Shizuka smirked as she looked into the distance for any types of materials that she could use. Just as she had given up on the area, her eyes were automatically directed at to a different location. There, the remains of a dead moth could be seen clearly. Shizuka smiled and sat down beside the moth to place it in her hands and allow it to rest there for a while. It was a pity for an animal to die like this even if it was a virtual world.

Shizuka walked forward to the front of the pond that was located on the outskirts of the outside of the safe zone in the first floor. Indeed, this was truly the only floor that Shizuka had been on and well, Shizuka believed that this was definitely the safest and she didn't care that it was the lowest floor because Shizuka had gotten quite a good deal of materials from all this. With a sigh, Shizuka realized that the pond bay was filled with absolute nothingness.

Shizuka was pleased with the fact that she had already gotten so many materials. With the materials that is currently present in her inventory, she should be able to use them to the max efficiency and through the materials that she obtains, she should be able to correctly use these materials for her alchemist needs and she was pleased that she could get so many material session completed at the moment. If she continued, she would have more than enough materials for a day's crafts.

Shizuka sighed as she looked at the younger boy. Indeed, the man had seemed to be frozen in place, not willing to move about in an attempt to hit the rock. However, Shizuka was not someone who liked to give up somewhere in the middle of a quest. Indeed, she wanted to finish the quest even if she had already completed this quest. Once something starts, she might as well finish it. There was no point in quiting. If Takneil was not willing to attack. Shizuka will attack in his place and try her hardest to deal damage to the rock as Takneil obviously wasn't trying in any way. Geez... How annoying. Shizuka thought and struck the rock, providing a critical and doubling the damage.

Shizuka sighed. The day was already approaching noon and they were yet to make any real progress on the breaking of the rock. Shizuka smiled as she charged forward and with one smooth movement, he was able to land a strike on the sturdy rock. It was a good turn of events... Most of their hits have failed completely but finally, Shizuka was able to strike the rock for once. With a smile full of pride, Shizuka backed off, allowing the other two to strike.  Geez. Takneil hasn't been trying to hit. Shizuka thought.

Shizuka looked around, still disgusted by the smell that the previous apple had given her. However, far from that tree, there was another tree that Shizuka laid her eyes upon. This tree was one of delight and beauty and so was the fruits that it bore as well. Shizuka smirked, walking up to the tree and realized that the tree housed much apples. Shizuka smiled as she looked at the nearest one and took it away from the shelter of the tree to add to her own collection.

Strange. was Shizuka's thoughts as she sniffed the air having sensed a weird sent in the sky. Naturally, Shizuka followed the strange scent in order to check out what was making such a smell. However, as she soon approached the area, she was surprised by the fact that it was a red apple that was making the smell. With a smile, Shizuka walked over and snatched it from the tree before realizing that the back was completely back. With a yelp of disgust, Shizuka tossed it onto the ground and moaned.

Shizuka sighed as she whipped off a few her tears. Honestly, she had not heard a bit of the plan... but she decided that she would just roll along with it in and heal up whoever needs healing. However, her luck really had been terrible recently... Or perhaps Shizuka is just imaging it due to her recent passage of luck. Shizuka smiled a gentle smile from under her black cloak as she walked over to Tristan and activated her first aid skill. She really hoped that she could successfully heal the man to a good amount of health in order to allow the tank breathing space. Shizuka smiled, of course, when she realized that she had successfully recovered the man's health by using her first aid skill. Good turn order. Shizuka thought.

Shizuka looked around and sighed. It seemed like this attempt had failed and she honestly didn't even mind. Her material gathering luck had been considerably better than normal ever since she had tried this new loot boost that she obtained from the different shops that she visited. She loved the enhancement because it strongly boosts her luck and she needed this sort of luck at the moment.

She definitely did not expect the material gathering to be this easy even though she had an insane amount of loot dice enhancements. Good stuff. Luck + Boosts = Good stuff. Shizuka realized and with that, she looked around and picked up yet another material... a green apple this time which was conveniently placed on the ground for her to simply pick up and bring to her inventory.

Shizuka's material gathering was definitely better than it was at the beginning of the game. Of course, this was only expected due to the fact that Shizuka had a decent amount of SP invested into her Search & Detect skill. If she wasn't having good luck with material gathering, there would definitely be some sort of mistake. Shizuka smirked as she took a fallen apple and added it into her collection of materials and with a smile, she moved on once more, almost succeeding with every single attempt that she tried.

Indeed, she was going to go ahead and pick off a few berries from it and even though there were many berries there, all of it counted only as one material for Shizuka. It wasn't like she minded anyway. She was definitely making progress from this. With this, she heard that a higher floor had some sort of material gathering benefit. One day, Shizuka will definitely check that out in order to gain materials easier and with more efficiency.

