Destiny

"Umm....Well...."  Destiny was a bit scared to admit that she was still too weak to even kill boars, not to mention venture into some dark creepy forest to who knows were. "...I couldn't even kill the boar.. I mean.... I still only have 15 HP and only deal 1 damage per hit...I don't think I'm strong enough Draterion...."  Destiny looked down when she said the words.  She hated admitting that she as weak.  Though Destiny was stubborn as ever, she felt as though she would be better off letting him know that she was a crutch; instead of trying not to be one. 

"Hmm.."  Destiny said as she brought and index finger to her chin.  She continued to walk and think.  Destiny looked up at the sky quickly.  "Well.. Guys.. I am not quite sure myself... But I think it would be something of the polytheism era. Destiny looked at Manta for a second and continued walking.  "Hey!~  Are you excited?  When I heard the news. I nearly died inside.  I am so happy for you!"  

"My little babe!!"  She said as she saw her nephew call out for her.  Destiny remembered that somethings embarrassed him, like when Destiny would tickle him, but that moment she forgot.  She was sick of waiting.  "Err..erhm.  I mean, Arekkusu!!~"   Destiny stood up, releaving herself from the item she was leaning on.  "I'm glad her you're here!!"  she placed a hand on his shoulder when they got close enough.  "I wonder if-"  Destiny didn't need to finish her sentence,  she saw Manta past Arekkusu's shoulder.  "Hey!! Manta!"  she called out as she waved her hand.  "Its great to see you!"  Destiny quickly hugged Manta and then stepped back to look at the both of them.  "Alright, guys.. You all know what we are here to do.. Right?  Alright, then we are outta here."  Destiny turned around as she lead the way to the Forest of Wavering Mist 

After hearing the great news from Manta, Destiny decided that it would be great to go on this quest to help Manta get ready for such occasion.  Destiny had PM'd Manta earlier that day asking her to meet on the third floor to go on this quest.  She hope that Manta had accepted, and hoped that Manta didn't mind that she was bringing along her nephew; Arekkusu.   Destiny though that it would be beneficial for the both of them to be a part of such event, due to the fact that both of them were key roles in the main event,  Manta Gaul's wedding. 

"Hmm..I wonder where they are.."  she thought to herself.  Destiny was on the borderline of the town's safe zone.  Destiny leaned against the fence as she though to herself.  "Well.. Hopefully they get here soon..." 

Taking this with Manta and Arekkusu 

"Well. Well."  Destiny said as she stook her head from side to side, Destiny was laughing at him.  "Well...I think I would take you up on that offer to ditch and go have some fun.  However.." Destiny stood up and pushed in her chair.  She leaned on it, bending her body towards Alonne.  ".. I think it's time that I take my leave,"  Destiny looked down at her tea cup and flashed her eyes at him as she said his name.  "Sir Alonne."  Destiny stood up straight and put her hands at her sides.  "As for stealing lips.." she let out a single laugh.  "..Well.. This shall to be continued.."  Destiny turned and started walking towards the door, she stopped and looked at Alonne, still sitting there. "Farewell.." Destiny brought her hands to her lips and blew him a kiss, "..Sir."  She then turned back on to the door, and opened it and walked through.  

"Alright kiddos.  Aedan, you're with me."  She said to him as she grabbed him by the hand.  Destiny wanted to lead and she didn't want Aedan to hold her back at all.  Destiny started marching forward.  "Keep your eyes peeled, kiddo."  she said softly over her shoulder.  Destiny was still holding him by the hand, leading him, making sure that he didn't get lost or possbily something attacking him.  "So Aedan, if there is a wolf or something that comes out.. I don't want you to attack right away, okay?  Only after my turn, and you just attack it and run out."  

Destiny smiled back at Alonne.  He was trying to be suave again, something that he didn't know that she was getting used to.  Though the word 'date' did give her a few shivers, she decided that she would push him back just the way he did her.  Destiny moved closer to Alonne,  their faces nearly touching.  "Well.." she said softly as her breath skimmed his face.  "I would say yes."  Destiny moved closer as if she was about to kiss him, but she put her hand in the way.  Destiny moved back and smiled at Alonne.  She was having fun.  "Well...Sir Alonne.." she said softly as she batted her eyelashes at him.  "What now?

