Freya

Sitting there a few feet away from him, they were both fishing now. He was right, she had been so obsessed with trying to figure out what has been going on that she didn't even stop to focus on the one person that she loved most in this world, besides her Eruda. She was unsure how to love Griswold, but she knew that it would be a working progress for obvious reasons. The silence was almost literally killing her. This fight was different, and she knew that it was her fault. She has always had communication issues, besides apparently with Freyd... -God I am so stupid...- 

Another tear down her cheek, her chest was heavy and there was no one to blame but herself. "Gaius, I'm sorry. I know that I can't justify my actions. I guess for some reason I just thought if you heard all the crazy shit about what was going on with me, you would have just left and saw me as bat shit crazy. I can see now that I was very wrong," Freya scoots closer to Gaius now. "I am also sorry that I have not been home enough to know that you were going through something too. I just..." She looks to the large open water with a sigh. "I just wish there was a manual or something for this, maybe then I wouldn't fuck up so bad." Biting her bottom lip, she knew she fucked up... Looking to him now, "You mean everything, to me and I will include you in everything I do from here on out, I promise. I will tell you everything tonight, if you tell me what's going on with you too. I will listen..." getting to her feet and dropping the pole. She takes off her shorts and t-shirt, she had a black bikini swim wear on. She did not care if the others were watching, "I am going to start doing this relationship the right way, the way that it should have been from the start." Holding her hand out toward him, "Let's go catch those fish the old fashion way." Turning her head slightly with a smile with her brow narrow and pleading, She was trying, she didn't know how to do this serious relationship thing. This was her first real one, she would start trying harder. "If at first we don't succeed, get our ass up and try again. Learn from our past and put it behind us. Redue??"

Anger started to build up in her chest as tears started to water in her eyes. "No," getting to her feet. Standing in front of Gaius, "You do not get to do that. You know that I haven't seen my father in over a decade." A tear drips down her face, "Do you really think that I am that simple minded, to not have a clue what you guys were doing just the other day." Wiping a tear off her cheek, "I pay attention because I have learned from you to actually care. The fact that you would think that low of me when I have been busting my ass out there just like you nearly every day." Walking to the kitchen, how could he... She began to brew coffee, turning with a sniffle.

"I have been prepping this trip for weeks now. Do you really think that I wouldn't have thought of everything possible to be prepared for it. Yeah, that was drilled into my brain by Raidou." Turning to grab a paper cup and a lid. Pouring that coffee, placing the lid on it, guess she was having black coffee. "I have been waiting for 15 years to have a day like this with my family. I finally made up with Eruda and oh yeah, some fucking how my dead sister is in Shiina." Walking past him toward the door now. "I have been going through some really weird shit and all I wanted is one day, one fucking day to relax and maybe have some fun with my family, which believe it or not, includes you Gaius." Opening the door, Freya just stands there for a moment with her eyes shut. Trying to calm herself, she didn't want to leave like that... In a calmer voice, "I brought 4 tents and extra food just in case we couldn't get lucky. Please come. Everyone is there waiting for us..." Taking a deep breath as she began to walk out the door, back to where she left the group and Ko.   

Rushing past Eruda as she uses that tracking skill. Her eyes flash yellow as she sees the location. Glaring at her map seeing that he was in the shop. Heading back to the shop, it seemed that Ko stood back with the others, that was fine. She knew that the last time they were all together, it wasn't very pretty. If they were not is battle with something, then the silence suck such a killer between the two of them. That or battling with each other. Something had to give, she was not going to allow them to hate one another. If she had to drag him by his ear out the door then she would. She really wanted this to work for so many reasons. Arriving at her home away from home, she opens the door with a glare. 

She wanted to be mad, but the moment she saw him all that grr feeling left her system. So much for brute force. "Gaius..." she pulls a chair to him and sits with her hand on his leg. "I really want you to come and work it out. Maybe if you spend time with him, get to know each other a little, he won't tell me that you're not good enough any more." Getting up from the chair, pushing it back. She gets on her knees now right next to him. "This is me begging, I want him to at least like you a little before the wedding comes. Plleeeaase," Placing her hands on his leg. "We will have our own tent, I just really want you there because you are my family too." This begging this was rather new to her, she rather just take what she wants through force but this was a very sensitive matter.

