    I had an idea. I think there should be a skill that increases health with each rank. Just a suggestion.

      That's what skills like Battle healing exist for. Either way, we don't want to take away the impact of bypassing mitigation with a cheap counter, or everyone would just do that. Plus HP is determined by your level in SAO and there's no known skill like described.