"Well... That is a bit worry some isn't it?" she said softly to Sousuke.  "Well.... Darlings..."  she said to them all as she turned to look at them.  Destiny smiled a half smile and let it fall quickly from her face.  "What shall we all do now?  Go destory things or be reckless and let loose?"  Destiny looked at the ground and rocked back and forth, waiting for everyone's response.  Destiny was a bit consumed with her thoughts and wasn't entirely sure about what to do and where do it, but she didn't want to stand around much more.  The more time she had to herself the more time she was able to think, something that she didn't want to do.  Be left alone with her thoughts. 

"Thank you for understanding,"  she said warmly.  "and thank you for leaving an open invitation to me.  That means a lot."  Destiny laughed a short, and small laugh.  Destiny took a drink and had the cup at her lips still when Alonne started talking again.  She nearly choked at this offer.  Destiny smiled and looked sharply at Alonne.  "My my... Sir... Are you asking me out on a date?" she asked him with an eyebrow lifted.  

Destiny listened as Alonne talked about feelings in the virtual world. To Destiny it felt like she could feel everything. The feeling of sitting, the feeling of the virtual sun, wind, everything. Maybe it was because she thought of what things felt like that made them feel so real, that she could feel. Destiny blushed as she felt Alonne's hand on hers, and then bringing it to his face. Destiny was slightly releaved when Alonne put her hand back on the table. "Ummm... about the guild.... I don't think I will, I'm sorry. It's just. I prefer to be free."

Destiny, unsure about what to do stood back and watched the others as they attacked the giant snow or ice monster.  "Well..."  she said to herself.  Destiny didn't really know what to do at all, she took a few steps back and then a couple more; making sure that she was a safe distance away.  She looked over at Vexi, overly proud that he was alright and it seemed that he had become a better player as the days continued.  It warmed her heart.  Destiny remembered when they first met.  "Gosh...He is really... growing."  She smiled to herself as she continued to think.  "I...I'm so proud of him..." 

"Oh?" Destiny said with a surprised tone.  It seemed that everyone wanted Destiny to stay out of danger, but danger was always right behind them.  "I wil be fine, don't worry about me."  Destiny smiled at Alonne, trying to reassure him that she would be fine whereever she went. Destiny watched as Alonne slouched in his seat.  "Hey hey...Keep your head up Alonne... Please.. I don't like seeing you all in the dumps like this."  she said with a concerning tone.  Alonne wasn't really acting like himself at all.  He was being a different person. 

When Destiny's nephew made the statement that they were all back together again, being that the group that fought the MPE, it sent a shiver down Destiny's spine. There was one person that she didn't want to see today, because it felt like everywhere she went she would just magically run into him. It was the person that she was tied to. Destiny stated making a hand motion to Arekkusu as if he should cut it off. But he continued to speak about how they were missing a few. Destiny immediately stopped her action and looked down. "Alright, stay calm... stay clam....." She thought to herself.

Destiny looked up to hear Pyro saying something to Sousuke. She wasn't entirely listening, however she heard Sousuke's response, "Demons.... what demons?" She asked Sousuke as she stepped closer to approach him. "What are you talking about, Sousuke?"

"Hello Wynter!" Destiny called out to her. Destiny had her arms out and open as if Wynter would be running into them. But instead she ran over to Wynter and picked her up and spun her around, similar to what parents do to their children when they are still young babes. In Destiny's eyes, they were all still young, with the exception of Sousuke. "Welcome to floor 2." Destiny waved at Arekkusu, and turned to the other. "Well... where are we off to now everyone?"

"Alonne. I don't think people judge you by your hair... and certainly not because of your looks either. " Destiny smiled as she joked with him. "And who knows, maybe you will find love, it just takes time for love to grow and progress. Seems like something that you don't know of." Destiny frowned as she thought of someone that he loved. "It takes a lot of time. And love comes in so many different forms. There is motherly love, familial love....there is just a lot." Destiny looked down at her tea. "And honestly, it just takes time. And not looking for love is a good place to start." Destiny then placed her hand on top of Alonne's and gripped it tightly. "Okay?" She said softly with a slight smile. "As for what I am going to do, don't worry about it. It seems like you're down in the dumps right now."

