  1. Zelrius waited patiently for the Boss, The taga, to go Full Corruption. He had witnesssed and heard about this event previous to this moment, but was still slightly intrigued by the ensuing visual effect. Nonetheless, once the boss had reached that stage, Zelrius drew his two blades and charged forth with great speed, shredding the hell out of the Boss's health and then stepping back. "How about them Apples." Was all he said.

  2. Zelrius opened up his menu and stood from his chair, lifting his hands for the attention of the Room. "This will be done quick and easy, I don't want to take too much of everyone's time." With that, he fiddled with his menu a bit, sending Manta a message that had all the notes that were taken on the Boss and the Room it was held in. With that, he gestured with a gloved hand to the Girl. "If you all will direct your attention to the Lovely White-haired Brigadier, Manta Gaul, for the time being, she will be briefing you on the information. As far as a plan goes, I already have on drafted, I just want to hear input." With that Zelrius sat back down and spoke to Manta. "The Floor's yours now, Stand, and relay."

  3. Zelrius nodded to Manta as they exited the Boss room, and headed back out into the abysmal palace that was the Fourteenth Floor. He placed a Teleport Crystal into the hands of the White-haired Brigadier, simply saying; "Lad- Manta," He began the 'Lady' part, but quickly remembered that she wasn't a huge fan of that. "We'll continue this conversation later. For now, we have a Boss fight to plan and get to. I expect to see you amongst those who attend the meeting. Other than that, Vale, Mon Cheri." And like that, Zelrius was gone back to the Settlement closest to the Guild Hall. He trudged back to it, Sending out a Mass Message to all of those who had attended the Last boss fight, Saying that the information as gotten in a timely fashion and they the next meeting would be held tomorrow morning, specifing a time, and the place being the Azure Guild hall. With that, Zelrius trudged into his beloved home, and into his personal quarters. Switching out of his armor and equipment into his silk pajamas, the same ones worn at the Christmas party not too long ago, and laid down on his bed to sleep for the night. He felt the rest was well earned, Given that morning he had gotten up, Fought a War, Charged into the Cathedral not too far from his own Guild Hall, Assisted in the Slaughter of the two Angels held within, and Rushed up the to the next floor and gotten both Map Data and Boss information on the next Floor. How, Eventful. The Golden haired boy thought to himself as he drifted off.

The next morning, after having slept the best he had in ages, Zelrius was again, re-equipping all his gear, including the Commandant's Pendant this time around, and marching from his room to set-up the necessary decorations to have guests. From The Entrance to the Doorway of the Meeting hall, the entire walkway was lined with Azure Brigade and Knights of Christ Flags, alternating between the two, as a sort of arrow to guide the visitors to the necessary spot. With that, he meandered off to the Meeting Hall, taking seat in the Center of the 7 seats that stood at the head of the table. He sat down comfortably, lounging back and putting his feet up on the Marble table, awaiting other arrivals.

You will then have 12 hours from that post to argue, make points and try to convince me of another plan. At 3 AM Mountain Time [Again, United States] The thread will be locked and Sign-ups will be posted. Unless Convinced otherwise; Sign-ups will last 72 Hours.

In other words; You have 96 Hours from this post to prepare for the next Boss fight. I, Zelrius, am trying to really pick up the pace on lost time. Be around and Be punctual or Don't show up.

  4. Zelrius listened and spoke to Manta "The people of Aincrad are too incompetent to be 'free'. Look, We can have this conversation once we find the Door. Let's find this Boss and get back to the hall." He cut it short, pushing her aside a bit to walk behind her at a wall and grinning. "Easy enough" He said cheerfully, smiling and opening a Door to look inside.

  5. "I really appreciate your enthusiasm, Brigadier. But I'd rather not break my own rules set down. The safeguards are good; I will pay you to take one from your inventory right now. Other than that, let's get a move on." Zelrius walked off, a hand to the walls, in search of the Boss door, which appeared to not be found quite yet. "I wonder..." He whispered to himself heading further into the darkness, keeping an eye open for the Boss door.

  6. Zelrius obliterated another group of Monsters, sheathing his sword and saying once more "Out of Energy, Damn." He felt the compulsive need to apologize to Manta again about, seeing as she hasn't had any need to regen this whole time. He thought on her words a moment and turned around. "Saving lives is what I want. It was my plan in the Hydra fight that go those two killed. And while I am not going to Cliche and blame myself for their deaths, I did say they were useless and stormed out. The last thing I want is to charge into that fight and for you to get shredded. I don't mean to insult you by that, I mean that purely as I'd rather you were alive."

