A darkened stairwell leading beneath the sand surface they currently occupied. Smirking, he called out over his shoulder. "Oi Mac, come look at this. I think we found ourselves a dungeon." Not even waiting for his companion to come towards him, the gray haired player took off down the steps and into the tunneled room beneath the surface. Looking around, his face lit up in awe at the Egyptian tomb feeling the place gave off. And is if to cater to the motif even more, padded steps could be heard as bipedal <Death Jackal(s)> rounded the corner. Still having his rapier drawn, the caped player took off towards the first wave of jackals and let his blade do the work as he carved the creatures into pixelated dust. "Mac, buddy, where art thou?" He would approach where he heard the voice, but could not find Oikawa, only a big hole, probably the entrance to a sub-dungeon. "Great, we found one" he thought for himself as he would jump down into the rabbit hole. As the two had been placed inside this Egyptian crypt like tomb, Macradon smirked. He would unsheathe his two handed curved sword, Scarecrow's Sickle, a khopesh like sword that fit the theme of the Egyptian tomb a lot. Seeing that Oikawa already was slaying some monsters, Macradon would get to it as well, rushing towards the closest group of what seemed to be Death Jackals. Though he wasn't ready after the fall from the hole to the dungeon, Macradon missed against the Jackals, leaving him vulnerabel for their attacks. Spoiler ID: 57018 BD: 1+1=2, miss. His movements seemed delayed however, as all of the scurrying creatures moved from the range of his attack. Having missed his opportunity, the caped player looked towards Macradon, and signaled for him to take them out. Stepping back and reassessing the situation, he could only imagine that they were getting close to what treasure or boss laid ahead. Macradon 0 Posted April 20, 2016 #24 Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 (edited) [8/10 Floor Level Monsters defeated] Macradon would initiate again, he was already locked in combat with the fierce jackals, but with his two handed sword for his advantage, he would be able to wipe out the small group of jackals with near to no effort. His 3 cleaves that went through the jackals was enough to wither them down into pixels and crystals, leaving nothing behind. Macradon would lift his head and focus on the next group of jackals he had to fight. It was about 10 they had to slay before they could initiate upon the dungeon's boss. Giving the armored player a thumbs up, he twirled his rapier in hand and turned to the two remaining jackals. His grin widened and he pushed off towards the two. But just as he approached, a light breached the ground as another creature rose from it. This caused the tomb to shake and rumble as the Dungeon Boss revealed itself. And of course it was titled, "Anubis, the Death Jackal." Having said it aloud, Oikawa wasted no time in continuing forward as he activated his [Charge]ing [Sweep] attack again. Landing the thrusts accurately, he shifted his gaze to Mac and spoke. "Let's take this guy down quickly. We need to get back." Macradon 0 Posted April 21, 2016 #26 Report Share Posted April 21, 2016 (edited) He nodded as the dungeon boss appeared and he would reply "Aye!". Macradon would engage upon the big death Jackal. He charge up with his <Charge> skill and engaged onto Anubis to cleave him down with his big two handed sword. 4 swipes were more than enough to slay the big vile beast. With his sword art <Calamitous Tragedy> he was able to slay the jackal and grab the loot it left behind itself as it was shattered into pixels and crystals, slowly disappearing from view. Lets get out of here," mentioned the gray-haired player as he turned to head back towards the staircase. Spotting an ore protruding from the ground, he leaned over to nab it as he continued on. With the Sub-Dungeon having been looted, and the experience having been gained, Oikawa trudged back up to the surface and waited for Mac to make a re-appearance as well. Once he did, the young man spoke. "Thanks for accompanying me to day man. The dungeons are far less intimidating than I imagined. But take care of yourself and be safe. See you on the frontline."
