While this ‘tether’ is active, the target and the user can share energy alterations in any of the following ways: The user can forgo all forms of energy recovery {Standard/Recovery/Horn of Battle etc.} to allot the amount that would be recovered to the ‘tethered’ player instead. The ‘tethered’ player can use the user's energy instead of their own for actions taken. The user can use the ‘tethered’ players energy instead of their own for actions taken. Description: The best way to win a war, is to do so without lifting a finger. Instead, place your confidence in those that can and spin odds in their favor.