  7. "Manta, I am going to be honest with you; You're fairly powerful, despite how unnoticed you seem to go amongst the players. Between you and I, I am sure we could shred through the boss. However, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Plus, Azure Procedure is that we host the boss meeting and give everyone a fair chance at the Boss drops. I know it's annoying but if there's anything you should have learned by now; The procedure I set-up is everything for the Guild." He stood up, offering a gloved hand to help her up. Once she was up, whether she took the offered hand or not, Zelrius withdrew his hand to draw his sword and destroy another group of Monsters.

  8. As he sat there, the only thing he noticed in the darkness was the movement and Manta sitting by him. His first instinct was to inch away a bit and apologize, for what, he didn't know. He stared into the Darkness for a bit, not wanting to say anything to her, positive that the last thing the Brigadier wanted to do was talk, especially about the past. Though the silence was killing him, and he decided that he'd try talking to her, and if it failed, he'd stop trying to make friends with the Brigadier. "Manta," He began, "What'd you say we just charge into that boss room and kill whatever is in there?" There was a reason he thought this, the memories of The Hydra fight coming back.

  9. Zelrius sat, leaning up against the wall going through his menu and looking at all his data. He began opening a bunch of panels, one of which being all the previous boss fights plan. He went through the panels, remarking at the most successful and least successful ones. The fastest one was the Fight against Medusa, the first fight Azure fought in as a guild, and have basically ran them since. He kept going through until he saw the Hydra battle, and two names that popped Rue and Alkor. With that, he closed all the panels, and sat in silence.

  10. Zelrius burst open the doors and within moments was met with the Undead Champions that he had been expecting to see. He quickly chopped them down and slaughtered their ranks. "I apologize; I am out of energy again, Lady Ga- Manta." He stopped midway through, remembering she didn't like being called that. He took a moment to rest, finishing the cookie and checking the Map data again.

  11. He bit into his and then grinned back to her, happy she was willing to be competitive. "A Race it is." He bit in the cookie and turned, beginning to rush off into the Floor, leaping over cracks and trying his best to dodge and avoid the Ravines. Another group of monsters, Zelrius redrew his sword and chopped right through them, re-sheathing the weapon and moving toward the Door of the Dungeon. Standing infront of it and touching, a sort of habit he had every time he went scouting, the dungeon doors all had the same intricacy and interesting design.

  12. As he listened, Zelrius threw another glance at Manta, confused that she was agreeing with his sentiment. He almost never saw the Brigadier, and always assumed it was because she was out levelling and doing all that, because he assumed it was easier for someone like her. The Golden haired boy stopped and wondered whether or not he should ask, and decided not to. The main reason being during their Hunt for familiars, she rarely actually answered the questions given to her. "Cookies? That'd be nice." He glanced about, noticing a group of players now leaping over the bridge that they had started from, and he turned to Manta. "We should hurry and get a move on, It appears General Oikawa isn't too far behind."

  13. "Aye, a good fight indeed. Boss fights are the only reason I leave my Room anymore." Though he meant for that to be a bit of a joke, he said it with no emotion, and he knew it to be anything but a joke. It was true, the only reason he ever got out of the Guild hall was because he felt that it was part of his duty to go to those fights and make sure at the very least, Kiru gets out and goes home to her family. If no one else, than atleast her. He told himself when contemplating whether to even go to them anymore. "Commandant Procedure is always to have Overnight Gear on hand. I have Grilled goods from Dom's store that we can eat should we get hungry, and a fire-starting set so that monsters don't spawn on top of us through the night. So, we push on." He walked through the town, ignoring the NPCs and watching his Data Map fill, just as he reached the other side of the camp and ascended a similar set of stairs they had just come down.

  14. "I am not so much worried about the Monsters down there, I am more worried about the amount of Fall Damage that would be taken; especially since it can't be mitigated. Like, a Jump from a semi-high tower alone would be enough to drop all of my HP, I can only imagine what these bottomless pits hold." Just as he spoke and they walked along there was a small wooden staircase burrowed into the side of one of these ravines that led up to them. With a quirked eyebrow, Zelrius gave a glance to Manta and then turned and headed down the steps. At the bottom was a small ledge, with a collection of tents and huts huddled around a small wooden-post 'wall'. Once close enough, Zelrius noticed the 'Safe-Zone' Indicator and relax a bit. "This must be the first Settlement, Stonewall. The boss fight was tough, albeit short. If you're up for it Manta; prehaps we can find somewhere to have a drink and maybe go down for a nap here. If not, we can push through the town."

