  1. Reinholt nods, hooking his thumbs into the corner of his breastplate as they walked. It was nice, the increse of strength hes gotten from his levels and gear. Before, he would kf been hard pressed to kill that sand shark now, even if Pinball hadn't attacked, he would of been able to kill it with one more attack. Now thay he got the gear he wanted, it was just a matter of grinding those levels out. He had to admit, having friends like Pinball and Hestia definitely made things easier. As they approach the oasis, Pinball starts to fish so Reinholt starts to look around on the land for materials. After not having any luck, he looks over at Pin who just fished up a treasure chest. "I swear if that thing is a mimic im going to feed you to it." He says as he draws his sword, ready for the sudden and inevitable that was bound to come from the Treasure chest.

  2. einholt grins at Pinball. This was the first time Pin had seen his new gear in action and it was prettt nice to be honest. "Well, i wouldnt go that far yet, but we're getting there, that's for Sure." Reinholt says as Pinball boops the shark on the nose,  freezing it solid on top of the sand. He casually walks over tobthe frozen shark and pats it on its head. "Poor thing never stood a chance." he says before lifting his sword and bashing the shark with his pummel again,  shattering it into frozen digital shards. A qusst completion screen pops up and he nods his head before closing out of it. "Not too had of a mit potion there." he remarks and then starts looking around. Spotting some greenery in the distance, he points. "Looks like an oasis is thay way if we want to head that way."

  3. Reinholt shakes his head at Pinball. "Havent had ant customers yet, so im gonna make stuff for myself till then.." Pinball grabs <<Glorious>> From where it was displayed with his armor and hefts it up. The sword was huge compared to the boy Reinholt pushes off the wall and holds out his hand. "Hey, becarefu.." he starts but the Hestia enters, startling Pinball and causing his sword to clatter to,.the ground. Reinholt sighs and walks to recover his blade as Pinball takes a flying leap off the forging platform toward Hestia. He picks up his sword and walks to the edge of the platform. The sight before him was comical, Hestia standing over a wheezing Pinball, who had just belly flopped into the floor below. "Hey Hest, welcome to my humble abode. Feel free to make yourself at home..and thanks for coming. Sorry i forgot to give you directions. He smirks at Pinball, who was still in the floor. "Thats what you get for being crazy."

  4. Reinholt was hammering away at hia forge, lost in own little world. He was mainly just trying to rank up so he could start trying to make armor too. He had -much- to learn before his skill came any where close to Macradon's and the obly way to do that was by practicing. He didnt hear Pin enter his shop and didn't even know he was there until the boy was in his forge messing with things. The distracrion caused Reinholt to screw his current attempt up and with a sigh he tosses it away. "Hey Pin. Glad you made it. Hope i didnt interupt anything." He says as he sets his hammer down and runs a hand through his hair. He wore his normal crafting clothes, tanktop, apron, black pants. Very basic. Leaning on a small work space in the forge Reinholt smiles. "Hest on her way. She should be here any time now." he pauses and snaps his fingers. "Hope she can find the place. I forgot to tell her where it was." he makes a face and rubs the back of his neck.

  5. Reinholt had just sent a message to his friends, about searching for a familiar. One of those friends had asked had asked him to make some armor, which he couldn't do till rank 3. So at this point He was just trying to make stock for his shop until he ranked up and got some Tier 2 mats to work on Pinball's armor. He walks to his forging area and grabs the stack of papers he had sketches on. Flipping through them, he stops at the one he had drawn of Pinball he did one say while he was bored. He smirks and set the papers aside, picks up his hammer and starts to put in the work.

  6. Reinholt grumbles, sitting in his shop alone. So far, many of the high level players he had met or knew had familiars of one sort or another and after talking with Hestia about It, it was time he went out in search of one. He thought about it for a moment and beings up his interface. Scrolling through to his messages he selects two of his friends and starts typing out a message.

    Spoiler

    To: Pinball, Hestia
    Subject: Familiar

Hey friends. Times long past me needing a familiar. Was thinking about heading out and finding one and was wondering if either, or both of you want to come with?

He sends the message  and decides to get some crafting in before they either showed up or messaged him back. He heads up to his forge and begins his crafting. At this point He was just doing it for the EXP, to try and rank up. He gets lost in his crafting, his mind drifting as he hammers. He could hear the howls of the Sabertooth wolves from his shop, which made him that much more excited.