"I guess..." Destiny said under her breath,  "Hm?  Friend list?"  Destiny watched as  Kosan opened up his HUD and said each letter of her name slowly.  She blushed as Kosan remarked that they were now friends.  "I guess we are!" she said cheerfully.  Then Destiny saw as Kosan unequipped his coat and handed it to her.  "Umm..Thank you Kosan.." she said softly.  Destiny equipped it and the large coat wrapped around her.  Destiny giggled as the coat was very large for her.  "Look Kosan!! I'm a monster!! RAAAWWRR!!!" Destiny called out as she made motions like a blanket monster.  "GRRR!!!"  

Destiny nodded and ordered a sweet tea for Alonne.  She sat and listened to Alonne go on about what happened to them when they first met.  Destiny blushed slightly at the mention of him asking her to let him be her boyfriend.  "Well..." she thought to herself as he continued to talk.  Destiny rolled her eyes when Alonne said that she would regret this.  "What about, 'back at the lake'?"  Destiny asked him in a serious, yet stern tone.  "If you mean my anser about you being my boyfriend,  I don't think you realize who you're dealing with here.  I don't fall easily.  I learned that lesson back in the real world."  Destiny was handed her mint tea and handed over to Alonne his sweet tea.  She took a sip and basked in the  aroma of the mint.  "Also...Well.. I don't know.. I kind of like the idea of keeping my options open until I find the perfect person.  And I highly doubt I will ever find love here.. I mean, hell, look around."  Destiny gestured around them.  "How many people here actually; and genuinely care about one another.  Far and few..And well.. I have other concerns of my own before I 'hypothetically' find a "boyfriend."" Destiny used air quotes when she said boyfriend. 

"Well... What are you waiting for Wynter?!" she said cheerfully.  It seemed that there were already others on the other side of the teleporter waiting for them, it was just Wynter, Tyrius, Arekkusu and her left on the side that they were currently on.  Sousuke and Aedan were already on the other side, which reassured that they would be okay being on the other side without Arekkusu and herself.  "There is nothing to worry about," she said softy Wynter and approached her.  Destiny put both of her hands on the sides of Wynter's head and pulled her head closer to Destiny's lips.  Destiny kissed her hairline.  For some reason Destiny felt like Wynter was like a daughter that she never had.  Innocent, full of hope and rather happy.  Something that she would always wish for others to be.  Destiny released her hold on Wynter's head and started to run towards the teleporter.  Destiny turned around and waved the rest of them standing there as she stepped backwards into the teleporter.  "See you on the other side!" she called out to the three as she faded away. 

Destiny nodded at Pyro when she mentioned missing Manta as well.  In fact Destiny missed the both of them, it seemed that the three of them got along splendidly and it was quite some time that Destiny had seen Manta as well.  Destiny then heard Pyro mention something about the ribbon that she had been gently rubbing.  "Oh!" she exclaimed with surprise,  "I-it's nothing really." Destiny was speaking in a high pitch, rather hesitant tone.  She wasn't sure what to say.  "Ummm~ look!"  Destiny exclaimed trying to bring the attention to something else other than her and her ribbon.  "It's...uh...Claim..."  Destiny hopped that this little maneuver would shrug off any notion of her previous actions. 

"What.. You make me faint.. Please.." she said as she walked into the Tavern.  "I mean seriously, Alonne, don't flatter yourself. And also, I kind of like you better the way you were before this big change, but that's just me. " Destiny looked back at him as she walked over to a table.  She sat down and ordered a mint tea for herself, because she didn't know what Alonne wanted. "Well?" she said as she looked at him.  "What do you want to drink?"

"Huh?" Destiny said as she stopped fencing with the imagenary person.  "Are you sure about that Ko-" Destiny was unable to finish her sentence due to the fact that Kosan had hugged her again.  She blushed a bit more and looked down at her feet.  "Umm...No.. I'm fine thank you.. I am a really warm person actually.." she said as she touched her face, it was extremely warm.  "I mean...Unless if you want to...I will take it for now.."
