A bit bored the man lingers in the guild hall for quite a while after his daily delivery. The 'kids' were currently being overlooked by the larger smith who was already babysitting four other familiars. The backyard of the guild had turned into a regular dog park, the term used loosely given it was more of a menagerie of pets. The dragoon sighs as he starts to flip through papers on the top of the table, finding all the bean counting to be uninteresting. The doors swing open to reveal a pair of NPC twins that he was somewhat familiar with due to the delivery schedule. They race past with boxes far too big for them to carry, up the stairs and through the vault. Behind them the raven haired woman with her overflowing yukata. "Morning..." Gaius grumbles dropping his head onto the table, thinking it was going to be more interesting.

Traveling through the forest of memories with her caravan of NPC leading the charge, carrying large boxes filled with all manner of odd wears she'd procured. The things she'd gathered from all manner of NPC and Player general stores, materials traded for using some of the massive currency the guild harvested on the regular. To be used and divided later to in need settlements. Through the guild hall doors as the NPC burst inside and race up the stairs, like on a mission. Simmone offers a somber yawn and is greeted by Gaius. "Good morning. Slow day?" She'd return the greeting and continue the conversation. As the man drops his head on the table, her answer provided through physical gesture then words. "Maybe you need some fresh air, and a change of pace. Was thinking the same, maybe something simple." The woman comments pressing an index into her chin, digging into her thoughts for options. "My store is getting a little empty, was debating filling it back up."

An early morning is met with sullied hands, rough skin under fingerless gloves. The nomad appeared through a flash of blue light, a linen sack draped over his left shoulder. The neck clutched in his left hand, as the other pushes on his nose. "Morning." He remarks in that same stoic calm, as adamant as it was peaceful. The man almost sleeping on the guild hall table catches his attention, finding the loafing about to be rather lazy. "Something I can help you with?" Raidou comments as he'd wander up the stairs, pushing the raw materials into a space on the vast sectional shelving. Back down with a few plucked pieces, neither of them had moved. Aloof, aimless, without purpose. They were bored, and it stunk up the place. "Come with me." Raidou remarks to the gaggle of players, moving to the ledger and beginning to trace his index down the page. "There, looks like Nemo is having some issues. You've just been volunteered." The red wanderer pays with a smile, as if a joke but clearly wasn't.

Coming through the guild halls main doors, just getting back from Griswold's place. He had needed some things to be put into the vault. He thought it would be easier to message her for some reason instead of going himself with five familiars at his side. Something about a glorified sitter. She didn't really look to much into it. Seeing the others, "Oh hey guys" saying as she walks past the large red table to the vault. Hearing Rai's back end joke as she comes back around, she chuckles. "Nemo is the issue. I'm coming too. Hope you all don't mind. The amount of stuff needed still is ridiculous." Pulling out her bow as a white quiver with a gold trim appears on her back. She wanted to have something better that just a plain old holder for arrows that where made of light. The seemed more deserving than that. "Well if you all are ready, lets get the heck outta here" saying as she makes her way back out to head to the Garden of Little Eden.

Objective: Roleplay travelling to Little Eden (minimum of four posts) with Nemo [1/4]

A mild bit of irritation having just been dragged into some quest or whatever after laying around for what amounted to 20 minutes, Gaius pushes himself up out of his seat. "I guess." The man drops sarcastically, pulling his weapon out of the dimensional pocket. Taking the lead after being handed a piece of paper, Gaius reluctantly looks it over, his eyes squinting and jumping from it to his minimap. This clearly wasn't his strong suit, and after a short trip they'd arrived in the craziest local. The dim and dingy docks of the crazy looney toon floor. A bright summer day drowned by an endless night, the smell of fresh cut grass evolved to stagnant murky water. What a nice way to spend an afternoon.

Gaius looks to the paper, wandering back and forth the wrong way until Simmone gets him turned the right one. After a bit the man finally seems to be moving along the path, holding tight the notice as if it were a golden ticket and a light to see. Him and that map were inseparable.

Traveling behind Gaius now that he was going in the right direction. Now that they had been on this floor for a bit she noticed that even though it was after sunrise, it was still dark. Buildings that they walked past looked abandoned and the air around them felt heavy. It was rather unnerving. Not to mention it looked like it had just rained, her feet would slosh in the small puddles that filled the grounds. Suddenly she would hear some splashing that was not any of them. Simmone would stop as would the others as she pulled out her weapon. Lurking the small trees these creatures would be leaning low coming toward them. “We are not alone guys” as her sword would spring to life and flash in a purple light as her art would go off. Swiftly taking care of the problems before they became one. “Cleared” is all she would say as they would all move forward with caution.

