Please Note: This is NOT the final list of the first set, this is merely what I have planned. If you have an idea for a card or have an idea for other stuff in the game feel free to let me know! I like to here feedback from all of you!

I got bored, so last night I spent some time creating base rules for a playable SAO RPG dice game! While I don't suppose anyone would ever play it, the idea was just something I wanted to do and I was bored so at best it can be admired of some sorts.

Current Designs:

Basically the game is a 2v2 pvp game, where the winner simply has one or their entire team left standing, however there will be Support Characters to add additional effects or actions and Sword Art Skill Cards just like in the RPG to deal more damage, however you have to roll good dice values to activate them, however if you don't roll any matches, then you are stuck with base damage.

Current Main Characters -

Takao, Calrex, Macradon, Heathcliff, Itzal, Hikoru, Atzo, and Ariel

Current Support Character [WIP] -

Baldur, Hirru, Mack, Anemone, Kasier, Morgenstern, Stryder, and Zandra.

Of course the current character supports will have their time in the spotlight where down the road if everyone likes this I'll continue to pump out more different cards. However right now this is what I got. I am looking to add more Support Characters so if you want to be added feel free to let me know.

Also, I do have ideas for the main characters, however if you are on this list (even for Support Characters) feel free to leave me a cool little affect for you in the game.

Here's plan's for the Main Characters:

Takao - Counter's Hikoru, only card to have two main effects.

Calrex - Tanky as hell, can dish out decent damage.

Macradon - Tanky as Hell, Deals Less Damage, Adds Stuns and Phases through Mit.

Heathcliff - Combines Tankyness with Offensive.

Itzal - Anti-Stealth, Special Effect with the Kasier Support Card.

Hikoru - A threat if goes unchecked.

Atzo - (RP Wise this would never happen) Counter's Calrex, DoT Effects.

Ariel - All Out Assault, Horrible Defenses (other than EVA.)

And for supports:

Baldur - Adds extra damage or adds a greater chance to find stealthed characters.

Hirru - Adds extra damage.

Mack - Takes hits for your Main Character.

Anemone - Heals a Main Character or Removes a Status.

Kasier - Heals a Main Character, but it truly Shines with the Itzal Main Character Card.

Morgenstern - a Threat of a Support if goes unchecked.

Stryder - Purely a Atzo Support, but has value to others.

Zandra - Heals or adds damage.

This was merely created out of boredom, but I hope I got some people intregued by the idea. Feel free to leave me some feedback, questions, or even suggestions towards the game.

(btw, every character has a Stat Pool of 8 and a base damage attack of 1d6.)

Ruby had looked over when Birdie had gone on about being close to level 50, with a smile she had said to her as she had stretched her arms upwards "Why of course, I too want to get out of this game. If it means helping the progression of moving forward I will help out as much as I can." then she had laughed as she had called her a DPS, which was not the build she is going for. She had patted Birdie on her back and said to her "Honey. I am not a DPS. I am a healer, see?" she had raised a hand shifting the color from her hands to white to dark red, to blue. "I am going to be a support class, the only reason why I have rank 5 in any weapon for that matter is because I want to be able to carry myself instead of relying on others all the time." she then looked around the main settlement, while this was the safest place to be, she just wouldn't imagine she would be on this floor at her level, however... there wasn't much she could really do about it.

After Birdie had apologized, she had moved her hand to Birdie to say "No, no. You didn't mean it with malicious intent you are fine." she had offered her a smile. From the distance on a hill a player stepped out from the shadows as he had over heard their conversations, simply after hearing her words he had let out a chuckle "Yes... yes, keep talking those words." then he had turned around not to be found. Ruby had chuckled after Birdie's comments stating how she could grow at least 5 levels if they play their cards right, "Yeah! At least that would be nice anyways, I just need to finish some skills for my build is all. However getting to Tier 3 is also a priority of mine, I need to get there to truly become a part of the front lines anyways." she had giggled as she had continued behind Birdie, she had noticed she had been checking her menu's however that was none of her business to get into.

Ruby had listened to Rusty, and while after him talking he certainly didn't have the wrong mentality to go off of, however Ruby has just been with a couple different assholes to know that people around here like to abuse players and satisfy their own cravings for their struggle for power like they have been fighting over a throne that does not exist simply. She had spoken up after his last comment "I understand that thought process and you are in the right place, however I don't think I can trust some people if they don't show they can be trusted. I have had a player trick me to being in a party with him and his boys for months on end, and at the end of it all they had threatened to kill me if I had not offered over my items. After that, I wouldn't suppose that you could save a soul who has brought the wrongs in the world to life. Anyways, its not hard to catch up, with all these quests being discovered, it's not hard to start climbing the latter up to success."

