  1. Asakku cursed under her breath as she shuffled a few inches away from the player as he got closer to her, giving a quick second to look at her shadow familiar, signalling him to envelope himself back into the shadows just for a bit longer.

    "Thanks, but no thanks. I don't think I need tips on how to punch a rock," she said flatly as she looked up at him.

    Why was he still here? Can't a girl just punch a rock in piece or something? Let her live! She really, really didn't want to start off this quest with her fist in a stranger's face,--as much as she would've honestly liked that-- but it was really, really starting to look like that. Seriously, just him talking was enough to throw her off her train of thought.

    She really didn't even want to act nice with this dude anymore. At this point, he was just getting on her nerves.

  2. She had just barely finished her first punch on the boulder before a tingle down her spine as her familiar erupted from her shadow, getting into a defensive position behind her as she felt another player walk up to them. She sighed and nudged the back of her familiar's leg with her heel before he turned to the player. The corner of her lips twitched a bit before she smiled at him, as much as she absolutely hated it. "No, I'm good, thanks," she said with a grin, turning her back to him to face the boulder once again.

    Alright. . . if she only did six damage, then it would only take about nine or eight more times, if she was lucky. She knows how much this game absolutely loves to screw her over, so she'd probably guess ten or eleven times, and who knows, maybe she might get distracted by this random dude and punch him instead.

  3. Asakku stared deadly daggers at the NPC's retreating figure. If it weren't for the need to do this quest right now, she would've already stabbed her spear right through that asshole's damn chest, but then again, she wasn't sure if she could physically kill an NPC in this game. She'd have to try that out later.

    She rubbed her cheeks with one of her palms and hissed under her breath. Of course the paint wouldn't just come off, an unfortunate downside to this hellhole.

    She turned her attention back to that damn rock, then looked at her palms. Well, she couldn't bruise in this game, so that was a plus, she guessed. It'd be kinda of hell to even try to do this in the real world.

    "Alright, watch my back, Orias," she muttered, looking over to her shadow before cracking her knuckles, "because I'm going to punch the [doo-doo] out of this stupid ass rock."

  4. She sighed, “you don’t know half of it.” She grabbed his hand with a sigh. “Thanks or whatever,” she blinked at him. “Don’t expect me to be like this again, I’m just frekin tired right now and I just want to go sleep.” She groaned, just wanting this day to be over with.

    She watched Dustin walk away with a frown. What a douche, but I guess I don’t have the right to say that. This is the worst day I’ve ever experienced in Aincrad, I feel like an idiot right now. “I blame you for this whole fiasco by the way Pick.” Idiot actually convinced me to come here.. I feel so god dang stupid. She rubbed her temples with a groan. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I saw father and then I had to deal with two idiots.

    “So I guess this all ended wonderfully,” she poke out loud, “we all said our kumbayas and tell each other well love each other deeply,” she snorted.

    @Pick @Dustin

  5. "Ack!" she yelped, scrambling up the ledge. She looked down the waterfall and rolled her eyes as she saw Pick throw a dagger in Dustins direction, piercing his clothing and latching him onto the wall. Sentimental idiot, the only reason why he lived is because of Pick. She sighed, backing away from the edge. Well, this sucks. She sucked in a breath as she pressed the back of her head against the a rock. I should've never came here. She mumbled a few curses to herself and sighed. This crap in my head. I want it out, out, out! I don't want to see his face again! Why did I come here? I'm such an idiot! She palmed herself in the head, cursing at herself. That stupid idiot thinks he can frekin' make me feel some kind of crap for him? He's dead wrong. How could I be so stupid. Coming here was a mistake.

  6. Opening the doors of the shop, she stepped inside. "I'm here for the item.." she mumbled. Taking note of the armor she requested, she gave a sigh of relief. "Thanks.. a lot," she took a good look at it, pressing her fingers softly against the material. "Yes, it's.. great." She stored it in her inventory and gave a small bow. "Thanks so much, I'll be sure to come back her soon enough." With that, she gave an awkward wave of goodbye and walked out of the tailor's shop with a sigh. Finally. I guess it's a good time to have it ready.

  7. Kicking  her feet in the air, she let out a small sigh. Who's stupid enough to actually enjoy being in Aincrad? I know so many idiots who actually like behind her it makes me want to vomit all of the place! She rubbed her face. I wish father would just cut my life support already! This is so.. so.. so stupid! I am sure as hell not going to kill myself like a weakling! People like that should be glad they're killing themselves.. she spat venom. They're probably killing themselves over the dumbest of crap anyways!