  7. Reinholt had been lounging on one of the couches, half asleep, when Hestia finished with his call, as he could sleep -almost- anywhere. He hears Hestia's voice and jumps, barely catching the flying Crystal. Chuckling he rises to his feet and transfers the crystal into his inventory. "Hey, thanks. That was super quick." He grins slightly. "You rock." He says with a wink. Considering his pick of the call, it was a nice little joke he thought. Looking around the shop and nods his head. "I can definitely see why you like it here. But, I'm goin a get out of here and back to my shop on the 7th. You should stop by some time." He waves and makes his way out of the shop.

  8. Reinholt had been lounging in a chair, his feet propped up on the window seal. He felt like he was friends enough with Pin that he could do so and there be no issue. After a little while, Pinball comes back from the back of his shop with his order. Reinholt rising to his feet and walking over to the counter. "Damn, that was fast man. Thanks." he grabs the donut and transfers it to his inventory. "you want sleep, you should lock your door dude.  That's what i do when I want some peace. But anyway, shoot me a message if you need me. I'm goin back to my shop." He says as he waves and leaves the shop.

  9. Reinholt couldn't agree more as he picked up the pace across this crappy desert floor. "Straight Mitigation, and my sword is staight damage, so no more paralyzing fools. For now atleast." He says as they walk. Soon they were pretty deep in the sand dunes and Reinholt was miserable. He hated the sun and the sand. He was just about to complain when he caught a glimpse of something. Realizing what it was almost too late, Reinholt shoves Pinball out of the way and rips his sword from its sheath, just as the large Sand Shark breaches the surface. It roars as it flies through the air directly at Reinholt.

He leaps forward, his sword above his head. With a roar himself he bashes the shark in the head with the pummel of his sword. The force of the blow sends the shark straight back to the ground and Reinholt ends up flying over it. He lands with Pinball and the shark behind him now. Spinning quickly, he was able to see the shark just has it forces it's way back into the sand. "That's a big shark." He mutters to himself, his sword held in a mid guard, his eyes searching the sand.

  10. Reinholt stops after his nose is booped, his eye twitching slightly. "If you -ever- boop my nose again I'll.." He makes a holds his hands out and acts like his strangling someone. With a huff he shakes his head and continues walking. He hooks his thumbs on the sides of his breastplate. "I guess you're right there. -And- I got this sweet new gear. So, why not. Besides even the monsters you fish up give decent loot so I guess it's a win-win." He listens to Pinball speak of helping low leveled players and smiles. His quick climb in levels had a lot to do with Pinball's help, plus he had already considered making Pinball armor, even to the point of making a sketch. "Alright man. I already got something planned out that I think you'll like. Protective but shouldn't limit your mobility too much." He smirks, remembering back on their conversation with Hestia. "Plus, then you really will be a Dragoon."

  11. "Massages huh? Sounds nice." he says as he follows her to the hut. "Alright, sounds good." He responds after Tsu explained how things worked. They reached the hut and she undressed, causing Reinholt to quickly advert his eye. He did feel a little weird being here with a teenager, but 90% of the people here were teenagers. So he would just try not to make it any more awkward than it needed to be. After she walked into the hut he follows suit, however does leave on his boxers. He grabs a towel, wraps it around him self and sighs. He waits for a moment, hoping to give Tsu enough time to get situated before he walks into the hut, ready to advert his eye or quickly turn and exit, depending on what he saw. "Alrighty, where are these cushions." He said aloud, carefully looking around for the cushions or Tsu.

  12. Reinholt enters the merchant shop on the 11th floor. Guess I should get this weapon Pinball gave me identified. Might be something really nice. He thinks to himself, remembering the River Reaper had taken down to get it from. He smiles toward the shop owner and walks toward the counter.  "Lo, there. I have this weapon I need to get identified if it's not too much trouble." He says as he brings the item out of his inventory and sets it on the counter. He really hoped it had a unique enhancement on it, because that would be awesome. He smiles and goes and and pays for the service too.

