He lets out a loud scream as he bashes his shield into the face of the mother boar, vaulting it over his head, knocking it down on the ground behind him. This was the first time he got to see the true effects of the shield, and the chin of the monster sizzled and burned from the heat of his shield. The blade curved through the air, slashing right through the small juvenile boar, yet failed to destroy it; she quickly braced herself for whatever counter attack may follow. "Chers paradis, is my weapon just bad?" She asked aloud, looking at the other two's and seeing how bland her's was by comparison. So when you get hit, you deal 1 dmg) Lowenthal watched Jumei flip the boar over his shield. That was awesome Lowenthal thought. He looked over at Claire struggling with the piglet. The small thing was tiny, and she was using a curved sword. He understood that it was hard to hit. Lowenthal needed to get rid of the bigger threat first. Claire could handle the small piglet. Lowenthal's dagger hit the boar mother and caused another red streak in it's side. The boar, still upset over the loss of it's young, attacked Jumei again. He danced back and forth on the balls of his feet, ready to strike the boar once it came in close toward him. Jomei moved backwards as the boar continued to charge. Once he saw a small fault in the beast's step, he lunged forward. However, as he did this, he stumbled himself. There must have been a rabbit hole or something on the ground that caused both him and the boar to stumble after each other. This caused him to miss the boar entirely.With a slight blush on his face, he regained his posture, and turned around to face the boar again. That tactic proved to be a failure and the pig ran up and smacked her in the shins, causing her to tumble forwards and face plant into the ground painful. He shook his head and swung again at the mother boar. Kill the big one quickly, then help Claire. His blade met with the Mother Boar, and his blade sunk deep into the boar's hide. The boar quickly spun freeing itself from Lowenthal and gouged him mid-thigh. The blow threw Lowenthal back and he landed on his back. Lowenthal quickly stood up, holding the red mark on his leg. "Got another in 'ya?" Lowenthal said, readying himself for another attack. He looked past the boar at Lowenthal and grinned. He threw his sword into the air, let it flip, and caught it backwards, with the blade now behind him. He then made a mad dash for the boar. Halfway to the boar, Jomei stumbled yet again, but this time fell to the floor, accidentally dropping his sword on the fall down. "Gah, damn.." He said as he noticed he had twisted his knee before with his last attempt at attacking the boar. Jomei looked up from the ground, terrified, as he saw the boar turn around to glance a look at him. 17594 BD: 1 ......... Khaosclaire 0 Posted May 28, 2015 #49 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 Thoroughly embarrassed to be struggling with a tiny pig she slashed sideways at its legs, trying to get it with an wide arcing attack, and it hit, but not before the pig grabbed her arm, causing her to spin out and fall again, the ground still surprisingly hard despite hitting it once before. She looked back at the pig and was relieved to see it had died, thought it was too weak to provide any sort of reward. She turned her attention to the last one standing and pulled herself up, cautiously making her way to it. He had rage in his eyes. "This time, you're mine." It started off as a steady walk forward, but he then fell back down to his knee. He really had banged it up pretty bad when he fell, and he was sure falling a second time wasn't gonna make it any better too. So instead, he placed his sword down, and made an attempt to pop his knee back into place. Jomei let out a couple grunts as he grit his teeth down, and with a loud pop, Jomei's knee was back in place. "Gahh yer mother!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. The pain was pretty gruesome, but he should be alright. He picked up his sword again and prepared for his next attack. 17598 BD: 3(+1) = 4 Still fail.. And it landed to great success, slashing it across the spine and weakening it greatly, watching as the critical hit ticked off a large portion of its hp. Another hit or too should have been all that was needed to finish it off; and with this boss level monster it was bound to have something good in it! Apparently that still wasn't enough time for his knee to heal, so his run turned into a slight jog. However, he was not giving up. He continued to jog on for another minute, before stumbling again. But just as the others did, she missed, by a rather wide margin and the boar shifted a bit out of the way. She cursed out and prepared to take another swing at the sow. HIs kunai struck the boar dead center of it's face and it crumpeled over. Then the boar exploded into the blue particles. Lowenthal accepted his reward as the menu appeared, granting him Col. Lowenthal sheathed his kunai, and let out a sigh. "Well, that escalated far more then it needed to." Lowenthal said stretching. He looked back at the party. "You want head back to town, Madam Claire? She then walked over to him, eventually passing him as she took the lead back to the city. ((Finally murdered the boar from hell, what the flup is up with our rolls tonight, jeesze, 1s and 3's all over the place while enemys keep geting 9's and 10's! Anyways we all done with this rp?)) The loot screen popped up, and he accepted the col happily. He grunted, trying to walk forward. He didnt know if it was possible to break a bone in this world, but if he could, then he sure as hell did. "That could have gone a lot better." he said with a nervous laugh. "You want head back to town, Madam Claire? If I may address you as such?" "Yes, that would be best, I feel exhausted." The two walked past Jomei, back towards town. Talking and laughing about their experience. Jomei blinked with wide eyes, and then mumbled to himself. "No, thats okay, ill be fine..."
