Following up on the massive success of Question Time with Shirosu comes Question Time with Koumori! The question of the day is: If you have added evasion can you turn an enemy's/player's attack from a critical hit to a normal one. It says you can make it not count at all if you drop it down to a miss roll so id imagine so

Obviously I'm not gonna go against the rules but that does seem kinda dumb if you think about it

What takao said. A critical cannot be rolled in or out of using accuracy or evasion. nor can 9 be changed to 10 or vice versa.

Does it? It seems completely fine to me. If you could lower it down to the point where you could evade even a 10, you'd basically be invincible.
