Raina

 Raina smiled as she finished her conversation with Simmone. Even though her luck finding these recording crystals has been terrible, Raina was definitely enjoying her time with these players. She laughed as Shiina stated she needed a nap. "I.. I am not sure this the best place for that." She said with a wink before turning back to  Simmone. "Fencing hmm. I would not mind sparring with you at some point. Might be fun, but ya I'll go check near Kasumi." 

 Raina walked toward Kasumi and her eyes sparkled as she noticed the chest! She started to sprint towards her and quickly stopped, sliding a little in the dirt, as she reached her. "You want me to open this? Are you sure.... okay. Here goes nothing!" Raina said as she opened up the chest nervously, hoping she did not run into trouble.

 The chest sparkled as she opened it, revealing some Col, five of the materials she was needing, some consumables and what seemed like an unidentified weapon. 
"Oh wow, are you sure I can have this?" She asked with a smile!

 Raina tried her best to regain her composure as she stopped punching the ground. She had let her anger get the best of her. She blushed at Simmone's words of encouragement. "Sorry. I have never been that great at this."  She was a little taken back by Simmone's question about her weapon type. "Honestly.. my reasoning might be a little silly." She said as her eyes flashed back quickly to what could only be seen as a sad time. "I used to be a gymnast, which if you think about it, is hilarious. Speed and grace are what I am used too. A rapier... well just seems like the best option for me. In other games I always played a caster type class, someone away from the frontlines, but this game did not give an option to fit that. So speed it is." 

 She continued her search, trying her best not to stress herself out. She thought she spotted for it to only break into dust when she touched it. "Damnit" she said frustrated.

 Raina prepared herself as Atzo reminded her to let him attack first against any of the bigger mobs that may show. She watched as she spotted Atzo charging ahead towards a group of drones. "Wait for me! I need to let off some stream as well!" She called out as she raced after Atzo. She raced forward and stabbed with her rapier against the first drone. She felt the grace and elegance of her movements as she attacked. She felt her rapier pierce into the drone and watched as her blade ignited in a wave of pitch black angel feathers that seemed to pierce the bee as well. The wasp exploded into the particles of the enemy death animation. 

 She cheered in excitement before back flipping a little farther away from the bees. She was so happy to finally beat an enemy that she just could not handle it. After landing from the back flip she finished with a twirl, sending her hair and dress flaring out. Her face lit up as she realized, she needed to stay focused. "Damnit, I am sorry. Will not happen again." She called out to Atzo as she prepared her self for the next enemy.

 Raina smiled as she tried her best to continue to find the crystals needed for this job. She clearly was not having a lot of luck unfortunately, searching definitely was not her strong suit.

 She sighed as she punched the ground, trying her best to figure out what she was doing wrong, and then she heard a voice. "Hey Raina, was it dear, lookie what I've found." Such a silky smooth voice spoke to her showing her the crystal that Simmone had found. Raina flipped her hair out of her face and smiled as she spoke. "Hey look at that. Congrats! Sadly I am not having very much luck." Raina sulked a little as she continued her search. She did not want to be the reason they failed, especially since she really wanted this performer thing to work. She had thought about using this profession as a way to earn Col so she could help Atzo afford their vows. "Damnit!" She called out of frustration as she punched the ground again, visibly annoyed. 

 Raina felt a little embarrassed as Atzo placed his hand on her head and told her she was fine and then went on to embarrass her about his love of her choice of attire. The platinum haired girl then proceeded to ask them to tag along with her, a request that struck fear in Raina's heart. She took a small step back and hid slightly behind Atzo, clinging to his arm, like a scared child, pressing her body against his out of comfort. "But..  but.. I am really not.. strong enough for this floor." She said quietly. "I am a little scared." She continued to say almost inaudibly.

  She clung so tight to Atzo it almost seemed like she was trying to steal all the warmth of his body. She laid her head against his back, worried about what might happen on this. She did not trust her skills enough to handle this floor just yet, but if Atzo thought it was something they could handle she would go. 

@Atzo 

 Raina smiled as Atzo agreed to do the quest with her. It made her happy quite happy he would take the time to do these low level missions just to help her. She chuckled as he equipped what looked like a chipped crown. "Very kingly aren't you? I like it." She said with a flirty wink. "The quest should be around here. The broker said it was not very far. Come on let's go." She said slowly jogging towards the effected area. 