Ruby had chuckled at Birdie's comment stating that a girl's gotta hope, because for the majority of her life she had basically lived behind that statement... even if she never really wanted to in the first place. "Yeah, that's all a girl can do in my opinion." she had chuckled at the comment, then had listen to her as she had pretty much agreed with her thanking that is was merely a child, the last thing Ruby honestly wanted was to spend hours in the day fighting a boss. Birdie had asked if there was anyone she had knew that could take on a troublesome dragon if it had brought some troubles towards Ruby and Birdie, she had thought to herself, the only person she could really think of was the guy that had stole all her stuff after tricking her to party with her for a while. She had shook her head and said to Birdie before she had gone off to find materials "Not really I don't really know anyone besides that asshole that had took all my stuff." 

@Birdie

Ruby had explored the first floor as her quests that she can take on this floor was starting to wrap as she had close to none left so she just wanted to make sure that she had gotten everything done. She had looked down to her trinkets that Birdie had given to her, and looked back up, at least if anything she could find some materials today, however that's if there is nothing else to do today. Over the hill she had spotted a girl one that is exceptionally cute at least from this angle with a scythe fighting a boar, she had stood up watching the girl, she obviously looked rather low level... she supposed that she had maybe waited for players to get out of this game so she had stayed in the safe zone... however this was just an assumption more than anything. She had continued to watch the girl making sure nothing bad happens to the girl... maybe in a moment she would come to greet her...

Ruby had chuckled at what Birdie hopes for it to be, and of course she doesn't believe its going to be a cave full of gemstones and pretty much a col mine, she had looked at Birdie with a smile and said to her "You have quite the imagination Birdie... you going for fame and fortune now?" she had giggled and winked at her "I would be too, however I doubt the game would give that to you.". After the dragon hatching Birdie would have thought that the little guy would have been a bit... bigger, however down the line many different baby dragons can be either easy... or a headache. However, the general consensus about dragons, the older they are... the more tough they are. She had looked to Birdie as she had finished off the dragon and said to her "I am actually kind of glad that its not bigger, the general knowledge about them is... well the older they are, the tougher they are. Meaning this boss actually would have caused commotion if it was any stronger." then she had chuckled and gave her a wink as she had then said to her after her last comment "Hey, I am just a master at using my hands for numerous things~"

Ruby had watched as a mental breakdown as it were was leaving her system about the whole ordeal about our community being friendly enough, and even ending with a statement about no matter how you polish it its still one thing ordeal. She had looked at Volcanic calmly as she had finished her food and drink and told her "Look. I never said that players would know anything about you. The only way for you to know these things is if you asked, everyone is here to help you if you asked. No one here is looking around for everyone who doesn't have these things openly available to them. And even if you cannot see you dad, things could be even more worse, like on my end, I moved to Japan to a new company at this point I am sure I don't even have that job anymore, I cannot see anyone I once knew from the outside world unless they are all in here. Almost everyone here is fighting for the same reason. We are all under the same circumstances, and its truly up to you to see this as hell. Because many would agree and disagree with you." she moved the plate and the glass towards the waiter "Now, with this being said. Are you going to keep being upset about it, or are you going to do something about it?"

Ruby had chuckled after Rusty's comment about prioritizing life, she had simply stated out to him "Well, of course I have to save those who is dying. However, if they deserve to die, then I would assume you would let them too. I don't want to save one that could end me later." she had said that had made sense to her, she had lived behind this statement ever since she had heard about SAO becoming a life or death game. Then she had let Rusty continue his speech going on that he wanted to get that skill but he hasn't been leveling up like at all really, and even went on about the front lines and wondering what her level was and if she was close to level 50. Ruby had chuckled and said to him "I don't suppose keeping my level a secret means anything so, to tell you the truth I am level 41. Close to level 42, probably going to accomplish that tomorrow. I have put a lot of work towards my level if you couldn't tell." she had chuckled once more.

Once more Birdie had gone off to try to find some more materials as they had continued down the path, eventually she had gotten back for her to make her statement only for her to chuckle at Birdie's eye roll she knows what that was intended for. She had continued to speak to her and pretty much she was preaching the choir and was saying things she could only say amen towards. And eventually she had mentioned that at least they would be able to do this quest line together then had wondered what was at the end of the quest line waiting for them, Ruby had shrugged her guess was as good as her own. "I dunno, it's gotta be something worth while to go through so many dragons though, wouldn't you think?" she said with a smile, eventually they had made it to the dragon that had hatched from its egg, Birdie had looked back to Ruby asking if she had thought that was the dragon for the quest line, without a second thought she had moved up to hit the dragon with All Might removing 95% of its HP bar and looked back to Birdie and said "I mean, it hatched from a gemstone. I only assume so. Plus it lived one of my attacks."

