After another side-step to get behind the skeleton spearman, Oske thrust her sword forward. It stabbed through the skeleton's spine, shattering it to pieces. The skeleton slowly crumpled and fell apart, its spear falling to the ground before it shattered into a million blue shards. The shards dispersed, and Oske knelt down to check her rewards as the screen rose up in front of her face.

  2. Oske watched as Daeron… changed. Someone who she felt close to, someone she thought she knew well… reverted back to a side she had only seen once or twice in her entire life. She didn’t want to leave him, but she certainly didn’t want to be there either. In fact, in all honesty, Oske wanted to get up and run away. First, Mari had gone completely insane. And now, Daeron was threatening to kill… for fun. Her head was spinning, and for a moment, she heard it. A voice.

Are you going to fight? Or will you just kill yourself? Oske pushed her hands to her ears. She had begged for this to not happen—she took all her medications in the real world, but were they important when she was in a coma? She assumed, at this point, that her medications were not being pumped into her via IV. Jump out the window. It’s your only option.

Oske looked around… and there was no window. The voice itself was not making sense. But she didn’t want to be the one to fall to insanity, too. She needed to keep a grip, otherwise… who would? She rose to her feet, shaking a little as tears welled in her eyes. She swallowed, growling, “Daeron… is this what you really want to do? All because of a little rejection?â€

You’re no better, miss—Oh, Jeff! Love me or I’ll kill myself! Oske shook her head again, clearly distressed. “I never thought I’d say this, but people like that make me sick.†No wonder you hate yourself. Loser.

Oske slammed her sword down on the spearman's face. It made a strange, clacking sound. It then pulled away, readying its spear with a sword art that glowed the metal tip of the spear. Oske jumped out of the way, easily dodging the hit that was her impending doom. She then smiled slightly, then laughed a little. "You're pathetic."

Oske was getting cocky. She gripped her sword tightly, then twirled. The twirl, however, was too much for her body. She had been twirling around with every hit, and the spinning got to her head. She stopped, her feet feeling light as she fell to the ground and almost threw up. In her moment of failure, the Skeleton Spearman regained its ability to move. Oske jumped to her feet.

The Spearman froze, and Oske could see its eyes wandering as it wondered why in the world it could not move. Its body shook slightly as it struggled, but the effects of her paralysis were too strong. She then spun around, slamming both her shield and sword into the Skeleton Spearman's side. It took the hit, becoming paralyzed once more. Oske knew this would be an easy fight.

As Oske entered, she was immediately attacked. Before her, rising from the ground and forming into a skeletal figure with a spear and some ghastly armor, a skeleton spearman thrust his sword into her side. Oske took the hit, then charged and hit HARD. Her shield slammed against him as well, paralyzing him.

After walking casually, she realized it'd be faster to walk a little... more briskly. Once she did that, she had arrived at the entrance of the dungeon. It had torn vines lying around the door and on the ground from when the floor-clearing players ripped them free to venture on into the dungeon. Oske knew that the monsters here would be tougher than the ones normally one floor one--and by tough, she didn't mean high health. They would have high hits.

Oske gently rested her body on the ground, sitting in a kneeling position to relax for a little while. She then snapped awake again, rising to her feet. Just a mile or so away was the dungeon, which she would be crawling in search of materials. Oske stretched, popping her shoulder quietly before continuing down the dirt path toward the already-cleared dungeon.

In Oske's moment of distracted disgust, the boar kicked her with his hoof rather hard. She winced, then swung her sword to the side. With another sickening crack and rip of skin, she watched as the boar's head separated from its body before shattering into blue shards along with the rest of his body. Oske panted, resting her head before checking her loot.

The boar charged. Oske was hit on the hip again, causing her just a little pain. It was rather annoying, but not very agonizing. In response to the minor hit, she slashed and stabbed at the boar's mouth. With a sickening sound of skin ripping, she watches as the muzzle of the boar was cut off, leaving only a lower jaw and a flopping tongue. She grimaced in disgust, and she glanced at the health bar. Two points left.

Oske dashed forward, leaping into the air and over the boar. She landed on its back, and as before, she slashed into its spine. It screeched in agony, struggling to shake her off. She was doing quite a bit of damage to it, and its health had fallen into the red zone at this point. If she landed a critical hit, she could probably kill it. Oske took a deep breath, jumping off its back and getting ready to deal a final hit.

Oske slashed at the wolf again, narrowly missing. However, her over-extended arm caused her to fall flat on her face. The wolf was not amused, but it waited for her to get up. As she brushed off her cape, she glanced at Ranpu and saw a familiar figure approaching the two. "Wait... I didn't no Mian was here, too... Is that you, Mian?" she called.

  14. Oske laughed and smiled softly. "No, you're fine! Don't worry, we'll definitely catch one. And... actually, how about this. Could you give me some of the food, too? If I happen to see one, I'll catch it and give it to you," Oske promised. "I have no interest in getting a familiar right now anyway."

Oske put her hands in her pockets, adjusting her cape. She was kind of tired, in all honestly. But getting out there and doing things always made her less tired.

((seeing as the next time a familiar is tamable will be one of my turns, if I catch it I will give it to you, just give me the description and such via PM))

With a furious slash, Oske dealth a massive hit on the King Boar. It let out another bellow of pain, but did not fight back. It staggered, health low and falling. It was just below the yellow zone in its health bar, falling into a color of yellow-ish orange. She jumped back and skidded a little, making sure to keep her feet firmly planted on the ground and regain her balance. She inhaled, then exhaled. This was taking longer than expected.

Oske pushed her sword out, watching it slam into the boar's forehead. It roared and screeched, pulling back and shaking its head. This caused the sword to slash into his face some more, damaging itself. The boar then stumbled backwards, red lines along its face that glowed and pulsed. It was exhaling and snorting through its nostrils and glaring at her.

The boar swung its head to the side, nailing Oske in the hip with its tusk. It dealt a point of damage, seeing as Oske had powerful armor. She grunted and ground her teeth, bearing the pain and wincing slightly. The boar then turned again, getting ready to charge at her. The boar backed up and began to run forward again, eyes filled with red rage.

Oske jumped and got ready to fight again, adjusting her weight on both feet to keep herself ready for action. The boar circled her slowly, as it was very large and had bulky legs. It was not very agile. The boar then charged, and Oske easily stepped to the side and dodged. The boar grunted, then slowly turned to face her again and got ready to charge. Once it was ready, it charged, and Oske side stepped again. First floor was really too easy for her.

Oske jumped and landed on the boar's back, slashing a huge gash into its spine. It almost looked like a piece of meat had been cut out in a wedge, leaving the pork in an odd formation. She had landed a critical hit. Oske jumped off as the boar tried to shake her. It squealed and snorted and grunted in pain, running in circles and trying to stop the pain from spreading. Oske wiped off her forehead, which was covered in small beads of sweat.

The boar easily backed up to dodge Oske's attack as she swung for it. It dodged to the left, then the right, then backwards. She snarled and ran at it, but the boar charged to try to hit her. She dodged to the site, wincing slightly as her ankle hit a rock. She then regained her stance and glared at the boar, which was not phased by her anger.