 She was excited to do a job with Atzo. She really wanted to show him what she could do. She unsheathed her rapier as she slowed her walk and looked around for the quest target. She slowed her breathing as she did her best to focus on the object at hand. "Let us do this." She said as she flipped her hair as she scanned the area for the quest monsters. 

@Atzo

 Raina smiled as she listened to the others talk, but was quite surprised when one of the girls asked if she liked to sing. "Oh.. me? Yes I do very much. It is honestly the only thing I will have been doing to stay sane since we entered this world. I really should of done this job a while ago." She said as her face lit up with a deep scarlet blush. She listened to the NPC try her best to tell the players what she needed done but was bewildered as Shiina cut her off completely. Raina doubled over in laughter, completely amused by the entire situation. "I am so sorry... I do not mean... *snicker* to laugh but you are something else. In a good way of course." She said as best as she could between her the angelic sounds of her laughter.

 Raina followed the others around the area and tried to her best not to find any materials. She was slightly defeated by regained her composure when Kasumi called out that she found some! She quickly bolted towards her in hope of finding more. 

 Raina's face lit up with the all too familiar streak of crimson blush that seemed to encompass her face whenever Atzo was involved. She smiled at him and placed her hand gently on the flower. "You.. you really know how to treat a girl don't ya mister? I know we really did not have anything planned today but an info broker brought us a quest I figured we could handle. Apparently some Queen wasp is terrorizing this area. Up for a bug squashing?" She said as she winked cutely. 

 She sighed as she did her best to compose herself. She did not want to admit to him but the reason she accepted the job was so she could get stronger, even by a little. She had to be able to protect them both, even if he thought that was his job. "I have not taken a quest in so long, I hope I am up to the task." She said as her eyes sparkled with worry.
 

@Atzo

 Raina smiled and blushed as Atzo held her tightly and reassured her about the food. It was a nice feeling to have someone care for her again. Atzo then proceeded to slightly scold her about her choice of attire, especially her heels. She held her head down a little and said, "When I am not super excited I am fine in them I swear, I used to be a gymnast in real life remember? It is not the heels I swear. It is just me being a ditz and getting over excited. I promise I will try and be better." She said as she pouted a little. 

 She turned her head to the girl who helped her by retrieving the basket. "I appreciate the help. Like he said He is my fiancee Atzo, and I am Raina. Sorry if I was a little embarrassing. I'll try to do better." Raina said as she placed her hand on Atzo's chest before turning to him. "And just what is wrong with my outfit Atzo. I am perfectly fine dressed the way I am! Are you telling me you do not like it?"  She said before flipping her hair out of her face. 

@Atzo @Cordelia

 Raina walked towards the manor doing her best to avoid any spots that may attract aggro. She was severely under leveled for this floor, but the flyer just seemed so enticing, and really she just needed to try and be social. She could not just rely on Atzo and his friends for social graces. She really was not sure what to wear so she just stuck to her lacy white wedding dress, mor out of comfort and security then anything else. She sighed as she continued to trek towards the gate. "Come on Raina, you got this. You do not need Atzo here to keep you calm. Besides maybe you will see someone you know," She said to herself. 

 A slight breeze picked up sending her hair flying around in a erratic manner as she finally made it to the gate and noticed the guards. "Well hello there, I was told anyone could come this BBQ?" She said with as much confidence as she could muster as she held up the flyer. The guards just looked at her and let her in, never saying a word. "Jeez, what are they applying to be part of the Queen's guard?" She said as she shook her head and continued inside. 

 Raina smiled as she was sent an invite. Her face lit up with a ray of bright intensity. She heard comments from everyone wondering who she was. "Thank you for inviting me! My name is Raina, I promise I can hold my own." She was happy to have a group to go with, it should make this quest easier. She looked at her gear and made sure she was properly geared, her wedding dress like armor equipped and her rapier and buckler as well. She quickly followed the others as they started to head out. She made sure to focus her thoughts on the mission so that she would not be cursed by her terrible balance she seems to have when she is unfocused or excited. She looked at the names in the corner of her HUD and said, "Kasumi...Simmone.. and Shinna. It is a pleasure to be on this job with you." She said with a bright smile as the wind picked up blowing her long iridescent hair along with it.  