However, unluckily for Shizuka, there was an apple at the top of a tree. Indeed, it would be hard to obtain that apple. However, Shizuka was not someone who would give up on something that might seem difficult to obtain. Shizuka smirked, jumping up and grabbing it... Just barely making it hers. Another one. Shizuka thought. Quite successful so far. She realized.

At the moment, there was just more than 50% chance that Shizuka would be able to find a material with every search attempt that she tries. Of course, this honestly could be better but it was a decent amount of chance that she would find a material compared to the usual 25% that she would get without her loot boosting. Shizuka smiled, knowing that this time, she had failed to find anything noteworthy and hence, she carried on. She was not to be bothered by frustration this time. In fact, she was taking it easy.

This time, it was a peach and she instantly picked it up and added it to her material inventory.

Shizuka smiled as she picked up the random glowing wheat that was on the ground.

Shizuka sighed as Ssendom put out a comment on how he would kill one of them if they were to interfere. Geez... How rude. I kinda want to jump out in front of him to see what he would do. Shizuka thought but knew better than to actually do it due to the danger that Shizuka would have to put up with if she was indeed to do that. With a bored smile, Shizuka shrugged, knowing that the only thing she could do was watch out for the man's health and recover when it is necessary for her to do so. She honestly hoped that it wouldn't be necessary and Shizuka could care less if she was to become bored as long as the quest was complete and she was delivered the skill points that she wanted so badly. I need to improve my Search and Detect to find more materials easier. Shizuka thought. The material finding is so hard these days. I don't have any damage on me and if I solo a mob, I'd probably die instantly. Shizuka realized and with another sigh, she simply didn't talk but followed the other two in order to achieve her ambition for skill points and levels.

Shizuka was finally warmed up and ready to proceed to more crafting. Indeed, she was prepared for more crafting now that she had gotten more practice in and she believed that she would be able to rank up this time. Indeed, she had done just that and with a grin of success, she knew now that she would be able to make all the potions in this game. Surely... There will be more customers after this... Shizuka thought with a smile as she crafted two perfect items and ranked up as well. One crafter's respite and one safeguard for Zelrius, the person who had donated materials.

It was time for Shizuka to craft once more. However, Shizuka had not crafted for quite a while now. It was going to be a hard task for her to get off and start crafting right away. Still, the boss fight needs some potions and Shizuka was going to supply some potions. With a sigh, Shizuka began to craft and took out some Crafter's Respite in order to make the most efficiency of the crafting day. Crafter's Respite is why Alchemy is so good. Shizuka realized and hence, she began to craft. Sure enough, it took Shizuka a while to get used to crafting and she was only able to really craft a rare item which was definitely not good enough. With a smile, she took out her Crafter's Respite potion and chugged it down so she can continue to craft for today.

However, she could definitely work harder and harder to achieve more and more and become one of the greatest healers in the world of Aincrad. It's going to be hard work... Definitely. But in the end, it will be worth it. Shizuka thought, picking up a berry from the ground.  How convenient. I guess the loot boost is working after all.

She was unable to fight any boars for materials as she had no damage and instead, had to work very hard to gather materials one by one because no one was willing to give anything to the poor, broke girl. As a healer, Shizuka truly was at a disadvantage. In the distance, Shizuka could see a young boy working hard to gather materials and she felt pity and sympathy for the boy. Such a young age... Shizuka thought before turning around and going the opposite direction. My vitamins can only last so long... I need to focus, not pay attention to some random kid trying his hardest to become a good player.

Shizuka sighed as she walked out of the starting town of the first floor. Indeed, it was going to be an effortless material gathering session with her material gathering instincts. She had some Vitamins that she could use to boost her chances of finding material and she hoped that she would be able to find many materials. Lately, no one has been at her shop and she honestly didn't care because her attitude would probably chase people off. However, she wanted to boost her alchemy skills so it would be easier for Shizuka to craft better potions and not slack off with her potion creation. Shizuka smirked... She wasn't going to be so stressed to get these materials as she would have lots and lots of different loot dice boosts. With yet another sigh, Shizuka walked out of the town and looked around.

Honestly, Shizuka wasn't familiar with Manta at all. Sure, she was acquainted with the white-haired girl. However, she really didn't know the girl at all. With a sigh, she took off her black hood and revealed her hair as she watched the other two. Personally, she wouldn't mind going out for a bit of sub-dungeon adventuring. If they were to go ahead and complete a quick sub-dungeon, they were to surely obtain a good deal of materials from the exploration. It would be a hard and harsh process but Shizuka desperately needed the skill point at the moment and wanted it as much as possible. Shizuka sighed and nodded her head. "I wouldn't mind a bit of sub-dungeon exploring." Shizuka said and waited for Manta's response.
