      Im sure lemons are used for something, it might not be for soothing soreness. I found this under the benefits of a lemon:
      Lemons are vitamin C rich citrus fruits that enhance your beauty, by rejuvenating skin from within bringing a glow to your face.
      On second thoughts that might not be the best idea, rubbing lemon juice into a sore will probably make it more painful. Sorry im out of ideas...
