    GAH!!! I just realize my pride and joy Axe I just made yesterday, I cannot even equip for quite a long time. Le sigh... Whelp, lesson learned. Gotta work towards a new Perfect for a new axe for now.

      Yup. I didn't see the bit about Tier 2's being only usable via Lvl 25+... Lycan pointed it out in a message... So now I have a new axe that is a Rare for now pending

      but you can't even make a T2 item anyways until you reach R2 (Apprentice)

       

      lucky you, since that means you can now get it properly re-evaluated under the proper rule set :)

      I am rank 3 in blacksmithing, which is why I was so excited to make it and use it. then when I was crafting yesterday, Lycan made mention of it and I saw the ruling for wearing T2 at lvl 25 and was wept. But my other axe and new cuirass both got approved, so now I am good.
