I may be a bit dumb in doing this but after I get home from family dinner and so forth I was going to make a birthday thread where anybody can show up :P So she could see a flier on a board perhaps? Another option is noticing a big colorful pop-up mid-rp congratulating him on his birthday :P It could be really douchy too, wishing him a long life and happiness.