Sam gives a sigh... Diving into the water after Eruda. It was just Freyja and Lium now. "I bet my story in the Cave is just the same amount of insane as yours. We should talk about sometime." A small smile given toward him. "Sorry about the hostile act. I made a promise to Sam, and I intend to stand by it. If you fuck up with Sam or Katoka, I will not hesitate or think twice about kicking your ass Lium. That is a promise." A serious outlook of her face. One that is not shown very often. "Welcome to the guild Lium." A smile before she swan dives into the water, splashing Lium. Coming up a few yards away, turning to the boy, "Well, you coming?" Diving under the water again to catch up to the others. She really was relieved, that conversation had been waiting for a very long while and Freyd really was right. Eruda is strong on the outside, and on the inside. She can handle so much more than she use to. Eruda has changed and it was much better this way. 

"Look here death row, lets start with a doggy paddle. Watch me and pay attention to my legs." Eruda nods, as Freya swims off in a doggy paddle way. Doing a large circle so that Eruda could see her from every angle. Arriving back at starting point. Eruda smiles, "And later you can do this," as she swims back out, taking long strides with her arms as her legs swish in opposite directions up and down. Doing that same circle as before showing every angle. Arriving back at starting point again. "I think I got it," Eruda says. Pushing herself off the ledge she goes straight into those wide stride motions. Mimicking her sister, Freya watches her. "Woooo, GO ERUDA, damn she really does learn fast." Glancing to this boy now that looked like he was about to speak, eyes shift to Sam. She looked royally pissed off. "Do I need to kick his ass," not knowing who this dude was. "No, you'll kill him," Sam says plainly keeping her eyes locked to Lium's.

Squinting her eyes full of water, "You knew... Oh god..." Freya pulls her back into a hug. Freyja didn't know what was worse, Eruda knowing and being okay with it, or Freya not, knowing that she knew and never went back to her sister. "I am sorry that I didn't come back for you. I just didn't think that you wanted me anymore. Mom pretty much made that clear..." There was so much emotion going through Freya right now. It became a bit hard to breath, "I will always want you Freya. It doesn't matter what has happened in the past. Today, right now, and forever, I will want you." Freya and Eruda stand there for a while. Eruda pulls her in closer as Freya gives the same grip. 

Freya pulls away after a while, "There is something else I need to tell you..." Freya tells Eruda everything about Tuatha and Nisahime and Simmone, all those connections that were there between the 3. She went as far as telling Eruda what really happened in that cavern she was trapped it. That she killed a lot of people to stay alive. Freya was right, she just had believe that her sister could handle something like this. They had been through so much already, and as long as they were sharing, it made perfect sense to share this with her sister now. "I am sorry that I didn't come to you sooner about this. I was afraid that you would see me differently because of this." They started walking again to their destination while talking about this.

"Oh God, I fucking knew you, you are mad at me. Look Eruda, I really, really sorry. I didn't mean to attack you. I wasn't myself, and freaking out because I didn't know where I was." "Freya..." Freya starts heading in the direction that was intended. Stops, turns. "I am so fucking stupid. I should have just not did my Gemini, maybe then I wouldn't have struck at you like you were the worst person in the world." "FREYA" Eruda calls out, maybe a bit too loud, but it made Freya stop. Eruda pulls her into a hug as tears start to run down her cheeks. Freyja felt so bad for what happened and if she could change anything in the world it would be that moment. Hearing a -shhh- as she felt a hand against the back of her head. "I am so sorry Eruda, I never meant to hurt you..." Her chest became pained like someone would feel with a heartbreak. Freyja wraps her arms around her sister, crying and just kept saying sorry in a muffled voice as she burrows her face on the front of Eruda's shoulder blade.

