uh i hate to be the bearer of more bad news...
but you can't even make a T2 item anyways until you reach R2 (Apprentice)
lucky you, since that means you can now get it properly re-evaluated under the proper rule set :)

While I don't much believe in a sort of destiny, I did have a run in with fate today.
Not going to go into details, but had made a rather notable decision today and was searching for something that allowed me to carry through with this decision. Had some options available, return home, then head out for supper with the family. Just so happens the one choice that I was looking for presented itself as a flyer at the counter, guess it really was meant to be. Planning to call about it tomorrow and, if it's amateur friendly, my decision will stick. Bit scared tho, one of those kinds of big decisions.

That moment you realize your essentially playing a not so death game version of SAO when your playing Dark Souls. And you suck at it. :/

Oh, I was absolutely terrible at the game and hated it at first. It took at least a month or two of minimal playing until I actually beat it, but by that point, it became my favorite game to date. It may be punishing, but it's greatly rewarding in the same regard. The story is rather linear, but what makes it really good is the incredible lore this game has hidden in dialogue and within the descriptions of items. It's definitely a different game than something like Skyrim (never was able to get into ES myself), but it's solid all the way through. I hope you enjoy the experience and it becomes one that you enjoy as well! If you do end up liking it, the DLC (think PC gets it for free) is brilliant and perfect as a cut gemstone. Highly recommend it. :)

I'll be honest about it since I'm a fan of the series... it isn't as difficult as it really comes off... later on. The proper way to put it is... well, punishing, especially from the very get-go. It just seems difficult because it's an entire combat system you have to get used to and you'll have to take a lot of damage/die from enemies to learn their patterns. If there's anything that I would suggest to you, it's that Dark Souls can get soul depriving (heh) if you play it for too long and begin to get frustrated. Take breaks like you said and come back to it with renewed vigor. Also, upgrade a weapon that you really like (Zweihander if you're into slow sluggers, Claymore if you're into rounded weapons, and Longsword if you're into quicker weapons) and stick to it. Learn it and let it become your playstyle, reinforce it as fast as possible so you can do as much damage as possible (less important with armor, but still helpful). Keep an eye on that endurance too and never deplete it in combat as you should always be able to have enough to roll away.
Typed up a bit more than I thought I would, but... if you need any help, let me know. Would love to help you along without spoiling any of the story/bosses/etc along the way. :)

I found something that is unintentionally sexist on this site. Guess what it is.