  15. (I honestly cannot keep writing 30 Line posts like this)

Zelrius was pulled back to a time where he saw Kiru and Keith wandering around together, headed no where in particular. At the time, Zelrius wasn't acquainted with her, and had no intention of ever being so. Keith had just left Azure for the Final time, and when he attempted to return once more, Zelrius was the one who placed his foot down and said No. Yet, still after that, Keith and Zelrius were still good friends, along with the rest of the Commandants. But there was a moment there with the In-game NPCs that made the bluenette change. And then Zelrius was gone, and came back, only to find his long time friend had gone. Him, and so many others. The old Commandant's Council was dispersed and broken, Miaki and Shanok had offered the Golden haired boy sanctuary in their little runaway spot. He declined, and they shut the door on his face, just like that, they were gone. The Commandants, the ones he called Friends so long ago, were all gone. Garou had disappeared a few months after the formation of Azure. Clarence was no where to be seen, Keith and Daeron were dead, Miaki and Shanok were in hiding. Zelrius was left truly alone in the world; No one he had fought the original first bosses with were around anymore. Ryujin was presumed dead, Shark is only seen every once in a while, and as said before, his fellow Commandants had disappeared. He tried to remedy it, try to fill the hole they left in the Young boy's heart, He tried to make a new council. But he never truly got along with them. While he considered Oikawa, Rebekah, Tristan, Ssendom and Kiru all really good friends, it wasn't the same. Oikawa and Rebekah were both part of other Guilds before Azure, Guilds they still very clearly have ties to. Ssendom was newer to the Frontlines and was hardly seen, and now Tristan was married, Leaving Zelrius alone. Then there was Kiru, the girl whom he ran through fields racing and stealing monster kills from, The last person he considered Family. And you left her. His memories reminded him of the Christmas party yet again.

"Suppose? That's refreshing. I disappear and come back and you guess it's cool. Cold as always I see," He joked with her, a little disappointed by her words until she continued. "I fought the boss with Ssendom, and the War of Ancients. He seemed Indifferent about my return, as did many. Not surprisingly. I doubt Lowenthal would be happy I am back. That little [censored]," He gritted his teeth and and closed his eyes for a moment, before returning to a smile. For a moment there, Zelrius remembered how Lowenthal had threatened to hurt Kiru in an attempt to blackmail Zelrius. When the Golden haired boy retaliated with threats to slaughter all of Aincrad should anything happen to the two-toned girl, The Fool of the Velvet Room immediately apologized. Coward, Zelrius thought to himself in memory of that thought.

Getting back to the conversation he laughed at her comments. "Rebekah is the resident Vampire of Azure, you know that. Have you never really seen me eat anything? I assure you I do it, it's just not a priority of mine. And of course I love hot chocolate, Who doesn't?" He turned, placing a gloved hand on the door he just entered from, and hoding it open "After you, Lady Kiru"

  16. Zelrius obliterated another group and then sheathed his weapons sighing. "Out of energy, going to need take a break from fighting for a little bit, if that's okay with you, Lady Gaul." Normally Zelrius didn't ask people if anything he was doing was 'okay', especially not Brigadiers, whom he had little respect for, given he saw them as freeloaders within the guild. Yet, now he had been on a good bit of little adventures with the white-haired girl, he was beginning to develop a slight bit of respect for her. "As we move forward, try not to fall," He spoke, indicating the ravines that cracked and dotted the landscape. "My guess is if you fall in, you're not coming back out."

  17. Zelrius was more than thrilled to see Kiru, but she wasn't giving off the same Aura. What did I do? He wondered to himself, despite already knowing the answer. You left her, alone and with nobody. That response he gave himself would have normally made the Golden haired boy bust out in tears, with the only thing stopping that was the fact that Kiru was right there, and the last he wanted to do, or thought she needed, was for him to cry like a little girl over what would appear as nothing to her. He only smiled as she spoke, not wanting to ruin this moment of peace. He wondered what she had been doing in his absence, though knowing Kiru, it was probably avoiding everyone save maybe Tristan and Rebekah. His memories were brought back to the week or so leading up to the party; The little scouting party on the Twelfth Floor, and the Moments leading to the Forsaken Crusader. Though standing in front of her now, he was still so pissed at the Words she had said that day. The golden haired boy had tried and tried again with her to search for Keith, and every time, they came back empty handed, with not so much as another Clue as to where the bluenette may be. On top of that; Zelrius was hurt by something even more than that, though that reason shall be left unknown for now. He let the thoughts flee him for now, just thinking about it would make him angry again.