Pushing him the notes that have been made. "Eruda has formed a contract with Morrighan, a lily was given and that is when we began to see major change in her. Tuatha is inside, was inside of me, that is why I was leveling so quickly and coming up with all that unknown power, this was my current Scythe that I wield. Freyd, who had Samual's Pride,  and Eruda are called messengers to Morrighan in her eyes, I guess, and Shiina may or may not be contracted too. Her hair shifts when she plays her music, Anna our sister, which is much more powerful I have noticed within time, but given that Tuatha was with me and I am not contracted, it is an unknown fact. Made no sense to pay much attention until now. Tuatha seems to be Simmonè's dead brother. This makes me think that souls or fragments of whatever they are, have been residing within Nisa. This still makes no fucking sense."

Thinking for a moment before continuing, "Morrighan seems to be connecting upon contact through us, with a weapon, or a simple object. She calls herself Fate, and that only the people with the strongest courage and hearts will be able to contain this power that everyone seems to be receiving from her. She wants to help us get out of this unjust game when she gains enough power I guess, which I can only assume at this point is those contracts that she is trying to form with us. Her main target I guess in the Cardinal system... This is was she told Eruda, which has interacted with her in both dream and person. In the grand scheme of things, no hostile action has been toward us, but that could change at any moment, given that Freyd and I think that she is a virus in this game and possibly not actually a player? When we track Nisahime, multiple blimps show up, but when only tracking Morrighan, on ping shows. This makes me think that Morrighan is her true form." Turning to Freyd, "Am I missing anything?"

That last get together with Griswold and Gaius was a bit too awkward for her liking. Gaius seems to be terrified of her father and Griswold doesn't like Gaius. In his words she could do better. This doubting and hatred had to stop. The were to wed soon, but she didn't want her father to just deal with her soon to be husband. Freyja wanted her father and Gaius to get along. This was only going to happen one way. Getting to know one another, and in the meantime, maybe she would get to know Gaius a bit better too. There was also the thing with Shiina. Eruda said that their sister's soul resided in Shiina and she wanted to see that for herself, it might help or break Griswold but at least he might have a chance to see her again. He would also have other family there to keep him upright. Freyja wanted to make this family work, and even though everyone was a little fucked up in their own way, they were all going to be a family. She wanted to fix what broke, and mend what was slightly there. Hopefully they would all want to at least try. Gathering a bathing suit and a few things around the house, they would catch their own food, like a bonding thing. Putting some food in her bag just in case, she gathers some smore content and heads out. There was a place that she had been eyeing for a while now, at it was time to utilized that area. Putting a few tents in her inventory, ones that she bought a while ago hoping that this day would come.

Arriving on Floor 24, looking out into those beautiful waters, the slight breeze felt warm on her skin. She would try to make this day/night, one to remember. Opening her HUD she composes a combined message. It was around 6 pm so all the deliveries should be done to the guild hall by now.

With the chime of her HUD the message was sent. She was tired of the arguing and disbanding of this family. She just wanted them to start acting like one. Sitting there now by the fountain, she waits with Ko laying at her feet.

Walking out from the back, shaking her head. Grabbing a pan and pot from the cupboards, placing them on the burners that were not being used, "Okay then, show him you're a scaredy cat. You will so get on good terms with him that way." Saying this as a whisper and a small grin. If he was not going to help then she would try her best by herself. Maybe she would fuck up and that will light a fire under his ass to help. It usually always did. For some reason Gaius loved making her mad by correcting her work. If it was not perfect then it was not food to him. Grabbing some eggs, cracking them into a bowl, she added some milk and a bit of seasoning. Beginning to beat the eggs as she glances at Gaius. His eyes were wide as they were locked to the steak. Rolling her eyes as she pours the eggs into the pan. At the last minute she decides to make an omelet. While that was cooking, she pours some water in the pot as she starts to prepare the rice. Pouring the right amount of rice in a bowl she begins to rinse it under luke warm water. "I was hoping to show him how well we worked together in the kitchen, that we weren't just a team on the field," a small voice that she hoped that Gaius would hear.