Ruby had scratched her head as Hei wondered why she traveled to floor 4 to complete these quest's despite being level 40 and not on the higher floors she had looked to Hei and said "Well, again I don't have much equipment to be fighting on the higher floors to be honest with you. Plus... I uh, never actually completed all these quests..." she giggled a bit. Eventually she had finished her drink again, and had sighed, there wasn't much to talk about anymore, she had just wanted to get today done and get to bed, she had gotten yet another room for the night and said out to Hei "Well Hei, it has been fun and all, but I am gonna hit the hay for now. Here, let me know if ya ever want to go out doing more quests, i'd be more than willing to do so." she sent him a friend request before thanking him for his time and walking away to her room.

Ruby had chuckled when Birdie had mentioned that she can show her a real attack, provided she doesn't miss. Ruby had given Birdie another wink and said "Hey, I promise to show you a real attack. Only if it makes you impressed with me~" she giggled. Ruby had watched as Birdie as they had walked out of the safe zone to retrieve something that she had spotted from the distance... which Ruby can only assume was some form of materials, Ruby remembers how Materials were impossibly hard without any equipment, and now with her items she could find them just a lot better than she can before, again something she was proud of and couldn't thank Birdie enough. She had eventually broke the silence when she had gotten back to see how she has been, Ruby giggled "Ah ya know same ole same ole missing you~" she shook her head with a laugh "But no, really. I have been fine trying to complete as many quests as I can to climb the latter and get more skills."

Ruby had looked at Hei as he had explained to her that the highest level in their guild was level 21, a part of her knows that she was waaaayyy out of their league. Then Hei had asked if she would tell him something about herself, "Weeelll..." she said before taking another sip to finish her current drink "To keep things simple Hei, I am level 41. I am a support build going for more of a balance, getting some form of damage and some form of scouting while I am at it. And as a level 41 my skills are exceptionally high as my Martial Arts and First Aid is maxed out with even 4 skill mods. Plus I am going to be starting Search and Detect soon, so I am on a roll to be real with ya." she gave a wink before ordering another drink, once the drink had gotten here she had taken another sip and looked back to Hei "Don't ask why I don't have any items though, its a long story I don't want to get emotional or talk about really." she said before looking back to her drink and taking another sip.

The man had introduced him to be Jomei, what a nice name... and eventually he too was shocked to the fact that had no equipment, Ruby had looked down depressed and embarrassed by this fact she had looked back up to Jomei to say before looking away again "Yeah... it's a rather long story I don't really want to go into detail..." but then he had offered to help her through the entire quest and even offered that he could get her something other than just a beginner item. She had looked at Jomei with a comforting smile as she was feeling a tad bit better about today and said "I would really appreciate it... I am just mostly looking for something to raise my Martial Art damage. Hand wraps or something, I dunno..." she then had walked a bit forward before looking back to Jomei "So you coming? The boss isn't waiting all day for us ya'know." she giggled with a wink before turning back to walk forward towards the quest area where the boss lies.

Ruby had chuckled, of course she had lack of experience with this sort of thing, Ruby had then spoke up to her "Look Volcanic, heres the thing about this game. It's bringing many MANY players together, even some that strives with helping people. Why do you think the food here is free? Because most of the time other for the rooms at times they provide little profit, all it does is provide happiness to yourself in this world. Players around and helping others remain happy and provide a sense of keep moving forward in this world, so just a little meal like this can go a long way. Although despite the fact that there are player killers, our community is still a rather powerful and friendly one. " she looked down she had a little bit of food left in which she had then finished along with her drink, even though she basically drank a whole gulp rather than taking a sip which followed by a burn taste, but she didn't really mind it if it meant finishing up the meal.

Volcanic had simply had been scarfing down food, while in the midst of her calling her cute, while she would had found this otherwise kind of iffy, however this time around she had simply found this silly. However after she was done eating her food she had then introduced herself... her name was Volcanic, what a... unique name, it was certainly one that she hadn't heard of before... definitely a "I have one name" kind of username. Then she had gone on to explain that she hadn't played any form of MMO's before this one, and while that's understandable its also kind of unfortunate that this one was her first, especially since it could be her last. Ruby had smiled and said to her "Never played a MMO before now huh? Even still I am real person ya'know. I am pretty sure you a little experience with talking to people. Also my name is Ruby! It's a pleasure to meet you Volcanic!" she had offered a smile and giving her a chance to speak.