Coming to a bridge, it was empty on this floor. It was said that not many would come here given the dense air and constant creatures that spawned. For any lower player it would be a nightmare, good thing they were on the higher chain of that spectrum. Creeping up from the small hillside from underneath the bridge, “They are called Snapdragons. It is known that they usually show up in mass amounts so watch your backs” Raidou would call out as he sees Nimo rush into one of the many buildings around them. It was time to see how this small group did with large amounts of creatures that never stopped spawning. Pulling out his weapon as his heavy weapon collides with all the enemies coming up from the waters below them. With a single strike, thunder would crash down and destroy what was living at the moment. Small amounts of rain started dripping upon them.

Watching Nimo rush off, to her the little gremlin did not seem the type to make an exit when a battle transpired. That to her meant that the little thing knew more than he was letting off. At the same moment that the lightning struck it started raining. She remembers reading something about this floor, forever darkness, always storming. This was already getting interesting and they had been on this floor for no more than 45 minutes. She had a feeling that it was about to get much more extreme, she was going to be ready for it. Taking a deep breath, the air was heavy. Pulling Bhafel out, pulling the string back. When she started seeing movement near the hill top she would release to the ground causing a blast radius to end everything that began to come up. Out of the corner of her right eye she would see some more movement, “They are coming from all angles” as she would aim near the other hostels that were coming for them.

Flipping the map upside down, “How the hell do you read this thing” Freya was the one usually doing this. From the looks of it they were here but he couldn’t really be sure. “Hey guys it looks like we might be” before he could finish that sentence there was a large explosion behind him that caused the ground to shake upon impact with a flash of light. Turning to see what all the commotion was about the team was already fighting. “Oh shit okay” as he would put the map away. His weapon would appear in his hand but they looked like they had it from here. “I will be here if you need me” saying as one of the giant lizard looking fuckers spend right passed him. Seeing more he would leap into the air just so that he didn’t get ran the fuck over. Landing on one of the broken down roof tops, stabbing the tip of his weapon in the moist wooden rubble, he would watch from a distance.

Standard Recovery +4 EN, Inspiring {Gaius} +16 EN

Smiling as she sees that Gaius was not paying attention and being completely surprised by what was transpiring right behind him. He was so focused on trying to read that map, apparently it was not his strong suit. That was fine, the man managed to get us here and that was all that mattered. Seeing more move past the man toward them, she did not hesitate to meet them half way. With a small slide she would stab one right in the mouth as it tried to yell at her. Instead it gave a yelping sound before bursting into shards. With a twist another stab but two this time. Causing them to find their fictitious grave. A means to an end, these creatures did not seem that strong. With each strike they died, this was going to be easy but from what the others were saying it was going to take up most of her day. That was fine, what was not was the rain pouring down on her head. She was going to smell like a wet dog, the idea made her want to take a bath right then.

Unlike Simmone, the rain did not bother him, most things didn’t these days. Since he allowed it to work with Eruda, days like these were just passing, seemed so little compared to most. For once in his life, he was happy and that feeling trumped everything. He would work to get stronger for her, to protect the love of his life regardless of any situation they had to come up against. Striking hard and fast at the creatures that were trying to surround the team, they were not doing a very good job at it. Thunder crashed in the skies above them as lightning flashed the darkness around them. The set up for this floor was intriguing and he was rather liking how everything was coming so easy. Coming from the left more creatures, “To your left Sam” he would call out as he would watch the girl aim in that direction.

Hearing Raidou call out, she would aim in that direction. Pulling back that string, waiting for it to charge before a sudden release. Upon impact to a single creature, the beam would split and redirect outward before they all came back, piercing a different target than what was intended. She was getting used to the weapon but there was still a lot of room to grow. No matter how many times she fired Bhafel, she still felt like she was doing something wrong. With it being one of Nisahime’s weapons, it should be more powerful. Everytime that woman used it, there was a bright light that followed. She was not at that point yet but she would be eventually. She just had to try harder, it didn’t help that she didn’t really know what move sets it had. Maybe she would ask Nisahime to show her, actually train her. Feeling her hair stick to her cheeks, she really did not have time to move it.

Every time they killed a group of these things, more would come out of seemingly nowhere. This rain was not doing her any favors. Waiting for them to get closer before making her move, the less she moved the better, simply because she was wearing heels which might have not been the best decision that she made. To be fair she didn’t really know where they were going nor that they would be fighting in a place that had constant rain. When the creatures were clear enough to see she would make her jabs. For her it was like jousting, something that she was required to learn for some reason. It helped with some of her move sets, it was also why she chose the weapon coming into the game. It was the lightest and closest thing to what she already knew how to do. It certainly made it easier. The creatures that she made contact with would burst into shards, right then more movement would show in the short distance away.

