However, when a switch on the side is flipped, the edge that runs around the circumference opens up and what seems to be a throwing star appears in the gap. However, each 'point' is actually a small, diamond shaped dagger. Each time a dagger is removed, all the others wheel around to fill its spot, while another begins materialising in the gap. This means that the wheel can be attached at any angle at the hip and always have a knife at the top for the wielder to grab.

Well you can't quite do that, but you can keep all the SP you have which is used for the full reset in skills since the system has been revamped twice at this point since the old forum (one lesser and then one greater).

A post action is not taken for Block, its passive. There is a mod for a block related post action though at Rank 5 Block available.