    Sitting up, she payed for her drink and marched off, her scarlet scarf waving closely behind her. What am I going to do now? She looked at her friends map and gave a bitter groan. Why can't that idiot hurry up already?! Is he that weak? She rolled her eyes, closing the menu with a hard glare.

    @Dustin

  8. She blinked, realizing the situation she's in. "Why can't I die in peace, huh?" The player growled, wanting to slap him square across the face. "Why did you catch me? Don't boss me around either! I do what I want thank you very much!" She scoffed, her eyes focusing to the waterfall. "Oh dear.." she muttered, "that's.. uh, very close." Her mind went blank for a second. "Wait a frekin' moment! What the hell just happened?! I was up there.. and now I'm here?!" She rubbed her head and groaned in annoyance. "Why did I agree to come here? I should've never came with you idiots!" she hissed, putting in a few curses here and there.

    She turned to @Dustin, "and you!" She poked him furiously in the chest, "why the hell did you bother to catch me?! I wanted to die in peace god [beep!] it! When someone is falling down a stupid cliff, and look happy. It means they want to die!" She screeched, swearing she could see all red. "You're useless!" She spat, her anger taking over her. Slapping him across the face, she let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. Oh crud.

  9. Rubbing her elbows, Asakku let out a groan. I can’t find anything! I literally only need two more and hen this could be over with! She fumed, her face getting slightly red. Patience.. she sighed, counting in her head. One.. two.. three.. four... she inhaled, letting it out slowly. “Yes.. yup, I’m fine. Absolutely, fine.” Murmuring a few more numbers, she set off again. Only two more. My luck can’t be that bad right? Hmph.. that was an understatement. My luck is the worse. She sighed in defeat, dropping her shoulders.

    Whatever, I have to try hard so Orias doesn’t keep bugging me with his stupid skull! She put on a determined face and balled her fists together. “Yes, I am definitely going to finish this today!” She clapped her hands together and created friction between them. This quest makes me one step closer to becoming stronger. I have to complete it. Whether I like it or not!

  10. Pressing her thumb against the smooth surface of her cup, she let out a small sigh. He’s still fighting those board, huh? She thought, examining her map. That’s pathetic. She rolled her eyes and closed the menu. This quest gave me some good EXP.. maybe I can actually afford to go on those high quests now.. she mumbled a few words of regret before shaking her head. Nah. Not yet anyways.

    Brushing her ankles on the floor, she bit her lip. What do I do now? There’s not much to do on this floor. Maybe I should try to start another quest.. it might be too early for that. I’m not sure anymore. She groaned, rubbing the back of neck, so frustrating. Taking a small sip of her coffee, she set it down with a frown. I don’t feel as relaxed anymore. But then again, when am I ever fully relaxed? I can’t think of the last time I was at peace.

    @Dustin

  11. She struggled with her fingers as she pulled open her inventory. I’m not going to let him.. take over my life anymore. She pressed on her spear multiple times, her body quivering. As she gripped the spear, her father gave a low chuckle. “I see that you’re going to kill me huh? Don’t worry Ada, you can’t ever give rid of me. I’ll be there every moment you’re breathing, and till you die,” a small smirk she grew used to appeared on his face. “You and me are alike, no? You’re just like me Ada, and you can’t change that.”

    She grit her teeth under her hooded and tear striken eyes, “shut up! I’ll never be like you! Never, never!” She drew her spear back, getting momentum for her attack. Letting out a low growl, she swung forward, impaling her parent straight in the chest. “I’ll never be like you, never ever. I hope you die in hell,” she hissed, watching her father disperse into a black fog. The last thing she heard was a familair chuckle, then she was gone.

    Making our the familair blue skies and dense greenery in front of her, letting out a final choke before falling back. So this is how it is, huh? She blew a sigh as she fell down the waterfall. Blinking away the tears in her monotone eyes, she balled her hands into fists. I guess it is.

    @Dustin

  12. She wanted to back out, get out of this hellscape, but the only thing she could do was utter inaudible croaks and forced to watch her father come closer. Not here. Not here, not now. Not ever! He held a mellicious she grew up with, “oh Ada, why do you look so scared.. hm?” She felt him stirring closer. “You don’t think I won’t come back right, after all.. you did take a load of my money for this trash,” he glanced around the dark abyss before settling his gaze back on her. “Don’t worry. When you come back, everything will be just like before,” her father smiled almost innocently.