  13. Reinholt nods and grins slightly. He was about to go one a quest with -the- Macradon. "I look forward to learning all I can from you. And of course, take your time, im in no rush at all." He says as he pulls up his interface and scrolls through his menus looking for something. After a moment he nods, obviously finding what he was looking for. "There are apparently a dragon hatchling out on the plains, protecting an emerald. It's supposed to be connected to some dungeon on floor 10." He pauses, reading some more before closing his menus. "There is supposedly a different dragon on each floor between here and 10. But right now I'm just after the emerald on this floor. He makes a face as he looks at Macradon. I'm sure it would be insanely easy for you, so I understand if you don't Want to. I could probably find something else for us to do..." He says, falling into a a slightly nervous ramble, but he forces himself to shut up. He runs a hand through his blonde hair and tries calm his nerves slightly.

  14. "Fish? Are you serious? Rememebr last time we fished? " Reinholt chuckles as he follows after his hyper active friend. Both times they fished together Pin had fished up nothing but monsters. Hopefully this time he would have better luck. Reinholt raises his eyebrow at Pinball at the 'people to kill' comment but otherwise ignores it. Upon arriving at Fortaleza, he makes a sour face. "Hell, I doubt we can even find a place to fish here on this godforsaken floor." His voice carried his absolute hatred for this floor. Between the sand and the heat he couldn't stand being here. "But if you really wanted to we could find somewhere here or go to a another floor to fish." He motions forward, toward his quest marker and starts to walk. "You serious about me making you armor? I can't make it yet but when I gain some rank on my blacksmith skill I'll be able to. You just struck me as light armor wearer."

  15. Reinholt shakes his head as Pinball goes on about random nonsense. "There will be no parties here, weirdo. Let's go. He steps into small living quarters and comes out after a few moments clad in his new armor and sword. He really liked his new gear. "I'm about to send you back to your shop, you little turd." He 'shoo's' Pin off his door and closes it, locking the door behind him. "C'mon guy. Let's go get this knocked out so I can come back and -not- make you armor, eh? He pats Pinball on the shoulder and chuckles. He moves down the stairs into Nimbus itself. "So Pin, did I interupt anything? I know how utterly busy you are." He chuckles and looks over at his friend as they walk toward the teleporter. He enjoyed adventuring with Pin. It was a new adventure every time and for that Reinholt was thankful.

  16. Walking through the streets of Urbus he chuckles. "I doubt that would the case of any myth that you're involved in." He says with a smile. He listens to Hestia, nodding his head as she talks. "Back in the real world our stories won't matter to many people except to those of us who lived it, but  I agree we need to not forget and that is a very noble cause." Pauses at the pub the quest started. "Excuse me for a moment." He steps inside for a few moment and comes back out with an accomplished smile. "Thanks again for coming with me today. It was fun. Keep me in mind if you need some squishy back up." He chuckles and runs his hand through his hair. He couldn't wait until He was strong enough to go on legitimate quests with a Frontliner, but either way it was nice to make friends with people He would be fighting alongside soon.

  17. Reinholt nods. While he preferred the knights of the middle ages, he could respect where Hestia came from "It's very fitting, Hestia. You would fit in well in a Greek Myth." He compliments her. In Aincrad, it was very possible to be the focal point of a 'legend' or 'myth'. That was one aspect of SAO he still loved. The fact that everyone here had the opportunity to become a legend and to live in the midst of hero's. It was truly amazing. He sighs softly as they reach the outskirts of Urbus. Their adventure was coming to an end and soon they would part ways. He would go back to his shop and work on becoming a better blacksmith. "Even though we are forced to live here, SAO never fails to amaze me. The fact that each one of us can become legends in our own right is something that just can't happen outside of here. And that is something I'll miss when we beat the game and go back to living in the real world, ya know?"

  18. Reinholt nods as he listens to his new friend speak, realizing they shared many of the same values. It was nice to know he wasn't the only one who felt this way. "It sounds like we share very similar views, Hest. I'm glad that there are people like you here in SAO. he says as Urbus draws closer and closer. "I will say, I'm surprised you have your shop on the 4th, instead of the 17th. With the name of the Goddess of the Hearth, and the sword and shield you had when we fought the Frost King, you're obviously a fan of Greek History." He once again assumed his fairly relaxed posture with his left hand resting on the pummel of his sword, steadying it as they walked. He too enjoyed the ancient Greek culture and knew a decent amount. Though he wasn't an expert of none, he knew a good amount of many of the ancient societies. From the Greeks to the Vikings to the Samurai, he knew a bit about each.