 Raina had heard this was the place to earn a profession. She had thought long and hard about which profession to level and even talked to Atzo about it, and both agreed that Performer was probably the most suitable for a girl of her talents. She was a little worried about potentially handling a quest alone. As she walked to the quest location she noticed a group of female players congregating there. She felt a frog in her throat as she tried to get over her nervousness and form words. "Excuse... excuse me. Are you all here to become performers as well? If you are.. could I possible.. if it would not be to much of a bother... to come with you. I am a little nervous to do it alone." Raina said as she fidgeted a little, doing her best not to make eye contact, her face flushed with a deep crimson blush.  

 Raina waited on floor two for Atzo to arrive. They were supposed to have a date and do some training. She had hoped to increase her level a bit so she could catch up with Atzo. She waited outside of a local tavern, leaned up against the wall. In her hands was her rapier, she was curiously looking over it, making sure it was not damaged. She sighed as she looked over her weapon, hoping that this would be enough for now to protect herself and her beloved. She placed the rapier back in her sheath and before she even had a chance she heard a voice say, " Excuse me miss. Are you looking for a quest?" 

 Raina looked up and noticed an information broker talking to her. "Well I was not at the moment, but maybe it would be something fun for me and Atzo to do. What quest is it?" She said as she looked over the information broker, a little worried that Atzo would not be happy with her taking a quest for them without asking. "The quest is to kill a wasp queen that is terrorizing the locals. Here is the quest details." The broker said as he sent the information to her. She accepted with a smile. "Thanks, we will take care of it." She said as she flipped her hair while waiting for Atzo.

@Atzo

 Her face was flushed with embarrassment and slight marks from the ground. She just laid on the ground for a minute, too embarrassed to get up. Once again she made a fool of herself in front other players, made a fool of herself in front of her beloved Atzo. She heard a faint sound of shoes against the cobblestone and the sound of a girl's voice asking if she was okay. She sat up and sniffled a little with a sad look on her face. "No...*sniff*.. I did it again. Why do I only ever fall outside of combat? Maybe I should pay more attention..." She said until she realized Atzo was there as well. "No woman wants to wear shoes with heels less then six inches Atzo!" she said as she pouted. "Oh no! The picnic basket! Where did it go!" She continued as she got up quickly only to stumble into Atzo's arms. "I did not lose our lunch did I? I worked all night on it." She said as her iridescent pink hair fell in front of her face. 

 It was a mystery to her why she was so clumsy outside of combat. It was almost like she was not focused enough to keep her self from being a klutz. Even with her gymnast background she still always seemed to trip and fall in the worst ways. "Thank you for your concern." She said to the platinum haired girl as she finally turned her head to see her."Sorry that I am such a ditz." She continued as she wiped tears from her eyes. 

@Atzo @Cordelia

 Raina sang as she walked through the village on floor 9 looking for her lovely crimson haired man. Her angelic melody whispered through the town like something out of a fairy tale. She had spent the day exploring the village, as normally this floor would be way out of her league, but she had her hunk of a knight protecting her so she was not worried. She continued to sing as she walked through the village trying her best to spot Atzo. In her hand was a picnic basket she held on to with dear life. Inside were various foods and drinks she had prepared for their lunch, hoping to brighten his day just a little. She stopped singing as she looked into the basket to make sure she had everything. "Hmm. Maybe I packed too much?" She said out loud. " Oh well. He better eat up! I spent all night making this." She continued with a pouty look on her face. 

 She continued her song as she continued her search, her long pink haired fluttering in the breeze as she moved. It was obvious to anyone there except maybe the girl herself, that she was quite a sight. Her matured form had definitely caught the eye of many a player, not that she would realize. Her heart belonged to one man only. Dressed in her pure white laced wedding dress that she had custom made for her, she was definitely out of place with how the others players dressed. She did not mind, this was a game after all. Even if there was a chance of actual death she refused to be anyone but herself, plus she liked how she looked in it. She finally caught site of her beloved a little down from her, sitting on a bench. She took off running towards him calling, "Atzoooooo! I'm here!" She said as she managed to trip and slam face first into the ground with a big thud sending the picnic basket flying towards him.