    A huge lump formed in her throat, “n-no..” she barely managed to sputter out before her father gave a curious raise of an eyebrow at her. I know that look all too well, dear lord, help me!

    ”You’ve grown some guts last time I saw you, huh?” His similar crimson eyes flashed, “Don’t worry, we’ll clear that out the next I see you.” Her mind raced with anxiety, I can’t go back. Please, no. She was so lost in thought, she didn’t even feel her father grab her arm until a cough interrupted her, immediately making me flinch. “I hope the next time we meet, you’ll learn some obedience. I can be in your hospital room right now, paying these stupid bills so I can see my oh so sweet daughter again,” he rumbled, letting go of her arm harshly. He’s going to hurt me again. Again, again, again, again.. He’s going to torture me. Like he did every year of my life. Torture me, beat me, stab me, no.. no, no, no. Her mouth was skightly open as she recalled all the  not so pleasant memories of her with her father.

    @Dustin

  13. Looking down the waterfall, she gave a small sigh when she sa @Dustin dangling from his sword. Eh, he’ll be fine. It’s not like he can die anyways. Retreating a few steps, her eyes went wide when her body went stiff. The fu-

    Her surroundings went black, what the hell is going on? Glancing around, she gave a low groan. Where am I..? I swear if this means I died or something.. When her eyes focused on a blurry figure, she lost her breath. No.. no. She gave a large gulp, it’s not real, not real, not real. The man before her gave a toothy grin, “hows it going Ada?” He paused, “have you missed me?”

    The players eyes widened even more. He’s talking, it sounds just like him... Snap out of it! Not real, not real, not real. He’s not real, he can’t be real. She closed her eyes tightly, shut him out. Shut him out..

  14. “Tallest waterfall..?” She questioned, sighing. Not hat I have a fear of heights.. I just, don’t wanna go to a big water.. fall. She raised her eyebrow at @Dustin‘s odd statement but shrugged it off, “no one was talking about ice cream you doofus,” player muttered, rolling her crimson eyes. Not even bothering to ask about what this ‘race’ was, she tugged on a strand of her hair awkwardly. “I’m definitely not racing any of you bozos,” she finally said, “probably is a stupid waterfall anyways.”

    She laughed haughtily, “Yes, that’s fine with me! I’d be happy to go back and leave the devils spawns here!” She clapped her hands together with utmost joy. Watching a rain cloud hover over Dustin, she scoffed, whatever he’s thinking about, he needs to man up and stop being a stupid child. Watching him climb up a tree blankly, she turned her head to @Pick, “I never liked monkeys..” she mumbled, taking one last glance at the tree before shrugging. “I really don’t care, I just want to get this day over with. So lead he way.” Guess Dustin isn’t coming then.

  15. Sitting down for a good moment, she gave a small sigh. It’s been pretty good living here. It’s so much more carefree.. but I guess there’s always bad people everywhere. Am I one of those bad people? She chuckled, maybe. So what if I am? I’m happy the way I am. Maybe I’m not as bad as my father. But I guess I am a bad person. I think I can accept that. She grinned, hoisting herself up from where she was sitting.

    ”Now..” she clapped her hands together, it’s time to start getting those darn materials. Maybe I’ll try to find a few tricks up my sleeve as well.. I need something to deal with those pesky idiots who try to hang around me. She shuddered at the thought. So frekin’ clingy, it’s annoying as hell. She thought for a moment. Should I start killing those idiots who annoy me? Possibly.

  16. Craning her head to look at the sky, Asakku gave a steady sigh. I'm bored. She signaled for the waiter and ordered a small cup of coffee. The waiter nodded and left her  to her thoughts, what can I do after this? Maybe go hunting again. I could try to find a quest somewhere? Ah, I'm kind of pooped out for today. She sighed, pressing her hands together. She looked around expectantly, wheres the waiter?! He should be here right now. It's not hard for him to poof up a cup of coffee! She muttered under her breath a few curses before watching her waiter come over with her drink. Giving him a sarcastic and bitter smile, she snatched the coffee and shooed him off.