Seeing Gaius freak the fuck out, Freya looks at the food on the stove and sets it off the burner for a moment. Dragging him quickly to the storage room so that they were out of Griswolds view. All the way to the back, that one empty wall, she pushes him against it. Taking his face is her hands softly brushing the side of his hair. "Gaius, everything is fine. You are fine, when I told him he was calmer than normal. He is tired and probably starving." Gazing into his eyes with sincerity. Giving him a quick peck on the cheek and pulls him into a hug. Holding him tightly with her head against his neck, waiting for him to stop freaking out. After a moment she brings head up with her hands now against his chest. "It was the first meal that I ever made for him at a very young age that I royally fucked up, show him that you are a master chef. We are getting somewhere with him. Show him your best work..." Standing there with her gaze locked to his, making sure he was okay with all of this. "Help me give him that meal to remember, please." 

"Great," excitement filled her voice. Gesturing a hand toward the door to allow him to go first, she didn't want him to randomly run back in, changing is mind. Freyja grabs the horse and turtle off the edge of the counter. Walking out after him, she closes the rocky door behind them. "It will be great I promise." Walking through that heat one more time, she felt a bit better than she did when she first arrived. Regardless, this meal she was about to make had to be perfection in everyone possible. 

Taking a gate as she waits for Griswold to go through first, they both arrive on the floor intended. Walking through her door, hearing Gaius yell at the other little shit, Boris makes a startling noise and falling out of the cupboard as the door swing open and Boris comes rolling out the kitchen as Ko jumps off her shoulder and pounces right on her tiny friend. The bear yelps as he runs up the stairs with the Saber running after him. Gaius was already in the kitchen, the house smelt amazing upon entry. "OH good your home, you're helping me. Take a seat," telling Griswold as she rushed to Gaius side. 

"Rice, scrambled eggs and toast. Make them however you want, please, please, please help me. It is really important. I will help with the guild prep when we are done" This was said in a quick whisper begging voice toward Gaius. Taking out some stuff for prep, putting her lips inches from his ear, "I told him," as she began to rush through the kitchen.

"You know I can do that myself, already done it once." A chuckle with the man. As Freyja's hand was released, a red flame follows him for a slight second. Stopping dead, staring at her hand, it couldn't possibly be Griswolds flame. His lit Orange as Eruda's lit blue. Was Nisa really right, was that really not a dream? That tiny spark of red flame vanished the moment it appeared, but it was there. "Holy..." saying as Griswold brings in another stone for his giant burning familiar. Looking down at Ko now, it seemed as though Ko was watching her. "I..." There were really no words to what was going on in her brain right now. A brow raised at her saber, "You saw that right?" Ko nods her head. Giving a huff as she turns to her father. That meal that she first made when she was younger, she wanted to recreate it. It seemed fitting right now because whatever she was doing, it was working...

"Come to my house, I want to make dinner for you. I don't want this to end just yet. Please," placing her hands behind her back as she leans down to pick up her tiny Saber, placing her on the shoulder where she sat calmly.  

A slight relief, now knowing that Raidou didn't know about it until it was mentioned. "So did you form Firm Anima around this idea." This is what is was sounding like. "Which came first..." All of this was a bit overwhelming, but she would stick to what she told Freyd, to the end. That black book, that slime, that rage that came from him in a red mist. He was pissed, but she had a feeling that it was directed toward those PKer's. She hated the Laughing Coffin with passion that was obviously for different reasons than Rai. She could respect what he was doing, he was making this game a safer place. To make then not be the cause of the diseases around this already horrible place. 

"You said that you saw this White-haired woman. Was it just in your dreams or also in person. What happened exactly." Leaning back in her chair listening...

Another chuckle as she remembers mother stepping on them in the middle of the night, just hearing her yell. It was a bit satisfying thinking about it now, knowing everything she had done. "Mmh, not as often. He has become a lot more serious in that matter, he still has his moments but it all works out in the end." Thinking for a moment, "That's the thing, even if I could do better, I wouldn't want it. That first time I saw him, that spark was there. I really don't care that he is an idiot at times. All that matters to me is that we love each other and without the other half of that coin we are nothing. We make one another stronger and I'm not just talking power. I am saying this straight from my heart." Her chest started to pound just from the thought of Gaius. "I am happy, like really happy. Please try to understand, get to know him, you might be surprised." At this time she places a tiny hand on her father's shoulder.