He smiled when she said she was glad That makes you, and only you are 'glad', Kiru. He whispered in his own thoughts again. "Aye, I suppose it is a thing to be atleast a bit happy about isn't it?" A slight laugh, that ended quickly and made his smile disappear once it was gone, unable to shake the fact that he was still lying to her, something he promised himself never to do, not to Kiru anyway. Yet here Zelrius was, breaking that promise. He faked scoffed at her question and then began in a joking voice "Sneaking? Shh, don't let the ninjas know I am back yet. I need to be able to sneak back at them." Though now he wondered if what he was doing was truly sneaking. "A walk and a drink? Seems like I could go for that, mind if I come along?"

  18. As Manta caught up, the boy spun back around and headed off into the distance, hurrying off to the First City close to the Doors that led up to the Floor. There was a broken bridge that separated the pair from their goal, and with a quick look, The Golden haired Commandant took a step back and than sprinted off, leaping over the major crack in the Bridge and to the other side. Before he could turn to see if Manta was following, within moments the boy was met with a group of Monsters. Figures they'd be here, Given no one else has been here yet. He whispered in his own mind, drawing out a Blade of his to quickly strike them down. He activated a Bloodrage Crystal and the Blood of Champions to make it that much easier. (Equipment: Blade of Lucifer(2 ACC, 8 Fallen), Hands of Midas(+3 LD), Dragon Scales (x7 Prosperity)

  19. Zelrius sheathed his weapons and closed the 'Reward' for doing the most damage to Leothiel and Avarious. His grin widened and he quickly turned to the Lovely Brigadier that was in his team. "Lady Gaul," The golden haired Commandant called out, beginning to walk away and up to the next Floor. "Let's get a move on. We can have scouting done within a few days and be back for Dinner in a handful of nights." He ran off now, up to the next Floor, checking his inventory for the necessary supples. Bags, Check. Food, Check. Drinks, Goodies and weapons and miscallaneous. Check. With that he held a gloved hand out to now opened Door, waiting for his partner in crime to come rushing up those stairs after him.

Zelrius remembered something, and as he waited, he sent his reward for the Most Damage was sent to Ssendom, a promise he made a bit ago.

  21. He just froze, his gaze not being able to rip away from Kiru. Since the christmas party, he had felt that there was no way he'd be able to talk to the girl again. He had left her, just like that, made a big deal of it and everything and was unable to let go of the fact that it was all so sudden. Of course, there is no way he'd ever be able to tell her it wasn't her fault. If anything; Kiru was the last reason he stayed around for so long, but she was always absent, and therefore the reason was gone. As she called his name he was snapped back to realty, his face not softening as it normally would in the presences of friends. "Kiru?" He merely asked back. Of course, now saying it, he felt stupid. Too late to try with something witty. Inside of him, The golden haired boy had wanted to act as though nothing had happened and that everything was good, in a desperate attempt to forget about the weeks leading up to the Christmas party. But, it was too little too late; He already said the name, and was visibly shocked to see her again. Zelrius glanced about, trying to find someone walking by or something to make an excuse to get away from this conversation, to no accord. Eventually he gave up, turning back to her, knowing there wasn't going to be an easy way out of this one.

As Kiru stepped off the stairs and met at near eye level with the Golden haired boy, Zelrius' heart sunk. Maybe from a distance he could had a conversation, made up a little excuse that he was in a hurry and ran off. But now that the two were arm length apart, His blue eyes meeting hers, Zelrius knew he couldn't just turn away from her. It was her question that made him metaphorically hurt more. It sounded hopeful, but was not infact the reason he was here. "Uh.. Yea. I am. My vacation is over, and I decided the people of Aincrad need me more than I need to be selfish." While he firmly believed the last part, he had just balantly lied, The golden haired boy had no intention of being commandant again, but the last thing he wanted to do was to tell her that, he couldn't bare to let her down like that anymore. "What about you? You headed out somewhere?"

