[F7-SP] Taking down a snek <Case of Wurms>

Taking his time deciding what to do next, Macradon would just make a brain fart and push the nearest cart as well. Watching it get faster as it went down a slope, the momentum would pick up and make it travel faster and faster until it went into its own tunnel as well, slowly, but accurately, reaching its end with just as loud a thud as the other one. Macradon would be able to hear it from where he was and would determine that he just had to push all the mine carts and take the one that did not end at a thud. It took time, but he needed the patience not to die. One after the other, waiting for the first to stop before pushing the next, Macradon would cycle through them all, none of them would not stop at a thud. Confused by it, Macradon would look around him, no secret entrances at all, nothing.

The entire cave area would begin to tremble as something erupted from the ground. A giant golem of gems and granite would emerge as the sub-dungeon’s boss. Macradon readied himself and rushed forward with a swift <Charge> that would go in. With four quick slashes at the giant golem, Macradon unleashed his sword art <Calamitous Tragedy>, his strongest single target sword art. The health of the golem would wither quite fast. The boss’s health was already below half, which meant that Macradon would be able to take it out with another of those sword arts. Though something was wrong, Macradon had not accounted for this. Macradon’s 4 heavy cleaves would not make the monster stagger at all. It’s stone will just kept pushing. It slammed its heavy arm right down upon Macradon. It left quite the dent down onto the ground where it slammed its arm, but Macradon was nearly unharmed. His bracers would begin to heal him from the strike, as well as energizing him.

Macradon would assure that he would hit the one last attack, even though the giant beast was big, towering above Macradon, he had a plan. Using his <Disguise> skill, Macradon would transform into the golem confusing the golem in the process. It would not know what to do, and that was where Macradon would step into himself and unleash a <Calamitous Tragedy> again and defeat the great golem. It would spark in pixels, polygons and crystals as it fell down backwards, dying. A big screen would appear before Macradon, congratulating him on clearing a sub-dungeon. The reward screen would show a Col reward as well as a Material reward. Macradon would press accept and take the loot into his inventory with all his other stuff he had gathered from this long trip. From slaying a snake to then clearing out an abandoned mine. It had been quite the adventure Macradon had been through, and when he finally exited the dungeon, it was dark. “DAMN IT!” Macradon cursed in anger.
