under irritation mixed with fond memory. Raidou had always been there, always been so supportive. Like a brother. Hell better then her brother, which she loved dearly.

Reaching into her pockets, she'd pull out a pair of mittens with no finger separation. Basically a pair of oven mitts designed for the cold. The snow would begin to cry out with every step.

*crunch*
     *crunch*
          *crunch*

An angry huff, she gets down on her knees and starts to roll up a hunk of snow into a misshapen ball. Eventually it starts to look like a rather large mound, and the smaller Ruri starts having trouble getting it to turn. Grunting against it, she gets it to roll one final time.

Seeing Rai skate around, the girl starts to form her own ball. In half the time it was twice the size of Eruda's. A small huff, she really didn't know what to say. She promised Rai that she would try, but how. Anything that she said could back fire at any second. Rolling her ball toward the girls, it was a little more that half the size and she knew that it was going to be heavy as hell. Instead on rolling another she would start to pile on snow to make the second layer, she tried to imagine what an actually snow man should look like. Patting it to look round, carving the bottom of the second layer so that it looked roundish. Two down, one to go. It already looked a bit funky, a small chuckle. This was going to be by no means a masterpiece. "I use to be mute, felt like I didn't matter, always a fifth wheel to my sister and her friends. Growing up I felt like a burden." Maybe trying to connect with the girl was the way to go, not sure if it would work but she had to try something. Trying to form a head on that double stack, it really did look weird, not quite right. "Rai was the one that helped me pull through that fear" saying in a quiet voice looking to the man.

Walking over to where she dropped the sticks and other stuff, she grasps them in her hand. Setting them in the snow next to the girl, she would break the large carrot in half. Going into her HUD she would pull out a mixture of clothing items. It was a variety of stuff, sweater, jackets, crazy looking hats of all colors. She prepared today like she was going to make multiple snowmen but she didn't know how rough one would be. She would start decorating the misshaped snow person with a smile knowing that it would look ridiculous.

The girl starts to run her hand down the lumpy misshapen mass, trying to smooth it down into a ball. Ruri leans down and hefts the smaller ball that Eruda had made on top of her own. The girl begins scooping up handfuls of uncompressed snow and running it through the seams to conjoin the pieces. Once stable, she'd quickly pat together a third smaller one and pop on top of the centered section. Rubbing up and down to allow the friction to melt it just enough to smooth it out. "Fifth wheel? Wouldn't that be third?" she'd pop off trying to keep somewhat tactful for the sake of it. "Please... Don't patronize me." she'd bite back without any control of it leaning down to pick up a pair of sticks and jamming them into both sides. "Our circumstances are hardly similar. Stop pretending that they are."

Tapping in a few select stones, they'd draw into a straight line for a mouth and a pair of eyes. "There ya go. See how I did it? Good, then I'm leaving." A couple of steps before another notification rings across her HUD. The girl flicks the letter icon and opens it up to another message from Raidou. She yells out "I'm RIGHT OVER HERE, WHY?" scanning the message with her eyes, she proceeds to get all bent out of shape. "You butthole. Its not that bad!" The girl leans down and picks up some snow, balling it up and heaving at the guy. He catches the thing square in his palm. "Ugh, Cheater!" Ruri shouts and for a brief instant Eruda would catch a smile.

"I think it would be forth, she had two friends," then it happens, the girl blows up. Closing her eyes, she takes a deep breath. She promised she would try, she just felt like she was walking on a very thin peice of glass right now "You are right, they are not the same and I am not comparing. I am just saying... " she stops talking for a moment to look at Rai. Ruri says something and starts walking away before her HUD chimes. Yelling at him and throwing a snowball at him, which he of course catches. She shakes her head with a smile, "I guess I'm saying Rai makes everything better." Plucking a carrot in the top mound where the nose should be, she shaves down some of the odd shape to her circles, still looked crappy but it would do for now. Looking to her started igloo, she had a different idea. "I'm going to make a wall out of this to take cover" walks over to her half build thing and starts racking snow on top. "I have never been able to catch him off guard with anything." It stood about a foot and she knew that it would have to be much bigger with what she was intending for it. "Have you ever built something like this" looking at the girl with a grin as she starts building small round balls placing it behind the small wall so Rai couldn't see what was going on.

A stark glare toward Raidou, matched with a grin as she'd use two fingers to point to her eyes and back at him. The man would begin to skate around again, as if the veiled threat didn't discourage him at all. "He kinda does. In an ass backwards sort of way." She comments without even giving a thought to the fact she was supposed to be mad. "What is it supposed to be?" Ruri remarks as her attention would shift, Eruda hung up on semantics and back pedaling from the taste of her own foot. "Its just like a...mound?" The bluenette was clearly struggling trying to appear polite, yet the underlying irritation kept rearing its ugly head. Her memories took another harsh nose dive into the past, recalling another time just like this one almost one for one. The thought wouldn't inspire any sort of release in tension, instead giving her even more reason to be bent out of shape.

"To be honest it was supposed to be an igloo..." a very failed attempt at one. "Instead I want to build a wall couple feet up to hide behind." There was a nice pile of snowballs, so she would start patting snow against the wall again. "That man is primed for reflecting stuff back at you and striking where it counts.
