  1. Miles growled like a wild animal, which of course he was, and charged another time to get another bite or taste of the scaled mass that was under attack by the duo. The hard solid ground atleast made it easier for Balancing and attacks to be landed, Zelrius was grateful for it after the soft and shiftyness of the sand on Floor Five. Zelrius 41/45 (poison 1 Turn) Miles 34/40 Snake 5/10
  2. His thoughts got the better of him as the tail whipped right across his unsuspecting face, leaving a terribly bright red mark on his left Cheek. He flinched for a moment, only to Realize that in the moment of battle, he couldn't let pain stop him, not even for a second. He backed up a little then charged once again sword outward, and tried to lunge into the scales. (8 +1 Battle, 9, Health Drain 2 Damage) Zelrius 42/45 (poison 2 Turns) Miles 34/40 Snake 5/10
  3. The Snake hissed and slithered back a little bit it then Charged at Zelrius and turned around quickly, wanting so badly to land a Tail across the Boy, wherever really, as long as it hit. Zelrius thought to himself while the Snake was performing these actions "If I am lucky enough maybe I can get some scales too..." (If 5-10 Loot dice is rolled upon death of the creature, then I get 1 Fang 11-14 = 1 Fang, 1 Snake Skin 15-19 = 2 Fangs, 1 Snake skin (or vice versa, Depending on which I want at the end) A Perfect 20 = 2 of each) Zelrius 42/45 (poison 3 Turns) Miles 34/40 Snake 7/10
  4. Miles tried once again to get a bite on the creature. It was only when Miles began to move that Zelrius realized that this thing might drop a Material of some sort for Crafting. If that was infact the case (And oh did he hope so) He thought it might , If the item crafted from it was perfect, Make poison and extra damage on the weapon which would be useful in the upcoming tournaments. Zelrius 45/45 Miles 34/40 Snake 7/10
  5. Much to the Blood Buccaneer's Surprise, his ploy worked. The sword successfully blocked the bite and helf the Snake right there. He bashed his sword forward to get the Scaly beast away from him so he could perform his next attack. Zelrius ran forward this time swinging from up to down in a motion that would split someone in half in real life. (plus 1 to Battle Die, Hit) Zelrius 45/45 Miles 34/40 Snake 8/10
  6. With yet another miss, Zelrius was Disappointed. The poison made Miles bite at mid Air and not at the Snake. He sighed as the Snake once again tried another bite, this time directed at Zelrius, who was prepared. He wondered what it was it would do He held his sword infront of him to block the attack. Zelrius 45/45 Miles 34/40 Snake 9/10
  7. To Zelrius's great dismay, the hit didn't land as the Snake once again simply backed up a little to Dodge. This was already getting rather tiring to the Emperor of Mavericks, but he had to stick to it. Miles on the other hand, was now back in the game despite being poisoned. Following the Snakes Suit he charged at the Scaled creature and opened his jaws to get a bite in. Zelrius 45/45 Miles 35/40 (Poisoned 1 Turn) Snake 9/10
  8. Zelrius flinched as the Bite landed and the Yellow Liquid seeped into Miles's bit spot. That would mean he was poisoned, Zelrius also noticed a Major decrease in health on Miles's part. This worried Zelrius for only a second as he refocused on the Snake. He took his sword and slashed at the beast, just maybe it would hit. Zelrius 45/45 Miles 36/40 (Poisoned 2 Turns) Snake 9/10
  9. That attack did Miss as the Snake merely ducked under his Claws and lunged itself forward to bite at Miles. The scales making a rather annoying SSSS sound as they slid across the rough and hard ground around them. Zelrius wondered to himself if the Wolf would be able to dodge this and if not, How much Damage would he take? Zelrius 45/45 Miles 37/40 (Poisoned 3 Turns) Snake 9/10
  10. As a matter of fact, To Zelrius's Surprise, the Attack landed and the Creature backed up. This left enough time for Miles to get in the game, He charged forward with Claws out ready to get a slash across the Creature. Luckily for Miles, He was a computer program and didn't feel sleepy, so this attack was a bit less Lazy then the Blood Buccaneer's. Zelrius 45/45 Miles 40/40 Snake 9/10
  11. Zelrius pulled out his sword in quite a hurry to get this battle over with. He lunged forward, sticking his sword out infront of him in order to get a nice stab at the creature. The snake's Rough scales looked so appealing to just cut and scrape at. Zelrius was also overly tired, so it wouldn't be a surprise if this attack missed.
  12. He trudged on, each step getting heavier and each second getting darker. The solid ground beneath him was not that inviting despite how tired he was now. For a second he began cotemplating whether to camp out for the night or keep on Moving at least until he got to the Base of the Mountain. This took a some time to think and decide upon, and in that time he so happened to run into a Snake. This snake was nothing like they are in Real life. No this one was more of a Serpant. Zelrius steleled himself for another fight. Atleast, this one would be much easier then the last few. (1-5=Miss 6-8= 1
  13. So he was off again, still determined to find the Blood-Lizards and get the Red-Steel Ingots and even possbily the Rare drop of Azure-Skin. The Azure skin would prove rather useful in getting Items from Leafa while the Red-Steel Ingots would be great for either weapons or Selling. The Blood buccaneer walked out of the City again, Taking another route to the Mountain this time and quite ready for anything else that may be thrown his way. The sun was hot, But didn't affect Zelrius as much as he spent a lot of time on the Fifth Floor Desert. This would prove to be invaluable in the time to come.