  22. As Zelrius sheathed both his swords, the sound of Metal against the sheaths on each side and the clicking as they locked into place echoed throughout the Dungeon. That was it, The Field boss of this Dungeon was cleared, with little to no effort. The golden haired boy let out a sigh and turned to Tristan with a small grin. "Good work, Invincible Warrior. That concludes our Exploration of the Lower Floors for the day. I am going to head back to The Hall and catch a drink, maybe socialize a bit. I am sure Flints is probably waiting for you back at the Guild Hall. If not, I am positive she'd be happy if you were there waiting for her." He gave a small laugh and waved his Long-time friend farewell for now. and began to slowly meander out of the Dungeon and back into the Sunlight and Grass of the First Floor. That Dungeon had proved relatively easy, just as he had suspected it would. Of course, The Golden haired boy made short work of Floor bosses. Couple that with the fact that Tristan had accompanied him, and it was basically just a nice little stroll through a dark cavern. Except, the area they occupied was always lit up due to their various gear pieces.

Speaking of gear, Zelrius had this habit of running down all his gear whenever he was done using it for the day. Not in fear that it would be gone or damaged or anything (Since Uniques didn't break under Durability) but just as a way of reassuring himself he still had some of the best gear around. He jingled his two Pendants, the one that marked his rank in the Azure Brigade: Commandant. The other, a birthday gift from Kitty. A small, light blue, Rose shaped necklace with the words 'Azure Brigade' etched onto it. He gave a flap of his black cloak with the golden fur lining. The golden symbol of fire on the back of it waving gently as the Cloak lightly swooshed from the force.

With a quick wipe down of his Tuxedo, a tightening of his bowtie and a relacing his shoes, Zelrius began to wander through the endless grass fields toward the giant city that loomed over the First floor. Yes, The town of Beginnings. Ironic the game, given this City outsized all the other Cities found thus far by atleast twice their sizes. It wasn't long while walking that re-entered through their gates. It was strange; Despite his being nearly level 50 now, Zelrius found himself in this city more often that he imagined he would be back when he left it. Of course, being a Vet of RPGs, he knew full well that you often visited areas you had been to before, just this game didn't seem like that was necessary. And to be honest; It wasn't. He didn't have to be back on this floor. It was just this is where he found most of his entertainment in between boss fights.

With that, Zelrius made his way back into the Guild hall, a Place he only visited in order to sleep; He tried his best to avoid the other Commandants after his leave. Zelrius shrugged off his Cloak, leaving it on a hanger. On his way to his Room, Zelrius glanced up the Stairs only to notice Kiru headed out. He looked about furiously, trying to not to make contact with her, and gave up, sighing, and accepting his fate.

Which was a major bummer. His toes, his hairs, his pubes, the tip, the hairs that coated his arse, all of this could merely twitch, but he was indeed paralyzed. Zelrius sat there, now angry at world write fer elise. This was it, he was paralyze for a time, because Bosses have impossibly high accuracy it seems.

  24. He sheathed the sword and turned to her clapping, his face in more of a frown than blank now. "I don't need your applause. Don't praise or 'suck up'. If I wanted to hear someone kiss my ass all day, I'd have invited literally anyone else in Azure. There's a reason I invited you, and the last thing I want is for that reason to be a waste of my time." It was true enough; everywhere he went, no matter who he went with, there were only two people. One; The group that despised him and hated everything he was, and the other group, His 'Friends'. If you could call them that. Who would kiss his feet it he told them too, the people he hated more than the other group. Shizuka and Most of the rest of the Brigade fell into that second group, and Zelrius hated it more than anything. It was one of the many reasons he hated having Dual Blades and being so powerful; He lost anyone and everyone he called Friend with Kiru being the exception. The only issue with Kiru; Zelrius loved her, and he knew Kiru would never love him back, for she was still in love with Keith, another fact that made Zelrius hate his own being so much. For some reason, even though Keith was dead and Zelrius was alive, Kiru still chose Keith.

Regardless of all that, he had invited Manta along to hopefully now find a Friend in her. She had already mentioned that she was with someone else, and Zelrius felt no physical attraction to her. Making Manta the best candidate for an actual Friend. "Are you not going to kill any monsters?"

  25. "Wait we shall," Zelrius spoke as he made his way toward the Berserker, laying in the grass next to him, wanting nothing more than to just lay there in peace for the rest of his life, pretty much. In all his gear, It must've looked strange, seeing the two of some of the Strongest players to ever exist sitting on a Field in the First floor, the grass collecting on their cloaks and various assortments of equipment
