The actual skill that requires only 2 SP to get Rank 1.  Effects: Gain X Hp (X=Rank) every time CD rolls 10 or higher.

Regen - Light Armor Enhancement: Require 3 slots.  Will heal 2 hp when the enemy hits, and a 6 or higher is rolled on the CD.

Battle Healing is very tricky to activate (Mostly cause Cardinal has rolled a 10 or higher for me only when I had full health)

another thing, what're good enhancements for light armor?

depends on your build. mitigation, evasion, or savvy are decent.