 Raina finally caught her breath as Atzo started speaking to her. "Your adorable." He said and quickly booped her nose, causing an extreme streak of blush to flash on her face and her to slightly pout. "Nooooooo." She said in a cute little whine. Atzo quickly took off telling her it was her turn to catch up. She felt a little chilly with him taking the cloth back from her but she did not mind. She did her best to take off after him, stumbling a little as she tripped over a rock, but luckily she did not fall. She managed to keep up as much as possible with the crimson haired man in front of her, giggling as she moved, showing off how much fun she was having. 

The jogged through a sea of trees trying to reach their destination. "Geez I wonder if he is going to sacrifice me to some god or something way out here." She said sarcastically as they finally reach a clearing. Beautiful flowers of multiple shades and kinds surrounded the clearing. It was something so magically she would not have believed it was here in such a dark world. Her face lit up like she just won the lottery and her crimson eyes sparkled with the intensity of a burning fire. She started to dance and twirl in the field as the wind rustled the flowers around her. Her laughter radiated through the forest like a siren's song leading men to their doom. "This is incredible. I love it here." She said as she twirled.

 Her hair swing around her as she twirled and danced, almost like a streak of a pink sunset splashed around her form. She finally stopped dancing long enough to head back to Atzo and tackle him to the ground. She was determined to make this last. She sat on his chest refusing to let him get up as she planted a passionate kiss on his lips. 

@Atzo

 Raina smiled as she almost absorbed the warmth of the man beneath her. She did not want to move an inch and when he put his hand on her head she felt like the happiness person in the world. It was as if the world itself disappeared around them. She sighed in content and almost fell asleep. She loved that he refused to leave her, knowing her insecurities. When he offered to take her to a nearby flower field she lifted her head up and looked around at the people staring. "Um... I seem to always attract a crowd with you." She said as she kissed his cheek before getting up and trying her best to tidy up the mess she made. 

 She held her hand behind her head in an obviously embarrassed fashion. "I am so sorry everyone. I got... got a little carried away." She quickly help Atzo up and dragged him out of the shop and away from the scene. "Geez... maybe.. maybe I should try and tone the excitement down a little." She said as she clutched over grabbing her knees and catching her breath. "Sorry about that, I got a little carried away. Forgive me. Now where are you taking me?" She asked pushing the hair out of her face

@Atzo

 Raina blushed as Atzo called her cute. Her face felt like it was on fire by the amount of blush that was not streaked across it. She fidgeted in her chair out of embarrassment. "I'm not... that..." She said as she looked down in embarrassment. His wink at her made her heart beat faster in her chest and then he dropped the bomb. She gasped as he asked her to move back in with her. Her eyes teared up full of emotions. "Really... you.. you really want me to move in with you. You would have me?" She said as the tears streamed down her face. "I.. would be so honored. Thank you.. Thank you so much!" She bellowed out as she, without thinking tackle hugged Atzo, knocking him to the ground. 

 She laid her head against his chest, just laying on the floor with him. "I would love nothing more then to move in with you, if you would have me. I am so happy I found you again, this time it will be forever. I am not letting you go, you are stuck with me." She said before realizing how embarrassing the statement she just made was. She buried her face in his chest, trying not to show her embarrassment. She drew a circle on his chest with her finger, trying not to look up at him. "Sorry if I hurt you." She pouted. 

@Atzo

 Raina thought about the words Atzo spoke to her. Taking up the performer profession would definitely help support her loved ones. "I think I just might take you up on that recommendation. Performer sounds perfect for me" She said. Her face lit up with the deepest shade of crimson as he vowed to face many a bad conditions just to be with her. It was something she had forgotten, his chivalrous presence and mindset. " I would face down many a floor boss if it meant protecting you." she said almost too quiet to hear. She waited as the waitress took his order, giggling at the concept of Irish whiskey and his love for it. "Some things never change do they?" She thought to herself.

 As the waitress brought their orders to them, Raina thought about Atzo's mention of the Cardinal System doing something nice to make up for all the horror that has been wrought upon this world. "No, I don't believe it was the Cardinal System that did anything for us. I am sorry but it is thanks to us. Our individual strength that brought us here. The system may not be at fault for us being trapped here, but not for a minute does it care about what happens to us. We lived on with the hope to clear the game and to see each other again. That is what brought us back to each other." She said with an inspired passion in her normal silky sweet voice.