Ruby had looked back as she had began to move her stuff to the table that was next to her, she had stated that she doesn't need to move she was just new with this whole situation and recognized that she had been a little awkward. And even started to blush a little bit, "God damn it..." she thought to herself with a chuckle, her one weakness a cute girl blushing, it basically melts her heart. She had shook her head and placed a hand in the center of the table "No no, stay... you are actually pretty cute." she had giggled taking a sip of her sweet wine. She had taken a moment to eat up a bit before looking back up to her saying "Since you are here, would you be opposed with getting to know each other? Like, what's your name?" she had wondered, she just wanted to see if she would open up in any way shape or form.

Ruby had listened to Hei explain his entire guild to her... and while his guild wasn't completely... unoriginal to say the least, and it's just, she doesn't know how she feels about helping out lower level players, she just thinks that they had waited a long time and it was their own fault that they had remained level 1. She had shrugged, maybe she was just being a little harsh on the players, she too doesn't want to die and hiding in safe zones surely are good ways to make sure that you just stay alive. However it was coming towards this time where just a short group of players have just accepted that this is life now and there is no way of escaping. Ruby had grinned and looked down, she wasn't too too interested in the guild just yet. There were just some more details she wanted to know and there was just more thinking to be done "Well, do you have a general idea on who has the highest level in your guild. I am looking to join the frontlines myself, I don't want to be too distracted from progressing this game."

Ruby had eventually gotten her food and wine and a player had suspiciously had been looking at her as she had slowly took a seat, which she could only assume that she had accidentally stole her seat and or table. "Oh did I accidentally steal your seat? You have my apologies, I'll move to another table." she had offered a smile and simply picked up her food and drink and moved it to another table that was close by, she didn't want to be that girl who would accidentally steal a table and just not give it up, it was not something that she wanted to be, she simply just wanted to be a nice person was all, she had picked up her plate of food and the glass of wine to the table next to the player, going to mind her own business. She began to eat her eggs and bacon and took sips of her sweet wine, enjoying the virtual world life it had seemed.

Ruby had blinked, first off she didn't really know what she meant by she still had a doughnut from week one, does she mean a literal doughnut...? Or an item that so happens to be a doughnut? Either way she had shrugged it off and said to Birdie "You have given me enough to at least try to get back on my feet. And I just cannot thank you enough Birdie. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough." she had bowed before her again, she was basically worshiping her at this point. Eventually they had stepped out of the safe zone and walked right into the fields, hopefully Birdie knows the exact direction to the Dragon in which the quest had talked about because Ruby is not good with reading maps... like at all. Ruby had looked over when Birdie had began to speak and out of curiosity she had began to ask if the trinket was good enough, Ruby had nodded her head and said "It is absolutely perfect! Thank you again for making it for me!"

Another day another quest, it had seemed. She had slid her way out of bed and changed from her nightgown to her typical outfit for the day, and stepped out from the Inn and stretched her arms upward, there was a quest that she had at mind... and of course that was Worn Out Welcome, now of course that quest is mostly for beginners, however it isn't level restricted so to all that Ruby would know is easy SP that she can acquire. She had originally thought that this quest was going to be simple enough to do by herself, so she didn't really spend any time at all trying to find anyone to take the quest on her own, for all she knows today she was going to take on a quest by herself and call it a day from there after searching for some materials while she was at it. So she decided to head out and move towards the gate of the main city towards the path she would need to take towards the place where she needed to take Worn Out Welcome.

Ruby had looked over to Hei who had lazily tried to start a conversation with Ruby, she had grinned but eventually let out a single chuckle shaking her head "Don't know how to start conversations huh? And yes, the battle did end pretty well." she had taken a sip of her wine and said to him with a giggle "Here, how about this. I see a guild marker next to your health bar and you said you are from a guild named Emerald Harbingers, how about you tell me a little about your guild you are in Hei." she had smiled "That's a good way to start a conversation if you ask me.", "I have been giving joining or starting a guild some thought, however I haven't heard much from anyone about any guild so for all I know there is no guilds that I am generally just not interested in joining to be fair with you." she had said explaining her situation with guilds, she wasn't opposed to joining a guild matter of fact she was the complete opposite, she wanted to find a new guild to try to ignore what happened with her old group.