  19. Reinholt runs his hand through his hair and smiles. He felt a bit foolish unloading on her like that, but he couldn't take it back now. "Naw. I'm fine. Let's get back to Urbus. I, uh.." He chuckles and starts walking again. After a few minutes of walking he looks over at Hestia. "Hey, uh, thanks for the help today. I know you probably better things to do than hang out on the second floor with me." He smiles at her. "One day when I'm strong enough I'll replay the favor, but on one of the upper floors where we can actually have some fun okay?" He grins and clenches his fist. "By then I'll be the Sabertoothed Great Knight for real." His eyes fill with excitement as he thinks about fighting on the frontlines alongside Hestia and Pinball and the other Frontline assault players. He would make it there. And it would be soon. He would push himself everyday until he made it.

  20. Reinholt shrugs and glances a t the large settlement of Urbus that had just came into view, off in the distance. He stops walking, staring off at Urbus for a moment. "I was an Okay Cop. I mean, I was the youngest member on S.W.A.T my department had ever had. But either way there's nothing to be sorry about. If I had to do it all over again I'd do the same thing. Even knowing what I know now, how it changed my life, My partner was able to go home to his family and that's all that matters." He pauses for a moment, turning to face Hestia. "As far as my department, we were family. We fought and died for each other. That's just how it was." He sighs and turns back to face Urbus, however he doesn't start walking. He falls silent and tucks his thumbs into his belt.

  21. Reinholt nods toward Hestia when she comments about his being a cop. "Used to be. Yeah. For A whopping three years and unfortunately I'll never wear the badge again." He says as they walk, his left hand nonchalantly resting on the pummel of his sword. It was true. Regardless of if he made it out of SAO or not, his body was far too damaged to be a police officer. He sighs softly and touches his eyepatch with his Right hand. He knew he didn't have to wear it here in SAO, but he didn't want to get used to having two eyes again and then go back to just having the one. Plus it made him unique. He does note the tone of Hestia's voice he looks toward her with his eyebrow raised. " Why do you ask?" He had a slight smile, though it seemed forced. He obviously missed being a cop quite a bit.

  22. Reinholt was in his shop when he received a message from his fellow Guildmate, Tsu. She was telling him to come take some time off at the hot springs, which honestly a day of relaxation sounded amazing. Sure Tau, I'll be there soon. He responds to her message and begins to close up the shop to be on his way. He makes his way through Nimbus to the teleporter and soon finds himself on the 21st floor. After asking around he starts to head toward the Hot springs. Reinholt sees Tsu and waves toward her. "Hey Tsu. How's it going? Thanks for the invite." He says stopping next to the bench she sat on and pits his hands in his pockets. He wore plain looking clothing in shades of black and red. "Its my first time being up here to be honest. So lead the way." he says with a small smile. It was true, he hadn't been past the 10th floor much. He had no real reason to as the mobs up here were monstrously strong compared to where he was currently.

  23. Reinholt chuckles and shakes his head as he runs a hand over his chestplate. "Oh, Lord no. This gear is amazing. I hope to one day be skilled enough to craft on this level." He walks up to the counter, nonchalantly resting his left hand on the pummel of his sword. "No, this is a...social visit if anything. You are among the best and an inspiration to me. He motions to his heavy armor and Two-handed straight sword. "I hoped to pick your brain for ways I can excel and be a more effective fighter for my guild and honestly all of Aincrad. And we could maybe do a quest something to help pass the time. He was slightly nervous to do a quest with the Scarlet Templar. Mainly because he didn't want to seem weak in Macradon's eyes, but there was a massive level difference between the two. He did hope Macradon said yes as it would be a fun and insightful experience, regardless.

  24. Reinholt nods as he listens to her. "Well count me in when you have a concert. Hell, if you want someone to listen to your stuff I don't mind at all." He says as he begins to look around slowly, his face thoughtful. "I wonder if there's a treasure chest around here, cause that would be nice." He says as he slowly walks around the area, looking for signs of a chest.

He frowns when he finds nothing  and shrugs his shoulders. Looking at Hestia for a moment he motions for her to come with him as he starts to head back toward Urbus. "Guess we can head back now. Gotta deliver this venom vial to the quest giver for completion." He tucks his thumbs into his belt as he walks, an action reminiscent of when he was a cop. His whole demeanor for the most part screamed Cop as something's never change.