 She blushed as she realized what she had said and how she said it. She felt like she needed to lighten the mood some. so she took a dab of cheesecake on her finger when Atzo was not looking and said, "Oh you got something right.... there!" and placed the dollop of cheesecake on Atzo's nose, awaiting his response and she laughed. 

 Atzo's words of concern, of his worry, echoed through her mind. He had the same worries she did. "No... I could not just leave like that and wind up dead. I ended up heading back to the Town of Beginnings and was going to work at the orphanage there. The kids know me and have always adored me, but I could not bring myself to walk in. So I ended up becoming a traveling bard. Singing and playing music as I traveled, of course only traveling to places I could handle, and helping out lower leveled players then me. It was not much, but in my own way, it was mine." she said as she sat down and flared out the back of her skirt. She crossed her legs and twisted her hair a little nervously, unaware of what to say or do that would make this moment last. 

 She smiled when he had held the chair out for her. Always the knightly type, the one to protect the princess and such. She shivered a little from the cold, bundling her self within the cloak. "I think we stayed out there way to long, not.. not that I minded the experience." She said with a blush. The waitress strolled over in her yellow dress and spoke in a typical optimistic tone, "Welcome to the Sunflora Cafe, home of the best rose mint tea on floor 3! My name is Tiffany, how may I assist you today?"

 Raina jumped a little at the sound of the waitress's voice, clearly not paying attention to her. "Oh.. um a cup of Rose Mint tea sounds amazing, and maybe some cheesecake? Thank you." She said as she placed her order waiting on Atzo to order his. 

 Raina smiled as Atzo grabbed her lute for her and handed it back. She blushed a little and said, "Always the gentleman, aren't you?" The wind raged on blowing her hair in an almost waltz like dance with the wind. His reassuring words to not worry about the angry looking faces that surrounded her, definitely put her mind at ease. She watched as he outstretched his hand, holding it out for her to grab. She reached out and took his hand, but instead of just letting him pull her along she took off in a slightly fast walk and giggled as she pulled him along. "Come on slowpoke! Keep up or I'll have to punish you." She said in a cute laugh-like tone.She did her best to drag him along to the nearby cafe hoping this is where he wanted to go. Her thoughts radiated back to times where they spent time together, sipping tea and eating lunch in the house, just enjoying each other's company.

 She smiled as she twirled and danced as best as she could while grabbing Atzo's hand. "I... I am just so happy at the moment. I honestly did not know if I was going to be able to see you again. My heart.. it is so full at the moment, I am worried it might burst." She said as she suddenly stopped to speak to Atzo.  Her dress fluttered in the wind trying to mimic the chaotic tango her hair seemed to be doing with the wind

@Atzo. 

 His words of reassuring caused her heart to swell. A surge of just warmth and love radiated throughout her body. She was happy. Once again those feelings of joy and bliss encased her heart and dispersed her fears and doubts. Even if they could never escape this game, they had each other which was enough for her. She felt her arms tighten around her body pressing her chest up against him, causing her to blush a little.  His words echoed in her mind, words of acceptance and words of rebuilding. "The house is gone?" She said to him almost inaudibly. She looked up into his eyes and felt tears again fall down her face. "It.. it is a shame is it not? It's alright. I don't care where we are as long as I am with you."  Her voice resonated with her normal sweet angelic tone as she continued. 

 She happened to look around and noticed her lute on the ground, undamaged but definitely waterlogged. The crowd that was once there listening to her song, now hiding under awnings and looking outside doorways, did not seemed pleased with her at the moment. "Um... Atzo. I think I made some people mad." She said as she snuggled closer to his chest. She tugged on his sleeve a little bit as she looked slightly worried. She had not planned to end the song so abruptly but clearly it had to happen. "My lute is always on the ground, I hope I didn't break it. Maybe we should grab it and get out of this rain and potential mob." she said with a slight smile.

 She had hoped one day to finally meet with Atzo again. The crimson haired man was one of the only reasons she continued to live on, and now that she found him, her insecurities, and fears all seemed to vanish in puff of flame. She knew she had to do whatever it takes to get stronger and never let him go. 