  14. Zelrius was done. He was tired of these birds no matter how weak they were and He now realized how feeble it was to try to and fight them when he couldn't even look at them to attack without being pecked and clawed at. He looked to Miles who wasn't having such a great time either and decided to do something he'd never done before; Retreat. He pulled out a Teleport crystal and Got near Miles. "NIMBUS!" He shouted quite wanting to get out of there fast. Blue shard matrielized around them then encompassed them until he Saw the blood-red Buildings around them. He let oout a sigh, Never again.
  15. Zelrius Counter Zelrius merely crouched, Bracing for the next hits, as the He knew it was no good to try to swing at the enemies. He felt the Beak pierce his skin and only grunted. Standing back up, Zelrius was ready to actually begin attacking these little birds and fry them up for Miles to snack on later
  16. Crow2 attack The pecking and scratching at Zelrius was relentless. The birds were in a staut frenzy as they clawed and tore at his robe. Zelrius thought to himself, for only a moment, that he needed to go and replace the damn thing. The bird went up, and with full force and a beak stuck straight out infront of its body, came charging back down to get a nice stab at the Blonde boy.
  17. Miles Counter Miles was just getting pecked and eaten away by the birds. This battle had already proven to be a challenge more than once. Despite their low health and leave, these birds were putting up quite the fight against the duo. Even the Blood Buccaneer himself was having a sly bit of trouble hitting and killing these Crows aas they were just all about and very difficult to hit.
  18. Crow1 Attack The bird that was at work with Miles just kept on going. Completely oblivious to his friends and other enemy. This was specifically focused on the Wolf. This bird, Much like the second, just kept pecking and biting and clawing at its target, not giving up a hope, and showing no sign of fear of being attacked. Zelrius already knew this battle wasn't going to be short, as the first few seconds had already proved.
  19. Zelrius Counter Zelrius was far too busy with the Second Crow, with the thing chomping away and pecking and scratching at him to notice the Other crow headed his way. Zelrius had only just turned wehen the beak nailed him right on the Fore head, Knocking him back, more out surprise then pain, and causing the deal of damage Zelrius 38/43 Miles 37/38 Crow1 3/3 Crow2 3/3 Crow3 3/3
  20. Crow3 Attack The last feather brain to come swooping down also aimed at Zelrius. The motion being something like this: First it do a loop Motion up and swing its way back around to go down. From there, the pat of the Bird got less and less steep, ultimately seeming as though it wasn't descending at all at one point. To this moment, It would Lunge down at Zelrius with the yellow beak the Crow owned.
  21. Zelrius Counter Zelrius, in blind fury simply stuck his sword up and swung around a bit. This of course, did nothing once so ever. The bird was long gone by that point, leaving Zelrius there alone only to have him un-crouch and begin looking for the other bird and find where it was lurking about.
  22. Crow2 attack. The Second Crows aimed straight for the Human boy, Zelrius. The bird swooped down, talons stretched to their limits to get a chunk of meat of the boy. Zelrius hadn't realized the Bird was coming till it was only a few feet away as he was already pre-occupied paying attention to Miles' little battle he was having himself. Zelrius ducked, but it wasn't enough. One of the talons met its mark on his shoulder, dealing the first damage of the battle. Zelrius 40/43 Miles 37/38 Crow1 3/3 Crow2 3/3 Crow3 3/3
  23. Miles Counter. Just as Described before, Miles was busy hacking and clawing away at the Crow. The bird was relentless and whenever Miles jumped, it hovered further up, making a direct attack impossible. The only way to hit these things was to let them come to you. Zelrius learned this quickly and Miles did as well. Miles crouched, knowing the bird would swoop down for another attack, then he reached up, trying to get a claw across the Bird's torso, However, the bird foresaw this and evaded.
  24. Crow1 Attack While Zelrius was walking along, a sudden screech cut through the air. He turned around to see a Crow pecking away at Miles, Which the wolf wasn't going to have any of. The Wolf began to chomp and claw at the Crow, the commotion causing 2 more to show up. Zelrius sighed and drew his sword, knowing this was not going to be a fun battle against flying creatures. (RULES 1-3 Mis 4-5 1 damage 6-7 2 damage 8-9 3 Damage 10- 4 Damage, Since they are flying creatures, only counter attacks can hurt them, therefore they are the only ones who can attack on a regular basis. If Extra damag
  25. Zelrius set out for the mountain that blocked the bottom view of the Tower that allowed players to climb floors. He figured that the Geckos ought to be there since there was henceforth no sign of them elsewhere, yet. Zelrius, with sword in grip, and Miles at his side, set off on the great journey that laid ahead. He was almost certain that the walk would be atleast a day, and then the adventure inside the mash of rock and stone would be even longer. Zelrius began walking out of the town, Nimbus