Her chest starts to pound as she remembers everything that happened, the repeat of that guild name. The Laughing Coffin, the people who put her through that emotional roller coaster of doom. The violent animals that practically got themselves killed on that Sycthe that she now wielded. Raidou was the one that found her, it made so much sense, but why did it take so long... Did he know what they were doing to lower level characters like her and Rin. A hand goes over her mouth now as she tries to even her breath. She could trust Raidou right? All this stuff that has been done for this guild, when did this Guild actually form. Removing her hand from her face slowly. "Rai..." her voice was cracky, "How long did you know I was down there... In that cave... Did you know what was going on down there..." Taking a hard inhale as she went through all those scenarios in her head, but everyone of them could have been wrong...

"Aww," a tear drips down her face as she pulls that small metal horse out and takes the turtle. That stallion that she got from him when Freyja first realized who he was. "I remember all these different animals were littered around the house. Baby Anna loved them too. She would keep trying to put them in her mouth." A small chuckle as she remembers what Eruda told her about Shiina and Anna. Was it true, a pained look across her face. There was so much that she wanted to tell Griswold but she didn't know how. 

Instead Freyja wipes her tears and thinks about happy things. "So Gaius and I have gotten pretty serious," she sets those tiny toys on the counter's edge. Pulling out the ring that Gaius gave her and sets it on her finger. "He ask me to marry him and I said yes." Glancing to Griswold to see is face shift a bit. "I want you to ease up on the man because I want you to walk me down the isle and I don't want you to kill him when we get to the other side..."

A glare at Freyd, "Seriously? After everything that we have been through, after everything that I said about my family. There is no way in hell that I am just going to up and leave, just to wait by that monument to see if your name pops up. No, I will not be going anywhere Freyd, simply because you are my family too. Family sticks together no matter what..." with not actually realizing what was being said until the words came out. "Wow," after a moment Freyja shakes her head and watches Raidou come through the doors and sit.

"That is what we are trying to figure out. When we track Nisahime, multiple blips pop up. So far those pings have been located in several people from our guild. Myself, Eruda, Freyd, Shiina from what Eruda was saying not confirmed, and possibly Sam or Simmonè but that is not defined yet either." Freyja pauses for a moment as her eyes glow yellow. A blink to readjust her vision as this skill was still sorta new to her. Glancing at her map with a sigh, "It's as we suspected. You are part of that list too Raidou." There was 4 icons on the map... "Wait a fucking second, who is that forth one..." Freyja starts counting on her fingers confused. From what she could tell there was no one else in this guild hall. Freyd and Freyja have been here all morning and half the afternoon, they would know if anyone entered or left. 

Freya Uses Tracking Skill on Nisahime

"I know, I just..." Freya couldn't look at him. Asking about her weapon she couldn't help but nervously chuckle. "It has been a huge new adventure. I am still learning how to use it properly." There was so much power to it and so much back round to it. Controlling it was not the issue, she knew she was strong enough, it was just all the baggage that came with it. It was weird, she has accepted what she had done with Tuatha's help, but she was still trying to figure out exactly what she was supposed to do with that knowledge. Shaking her head slightly, now wasn't the time for those thoughts though. "I am going to be honest, I was terrified to come here. Not because of you per say I just don't know how to be around you... I use to be a huge daddy's girl then..." stopping mid sentence as tears start to swell in her eyes. 

"Celeste and Raidou too. Damn..." Watching Freyd compose a message and sending it. Her HUD chimes, opening up the message so she knew the content. Freyja's eyes widen, "Damn straight to the point." Sitting upright in her chair, she cleans up the papers on the table that got scattered around. "I wonder if people will take this seriously. At this point it is really no joke." Freyja was really 50/50 on it all and she wanted those answers, just as much as Freyd did. It was a bit extreme to send out a guild wide message, but maybe that was what needed to be done to get to the bottom of this. If this didn't work like they planned, then he would be going after her directly, she didn't know if she should be there for that but only time would tell for sure. Suddenly a message comes in through the chat. It was Raidou, of course it was. Freyja and Freyd both open their HUD check. They locked eyes with each other, "Let's get this shit figured out."

