Ulises listened to Kasier talk to him while he was paralyzed.  Yeah real easy to talk big when you're opponent couldn't move isn't it?  Well she was going to see what he could do as soon as he fully recovered.  He did not feel the bleeding effect as he was too angry to.  He knew he was struck however when he saw the pitiful amount of damage dealt to him.  Then she backed up and he could feel the effect begin to leech out.  Ulises had been pushing to move his limbs the entire time and now that it had begun his hand slowly pressed against the grass, seeming to burn the very grass, streams of smoke rising from it.  As more and more strength returned he was able to bend his knee enough to rise himself slightly, still relying on the ground to keep himself stable.  Soon he managed to rise up to his feet with great effort, his eyes closed.  He was almost over the edge.  Almost.  By the time he was up on his feet his limbs he was still regaining his strength, while his internal fire was growing and burning outwardly now.  If his eyes were opened he would have seen the pixilated blood come out from the second time.  When the bleeding effect passed he opened his eyes, appearing not blue, but white, like white flames.

Jonathan reenters!

As Jonathan sat in the darkness, thoughts overwhelmed him. If Ulises was going to kill her before, what does that mean if He won't kill her now. Enraged Jonathan turned around. He dashed forward as rain pelted his face he thought of losing one of his allies. Nobody will die if I can help it. As Jonathan burst into range of seeing the battle, In the same bush he had hid in before he watched the battle. He focused in and seen something he had not expected. Ulises was lying on the ground as Kasier stood over him. This is not what I expected, but I will wait to see the battle unfold the rest of the way. Jonathan examined the blade in his hand. Then looked at the other two's weapons. Something was different about Kasier's weapon. It looked way more sharp then his. He watched as Itzal stood,.seeming to struggle. Paralysis. Somehow he had been paralyzed.

Ulises was fully strengthened now.  With the bleeding and paralysis over now he stood with the power within, flames engulfing his very being.  His white flaming eyes focused and burned through Kasier's amber ones into her very soul.  He wasn't angry at her but he was letting her know what she had just gotten herself into.  Besides his flaming eyes and the illusion of smoke rising from his body, there was no sign of wrath.  His body was rather relaxed and his face emotionless.  "Kasier's venom huh?"  He lifted his sword between them, staring at the black blade that seemed to have it's own fire.  "A fitting name I must say.  However."  His flaming eyes flashed back at Kasier only seconds before he lashed out.  With the extra warning Kasier tried to block his attack but Ulises was twice as fast as he normally was, and twice as strong.  The blade spun in a circle to gather momentum within half a second and knocked Kasier's sword from her grasp.  The blade was engulfed in a dark red glow as he released Howling Octave and finished the move by thrusting it deep within Kasier's heart.  "So is Retributor."

Kasier felt a jot as Itzal’s sword struck her. It had entered right where her heart would have been in the real world; if this game was more realistic, the attack would have been a one-hit KO on her as the sword had been driven straight through her heart. Kasier stayed there motionless, wondering how Itzal had managed to defeat her so quickly. Sure, her health was not diminished it but there was only one result at this point of the duel. Kasier had lost, but in the end, she hadn’t lost. In fact, she had realized what she wanted in the first place.

All those times that she had wanted Itzal’s attention and all those times that she had tried so hard to get it without knowing why she had gone for such a method had lasted too long. Indeed, it was time for Kasier to realize the truth. There were people in this world to live for, people to love and care for. Kasier had been wrong this whole time. Venom isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Venom can be used to cure venom. She thought, thrusting her body forwards so the sword impaled her harder until she was nearly face to face with Itzal. Perhaps she had been a bit rude in the past, but she can change. And she hoped Itzal realized that.

With her left hand, she grasped onto the back of Ulises’s black hair before lunging forwards, planting her mouth on the man’s mouth sideways, giving him a kiss as she opened the menu and surrendered the battle. Sure, it said that she had lost the duel but in reality, she hadn’t…. She had found a new purpose in life

Jonathan watched as Itzal activated a sword art and thrust his sword the body of Kasier. Jonathan's Rage heightened. He WAS going to kill her. The something unexpected happened. Kasier pushed herself farther into Itzal's blade, causing her health to drop more. She kissed Itzal. Jonathan rage depleted and he dropped his sword and shield from shock. What had happened? They were at eachother throats no less than a second ago. Jonathan eyes regained their normal green color. He walked forward and into the battle zone. Had he broken the cold core that He had swore was at Kasier's heart? She surrendered the duel.

Jonathan's grimace turned back into a warm smile. He stayed far enough back to ruin the moment. So this is what love looks like? Jonathan had never seen it. He had never met his mother. His father was never around. They lived in the country, and he was homeschooled.

Ulises wasn't actually hateful toward Kasier.  He was hateful at the effect, the feeling of helplessness, that drove his strikes.  When Kasier grabbed his head he expected it to be combat orientated and was about to pull of a maneuver that would render her pinned on the ground with another stab but then something happen that neither Ulises, nor Felix who was watching, expected.  She pulled herself closer, pulled their head towards her...  And kissed him.  At that very moment all of Itzal's emotions, or Ulises, exploded to the maximum strength.  Anger, frustration, confusion, surprise, joy, acceptance, love, relief, sadness, all these and more ignited and with all the power and strength of these emotions, Ulises glitched.  He short-circuited.  In human terms he had a seizure.  At that moment he knew what was going on.  Why he had sudden spikes of pain every now and then.  It was because it was too much for the cardinal system to keep him running.  It couldn't keep acting as Felix's emotions voice.  Ulises withdrew to not only deal with the pain but to make plans for what time he had left.  Leaving Itzal to fend for himself.

Itzal had no clue how to respond to this now that he was in control again.  The first reaction was he let go of his sword.  Kasier....  Kissed him....  Not only had Itzal never been kissed before, ever, except maybe on the cheek by his mother, but he had no clue how to interact with girls.  So far he seemed to do well with girls here as they discussed tactics and such, but this was way over his head.  His entire face turned red and once again he questioned as to what he should do?  What could he do?!  He saw only two options at the moment.  Either just stand there and wait until the kiss was over, which he had no idea how Kasier would react to that.  Would she feel rejected?  Disappointed?  Or he could embrace her and return it, which he of course never kissed someone before and had no idea what he was doing.  Thoughts spun in his head for the first two to three seconds, all this processing like lightning.  Finally his body was tired of waiting for his brain to make up it's mind.  Slowly and shakily, his hand slowly rose up until his left hand made contact with her upper back and his right felt the back of her head.  And he returned the kiss.
