Cost: 10 SP
Passive: Hyperactive (Mod)
Effect: Whenever the user casts hyperactive on a party member, the user can choose to ‘tether’ themselves to that target with a thin silver line until this effect is ended as a Free Action (System) by the user. While this ‘tether’ is active, the target and the user can share energy alterations in any of the following ways:

  • The user can forgo all forms of energy recovery {Standard/Recovery/Horn of Battle etc.} to allot the amount that would be recovered to the ‘tethered’ player instead.
  • The ‘tethered’ player can use the user's energy instead of their own for actions taken.
  • The user can use the ‘tethered’ players energy instead of their own for actions taken.

Description: The best way to win a war, is to do so without lifting a finger. Instead, place your confidence in those that can and spin odds in their favor. Who cares if you're rigging the outcome, that's half the fun.