    Taking a sip from her steaming cup, she sighed. Ah.. thats the stuff, just what I needed. She suppressed a small smile and placed the cup on the table. Now.. what to do. What to do indeed.

    @Dustin

  17. “I’m not a witch, I don’t fly on a broomstick or melt... when I touch water,” she mumbled, suddenly remembering the times she’s watched the Wizard Of Oz. Aquaphobia.. you don’t melt when you have it I guess. “W-whatever! Let’s just go already, I don’t want to stand here all day with two idiots,” she said hotly, gnawing on the inside of her cheek.

    Wiping her sweaty hands on her shirt, she gave a small sigh. How did my life end up like this? Going to a stupid waterfall with twin idiots. The spawn of Satan themselves. She groaned, rubbing her head with frustration. I can not keep this up, why can’t my conscious just let me leave them for dead? She rubbed her temples and drew a lacy breath of air. “How far away is this waterfall anyway? I’m not going to walk half way across the floor for a stupid landmark,” she huffed, crossing her arms.

    @Dustin @Pick

  18. She shrugged, “thanks I guess? I’ve had this for a while now.” She pull on her scarf before letting it back down. Whatever, I guess. “Now if you boys are ready to stop talking about your latest girl catch, I’d be happy to leave,” she paused, “leave you guys for dead that is.” Shaking her head, she tapped her heels impatiently. “I’m not going to swim, therefore, no need for swimwear,” she said crossly. “Aye, aye sir,” she faked salute and marched off to the entrance of the town.

    Realzing that Orias went kissing again, she gave a gruff sigh. Stupid familair and his stupid tendencies.. the player gave a low growl before blinking away the emotion. He can find his own way back hen, I don’t care.

    Fiddling with her thumbs for a period of time, she became lost in thought. Will I regret this? Probably. Will I benefit from this? Probably not. Do I care at this point? Not really.

    @Dustin @Pick

  19. She sputtered, her eyes wide, “afraid of water? M-me? SureLy you jest,” she chuckled nervously, looking in another direction. The player gulped and sighed in relief as the conversation didn’t go any farther. You’d be surprised on how much water can do to you.. she shook her head, ridding her thoughts. “I’m not swimming though. Thanks, but no thanks.”

    The ebony haired female raked a hand through her hair in annoyance. “Can you all stop flirting with women? It is an unfortunate sight to see... and very uncomfortable.” Why did I agree to come..? This is a sin. She gave a quick breath and fidgeted with her scarf, twisting the gems around her fingers.

    “I don’t.. race or whatever, thanks,” She muttered bitterly, opening up her inventory. Changing into casual clothing, she gave them a look. “Well, or you statues just gonna stand here or are we going or not?”

    @Pick @Dustin

  20. She pinched her nose at their childish behavior. “Don’t turn into Pick, Dustin. One flirt is enough,” she sighed, shaking her head. Turning her head to Pick, she gave a heavy sigh, “and that’s gross, there might not be germs here. But at least have some dignity.”

    Staring at the NPC for a good second, she bit her lip in frustration. How did I meet these idiots again? I swear to god I regret everything I’ve done in Aincrad so far. “That’s a waste of materials y’know,” she mumbled, sending daggers at the taller players. Losing herself in thought once again, she tried to recall what she was doing on the floor again.

    Breaking her thinking, she let out a shaky breath, “w-waterfall?” She sputtered, fiddling with her fingers. “U-Uhm..” I don’t want them to think I’m a coward.. she sucked in a sharp breath and nodded her head meekly, “y-yeah sure, I’ll come. I don’t think I’m going to swim or whatever though,” she squeaked.

    @Dustin @Pick

  21. Her brows furrowed at the scene unfolding in front of her. Dear lord, just.. walk away.. before she could take her first step, a familair voice rang in her ears. “Er.. hello Pick..” she coughed into her hand with a frown. “What.. are you doing here?” Hes here to start the Armageddon. She peeked over his shoulder and saw Dustin cowering behind him. Wimp, she rolled her eyes and look at him again.

    ”So?” She placed her hands on her hips with an unsatisfied crook of a frown. She pushed his hand away with a sigh. “No, I don’t want a stupid apple.” Maybe if I just run for it..? I do t think they’ll come for me. She eyed the town exit warily, no.. they’d definitely come after me. The player slumped her shoulders in defeat and sighed. “Nice job trying to be hero by the way,” she huffed.