@Atzo

 Raina listened to the sounds of the the beloved man's voice as he spoke of his regret, his selfishness and she could not help but disagree. Yes he was focused on getting stronger but everyone is, everyone who has the power to fight at least, the will or the determination to take the plunge. She looked up as his tear soaked face and sighed. "You are wrong you know. Have the power to fight is not selfish. Wanting to clear this accursed game is nothing short but courageous. I wish.... I envy that power. I'm still the same weak girl you knew. I retreated back to where it was safe and took care of the young kids trapped here, but.. I want it. I want the power to clear this game, but even with all that... there is something else I want more." She leaned up to the taller man and caressed his cheek before bring his face closer and planted her lips against his. The velvety feel of his against hers caused her face to strike a shade of crimson not unlike the man's hair. It only lasted a minute before she pulled away and held her face down, clearly embarrassed. 

 "I... I am sorry. I could not help myself. I understand if I hurt you to much." She said as she placed her hands against his chest. "Please just do not leave yet. Let me just cherish this moment a while longer."  Her heart beat fast, afraid of how he would react. The rain continued to fall drenching the two as they stood there. The warmth of Atzo's cloak mixed with the warmth of his body kept her warm from the torrential downpour. She laid her head against his chest and just listened to the sound of his heartbeat, hoping, praying that this moment did not have to end, but in her mind the creeping fear came. Worrying her about what was to come, would she hurt him again, or has she already done too much damage?

@Atzo

 Her silken almost luminescent hair sparkled in the light as it fell in front of her face. It was as if there was something caught in her throat. She snuggled closer into the man's chest as if to never wanting to let go. "This.. this is real right? I'm not dreaming? I'm not dead?" She said buried her head into his chest. The wind seemed to pick up as dark clouds poured in and a crack of thunder was heard. Heavy droplets fell from the sky, almost as if the heavens itself decided to cry at the sight of this reunion. 

 "I... I'm sorry. I should of been there for you. I was just so scared. I could not handle the thought of you dying or any of our friends perishing. I tried to find you.. I swear I did, but I had no idea where you were. Please... please forgive.... me." She said as she started to sob and clutched to the man's chest, refusing to move out of the rain. Her white clad body soaked from the rain and her hair bristling in the angry wind. 

 She had left to try and distance herself. She could not bear it. The thoughts of someone she cherished so wholeheartedly, perishing from this accursed death game. She left a note on his table, not even knowing if he would see it. Tear stained parchment with quickly scribbled words placed on it. "I'm sorry, I am heading back to the town of beginnings. I cannot be the reason you perish. My own weakness will not hold you back. I love you. -Raina" 

 The rain pelted the both of them as they stood in the middle of the cobblestone path. She felt herself wobble as she tried her best to keep her strength and stand with him. She leaned on his form and just continued to cry, hidden by the sky's own tears. 

@Atzo

 A pure blackness, encroaching her body, twisting the light into an unseen vortex. She felt like her body was floating through this unparalleled darkness. "Did... Did I die?" She thought to herself as she was surrounded by this darkness. "RAINA!" a voice bellowed from the darkness. A familiar warmth surrounded her body. A protective and nostalgic voice washed away the darkness and brought up memories once forgotten. 

 She remembers emerging from a random lake and find a crimson haired man and his house. Attractive and strong features displayed all throughout his form. Her body clad in a white lacy bikini, not even aware of how she looked as she approached him. "Isn't this place beautiful?" She asked after getting his attention. This was the start of a beautiful time in her life. One full of happiness and laughter. Complete bliss, almost ignoring the fact that they were trapped in a death game.

She remembers joining the Emerald Harbingers with him and even living within in said house. She may not of been the strongest in the group but she did her best to make her self useful to her friends. She could not bear the  thought that one of her friends would die without her trying everything she can. 

 Each memory always had this striking crimson haired man in it. An almost paragon of strength and hope to her. Someone she always looked to for comfort and protection. Someone who helped train her to defend herself. The darkness washed away as she slowly opened her eyes, unaware she was in his arms. "Mhmm..." She grumbled as she woke up."What... what happened. Atzo?