Rain poured down on them, and the storm was beginning to enter the peak. More creatures were coming up from under the bridge. Twisting his frame, pulling his large weapon up before using the momentum of the weight to clash against the ground sending an evolving fissure actively getting bigger into the ditch. Lightning crashes at the ending point causing the enemies to fly in every direction. With a symphony of yelps they would all burst. Within the giant lined hole going down the hill you could see bolts bouncing. A possible trap set, something could possibly help later down the line. It would act as an alert if anything were to come from that direction again. Glancing at the other three, Gaius was watching from a far as the girls were doing a fair job of holding their own. He would still be here if anything went wrong, there was always that possibility.

Focusing her eyes within the heavy rain, quickly wiping her bangs from her face so that she could see better. They seemed to be coming from everywhere. In a way it was just a bit overwhelming only because she knew that she could only hit four by the game standards, she thought that was kinda stupid. Seeing one of them trying to reach for Gaius on the building, that would be her first target. Pulling that string back, when she feels that pulse she would release and instantly turn to Simmone and fire a beam swiftly past her frame. Those creatures would both evaporate as she readjusts her footing and aims directly in front of her. Sending one light arrow toward the middle of the bridge would find two more impacts with a sudden burst of light as thunder crashes in the sky. It was weird that the storm was adding special effects to the attack that were being put out, it was pretty cool to watch.

Seeing an arrow wiz by her, glancing behind her as she would see some shards floating down to the ground. Smiling, she knew that Sam was a pretty good aim and rarely ever missed. In a real way she felt safe with the girl. She knew that Sam would have her back in even the worst situations. It helped to know too that Raidou was here watching their backs too. Feeling that energy spark to life as she would flip her blade back and plunge forward into the creatures heading in her direction. One by one they would all shatter and find their graves. Tucking her what little hair was left from her ponytail behind her ear, this was starting to look like an ambush. She began to wonder if there was a portal of something that these things were coming from. If that was the case then there were multiple because they were coming from every direction, the rain was not helping her vision any. Waiting for them to get close before attacking was a bit exhausting.

Hearing some sparks spring to life, the rain was exaggerating the bolts and rather useful. Readjusting his footing as he would raise his blade up and give a twist sending his attack diagonal toward one of the approaching creatures. Sending it flying as he would pull back and plunge his blade right into another. Lifting it up to his left while the last creature was still impaled in a circular motion as he slams down on top of the other two causing all three to shatter into nothing. It was easy picking knowing where the packs were coming from. From what he could tell the main points were under the bridge, somewhere in the area where Gaius was holding up and just inside the small amount of trees in the distance. He would wait to share that information to see if the others would catch on. He wanted to see how perspective they actually were.

Eyes darting through the heavy rain trying to figure out where they were all coming from. One place she knew of was right near Raidou, they frequented there. Glancing at Gaius, there were another few near him trying to climb the building. Pulling the string back, releasing as soon as she feels that familiar pulse transpire. Upon impact to the first it would clatter forcefully against his friend before they would both shatter into nothing. Watching carefully around that area, when she saw nothing more she would continue her search. Flashes of light in the sky would see some right behind her light up like Christmas lights. A sudden jerk upwards of her bow as she would pull and release, sending a meteor of arrows raining down on them. After they would burst she would squint through the heavy drops to see where they could be coming from. There were buildings, trees, and a body of water. Seeing small amounts of movement in the tree line, she would smirk and aim in that direction, “They are coming from the trees over there” she would call out to the group.

Following Sam’s eyes movement to three specific points, it was the spawn points of the creatures that just kept coming, or that is what it would seem like. Rushing past the girl toward the trees, with the twist of her thing blade she would thrust forward with extreme impact. Impaling the creatures one by one as they would all explode into nothing. These she could see clearer than the others. The branches and leaves above were working as a shelter to the heavy rain fall. Even if it was just a little bit of cover, it was still enough. When she finished the last she would turn her head in Sam’s direction with a nod of her head allowing the girl to know that she had this area covered. This was the best option for her, she was standing just beneath the cover so that little rain got to her, that was until the wind blew it into her face.

Watching Simmone rush off to the tree line, one location was protected. Turning his head to Sam now as he watched her bow aim toward where Gaius was holding up, another spawn point guarded. That would leave him with the bridge, he was perfectly okay with this. Twisting his blade and shoving it into one of the creatures coming up the hill. When his weapon found purchase he would flip his metal up in a circular motion and slam down on the ground toward the remaining creatures. This would send a wave of electricity that captures the creatures within it causing all to burst, including the one on his sword. Turning his weapon and setting in on his shoulder blade to hold, glancing at the others, they had found their places. They were as smart as he knew them to be. He knew that it was only a matter of time before the creatures would stop spawn but he was unsure when that would be. All he knew was that they always did.