A narrow of her brows with small smile. Ko rolls that rock past their feet toward Vulcan. Nudging it toward the large creature, Ko sits to watch what he would do with it. The was a dozen reasons racing through her brain why she didn't want to be here and just as many excuses why she wanted to leave. "Would you believe me if I said I was just passing through and decided to just stop by to say Hi." Trying to make a face that would sell. The truth of the matter, who the hell would come here willy nilly as a day planned. Certainly not her, it was too god damn hot around these parts. She knew exactly why she was here, but she didn't want it to be because of Nisa. She really did want to make up for lost time, but she was not sure how. All that time gone, she didn't even know how to act around him anymore. Leaning against the door frame now she looks down with a frown, as she fiddled with her fingernails.  

Freyja's eyes narrow as she wasn't getting anywhere, the more she moved the greater pressure Ko used to keep her from leaving. "FINE, I go and talk with him." A twist of Ko's head. "I will right now, you win..." Ko pushes herself off her master now, shifting back into her small form. Right then the saber runs off and comes back rolling a rock twice her size toward the door. A half smile as she watches this determined creature sit and stare at the door. Taking a deep breath as she places her hands on the rocked door and shifts it to the side. "Griswold you in here," she was having her doubts and fears about how this conversation was going to transpire. Maybe it would be easier over a meal... maybe not. She just had to get it out somehow, wondering now if this was what Eruda felt like all that time. Not being able to say what she needed to. There wouldn't be any correcting of anything if she didn't say anything. She had to deal with this, no matter is was a bit harder because she hadn't spent a whole lot of time with him. Coming into this game gave her that chance, she just needed to get passed everything that she was feeling.

It had been days since her investigation with Freyd and the whole Nisa thing. It was exhausting just thinking about it all. She had yet to make that big decision, but there was one thing that she knew she had to do. The heat on this floor was killer, but she was dealing. If it meant that she had to be here to see her father then so be it. Standing by the door of his shop, she lifts a hand, but just stares at the door. A sigh as she starts to turn to walk off, she was scared. How could she tell her father that she felt abandoned even if it wasn't his fault. Eruda was always the one to jump right in as of late, Nisa was right about one thing, Freyja was hesitating but for what reason. Biting her lip as she began to walk away, not thinking she was ready to have such a conversation. Ko was standing at her feet, staring up at her. "Oh, don't give me that look." Freyja takes one step for as Ko shifts into her huge form. "I am not ready Ko, move..." Freyja takes one more step forward as Ko pounces at her, pinning her against the cavern looking wall that was her father's shop with a slamming impact. "DAMN IT KO," saying as she tries to nudge her familiar off with no success.

Before she could say a word, her sister was gone. "I really wasn't.." walking back to the table, grabbing her coffee. Taking the last sip, "Refresh on caffeine?" Freyd simple nods as she walks through a door that mimicked a kitchen that she was all to familiar with. Brewing coffee as she leans against the counter. Freyja didn't know what to think about any of it. Her best thoughts came from just talking about the issue at hand. Taking a deep breath as she makes up those cups and walks back out. Sitting in that chair next to Freyd, setting the goodness down in front of him while taking a drink of her own. Silence falls into the room as she sits there for a moment thinking. 

Turning in the chair locking eyes with her friend. "Eruda has changed so fast in so little time, as have I." A pause, taking another sip, "I don't not think that Eruda is wrong, it just seems like she didn't know how to get it all out on paper. That influence, it sorta seems like Morrighan takes that passion they already have and dials it up to 100%. With this being said I do not believe that we are wrong either. There is very valid pointers between us all, but this is why we are here. To match and find information that is not known yet." The split, the dead flame, the meteor shower, Anna... "I think that we need more information." Without turning her head away, her eyes peer down.

Freya was mixed on pretty much everything. Shit had happened to her that makes Freyja want to believe, but at the same she was being pulled in the other direction. She believes that shit don't happen unless you make it happen and it couldn't be just as simple as Fate telling her how it was. Was that even the case... Freya at this point is highly confused and needed to know more before making that final decision...
