Tristan Delaney 0 Posted November 12, 2015 #21 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 (Alright any of you guys feel free to summarise it if wished and PM me it to lock when i wake up later) Tristan found himself this time on the pure defensive as the Banshee came screaming with claws that glowed. This was an attack that he had actually never seen before from the banshee, since last time Cal and him paralysed it too much for them to do anything. This one though bypassed his shield and went straight for him about to hit Tristan. Tristan only burst out laughing and sent a forward kick with it, even if just for show as the skill activated. "The harder they hit, the harder they fall"". It was truly the way to summarise Achilles and he smiled as it happened. Sure he'll never have the offensive power of the other uniques, but he didn't want that. He wanted to protect people and that is what he was gonna do. He smiled at Ebony and said "And that is what a tank does. As you can see, doesn't match well with a healer." he gave a wink and a chuckle with that statement as he unequipped his spear, put the shield to his back and took off his Hoplite helmet that was part of Achilles to let his long red hair flow, even if it did also then show the scars on his face from combat in the real world. He grinned to what Ebony said and returned with "And I sure as hell hope you give me plenty healing in the future to rely on. That boss may have seemed easy, but floor clearing is no joke.". Calrex 0 Posted November 12, 2015 Author #22 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 Calrex gave a laugh as he heard Tristan speak, giving a nod to Ebony, "Unique skills are still somewhat of a rarity in this game, although as you can see it seems only the most diligent of rumor pursuers seemed to have gotten something, heh. In any case, if you do find something best of luck to you. Right now I can only hope a rumor eventually gets found that might match my particular build, but for now all I can do is keep getting stronger and leveling up to keep up with the frontliners like Tristan over here." The bluenette gave a friendly smile at the redhead as he looked back towards the exit, "In any case we'd best get a move on and head back towards the settlement. I think we'd best not prolong our time out here." Reactivating his <<Reveal>> skill the Ultramarine Knight gave a calming breath as he began escorting his two companions back out of Tartarus and back towards the settlement of Yomi, "Heh, guess I've still got a long way to go to catch up to Teayre, Tristan, and the others. Ebony 0 Posted November 12, 2015 #23 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 Ebony followed Calrex back to the city, still deep in thought about how she could become as strong as these two. It seemed like a unique skill was the way to go, but who knew what she'd need to do to get one. Once they were back in the city, it occurred to Ebony that she should check up on her armor order at Teion's shop. It had been a while, and it was certainly done by now. It would be a long, hard road to becoming on par with those two, but picking up her armor could be the first step in accomplishing that goal. She had no doubt that she would be seeing them on the frontlines soon enough.
