Zelrius

Zelrius Attack Zelrius didn't bother with the second barghest as of right now, all he knew is that a few more hits, and the second would be down and out, He equipped one of his last two poison picks on the end of his sword and went forward to stab the first barghest.

Zelrius Dodge/Counter Zelrius looked as the beast disappeared and was finally gone. He sighed, one down 2 to go, and one of them still had a lot of fight left in him, He turned around to see a out reaching claw coming straight for his ankle again. He didn't have anytime to react and just felt the pain run across his foot and body once again. Zelrius 15/24 Miles 8/20 Barghest1 2/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 DEAD

Barghest 2 attack The second one had just watched its friend die and didn't like that one bit. He turned on Zelrius, wanting to give him another scar on his ankle, effectively trying to slow him down too.

Miles Counter/Dodge Miles didn't falter and saw the incoming teeth. It was too late. They latched around his snout as he pulled back, reopening wounds that had closed over the time and creating some new ones along with it. Zelrius 17/24 Miles 8/20 Barghest1 2/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 DEAD

Barghest 1 Attack He was already tired of eating dirt, after two seconds. He slipped his out from under Miles' claws, scratching his head along the way, and got angry really quick over the pain. He went again to bite Miles, right on the neck.

Barghest 1 Counter/Dodge The barghest was unready for a sudden attack to come so quickly and could only have time to look up and see the attack coming. He didn't move fast enough and was soon thereafter eating dirt. (YEAH ATTA BOY MILES!!!) Zelrius 17/24 Miles 9/20 Barghest1 2/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 DEAD

Miles Attack Miles was still busy with the first barghest, who had just bit his tail. He turned around quickly in anger and fury, reached his paw up with unleashed claws and lowered the paw, to make the beast bow once again.

Barghest 3 counter/dodge The beast widened its eyes as it realized what was about to happen. Th Barghest spurted blood as the blade went right through its belly. With all this going on, the Poison pick entered the stream of blood. All this in a spilt second, and the next thing you knew, he was turning a faint blue, slowly disappearing with time. (3 above = 2 Damage, Poison pick x 2 = 4) Zelrius 17/24 Miles 9/20 Barghest1 5/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 DEAD

Zelrius attack Zelrius had had just about enough of this. He looked at the length of his blade, off a bit from the tip laid a beast on its back, belly exposed, How easy it would be to drive his blade right through it to end the beast. He liked this idea, and decided to try and pull it off. With a poison pick he had just fastened on the end of it, he drove his blade forward

Zelrius Dodge/Counter Zelrius instantly felt the wieght on his back and used instinct to spin as fast as he could to knock it back off. When he fell off he finished spinning and now had his sword outstretched at the beast he had just knocked off. The blade glistened in the semi moon light that managed to reach the bottom of the hole through the forest.

Barghest 3 attack The third beast wasn't going to let its midnight snack escape that easily. While the second landed a good hit on him, he came up from behind and jumped to hop on his back in order to get a bite of his neck as well.

Zelrius Dodge/Counter Zelrius was having just about enough of the abuse his animal was taking and wagged the Third Barghest off of him and was met with a second coming up on him, claws outstretched. He didn't react fast enough, the lack of light and Sleep seriously effecting his timing and speed. Zelrius 17/24 Miles 9/20 Barghest1 5/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 4/10

Barghest 2 attack The second beast saw that the First was having little to no trouble as Miles was finally giving in. So he turned around to the boy in order to stop him from interfering with the first from finishing off Miles once and for all. He went forward to give Zelrius a nice wake up call to the ankle using his sharp and long claws.

MIles Dodge/counter MIles kept on moving, and when he noticed his vulnerablity, tried to move faster in order to dodge the grips of the Beast's mouth. However, he wasn't fast enough and suddenly felt the sharp pain of teeth digging into his tail and causing blood to ooze. Miles, for once, finally whelped, showing weakness. (NO! Miles is at single Digits ;~;) Zelrius 19/24 Miles 9/20 Barghest1 5/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 4/10

Barghest 1 Attack The beast had simply moved, and now used the still moving trajectory of Miles in order to initiate another attack. He followed suit and went ahead and used the good ol' biting of the tail trick to get Miles' attention back directly at him.

Barghest 1 Counter/Dodge The beast looked over to Miles, who had just jumped and moved a good distance away from them, and then almost as fast closed that distance back up by charging at the beast with an open mouth, Showing teeth. The barghest let out a grunt, almost like a laugh, as it simply stepped out of the way of the oncoming attack, allowing Miles to go on right through.

Miles Attack Miles had landed not to far where Zelrius and a Single Barghest's battle raged on. The Wolf turned on the First barghest, The one he swore he'd kill first and charged forward, ready to follow suit of what the third had done; chomp on some flesh of enemies.

Barghest 3 Dodge/Counter The beast savored in the flavor of Zelrius' Robe and skin and just continued on, digging it's teeth further down into his flesh. When suddenly, It noticed the Boy's sword go up. By this time, it was too late, Zelrius brought it down, cutting some fur and skin of the Beast's back (FINALLY GOT ANOTHER HIT) Zelrius 19/24 Miles 11/20 Barghest1 5/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 4/10

Zelrius Attack Zelrius only indulged in the pain for a second, knowing he needed every second if he was to survive. he reached his blade back up to slash it straight down the Beast's back, wanting to do some major damage.

Zelrius Dodge/Counter Drawing back his sword as the beast charged he readied it again, hoping to drive the blade straight through the open mouth and even more so to cause some damage. This failed. The beast moved faster, Enclosing its jaws around his right wrist, causing him to grunt in pain. Zelrius 19/24 Miles 11/20 Barghest1 5/10 Barghest2 9/10 Barghest3 6/10

Barghest 3 attack Speaking of Zelrius, He seemed to be having a bit of trouble with the third Nightmare of the Dark. He pulled back his sword, Leaving the beast growling then opening it's mouth with a snarl to get another chunk of meat out of Zelrius.

Miles Dodge/Counter Miles didn't see it coming at first. But when he noticed it, he shifted his feet for a leap straight in the air. By this time, The Barghest closed the gap in between them, without anytime to think, Miles just jumped, However not straight up as anticipated, more to the left towards Zelrius.

Barghest 2 attack The second beast recovered from it's dodge a while ago and moved in to headbutt Miles, just as another had done previously, aiming straight for the rib-cage as Miles was looking towards the other Barghest who had him pinned against a wall.

Miles Dodge/Counter Miles could tell from earlier that these things didn't like being shown that they were weaker and guessed an attack coming, but not sure what to do about it with a wall up against him. With it there, He couldn't do anything by move his head so that the claws would only hit his right leg. (They are just pounding on Miles today.) Barghest 1 attack. The beast had bowed, and didn't like it one bit. it thought to itself why not make the one who is weaker and smaller bow? To this, it reached out its paw, claws out to slam right on Miles' head.
