    I'm considering pursuing a Unique Skill- specifically the Dual Blades skill (I do want to use dat Starburst Stream), but i don't know what level i should be for that.

      Zelrius can lend someone else the skill before the fight.
      Technically any level can join, however it is unknown to all (including myself) how strong one should be to take on the quest, plus there are hidden conditions to be met (don't bother asking those either, I don't know them nor am I allowed to know).
