"Whatever floats your goat, Oikawa.." he said, before charging at the goat and successfully slashing its side, making a decent scratch. It made a threatening sound but otherwise stayed quiet, and Raeyliff grinned. "Score." he said, before raising his battle-axe in preparation for his second attack. It was going to take a while, but he needed to kill it in order to progress. After all, he couldn't let the rest of the team have all the fun for themselves, right? He took a look at Oikawa and Ariel as they fought their goats before taking a look at the mini boss as he stared at all three of them, probably trying to find who it was that was the biggest threat. Raeyliff had a knack for terrible puns but his skill in battle made up for it as he sliced into his goat. As Ariel took on the horns of her Goat, she quickly switched to the offensive and lashed at the Mob. Sadly she didn't kill it leaving the creature with only a sliver of HP. Oikawa focused on his enemy. Dashing forwards, he brought up his shield to protect himself from the goats rearing hooves, but was knocked off balance from the sheer force of the kick. Rolling to the side, he avoided being stomped on by the goat. Oikawa then lunged forward, sinking his rapier into the creature. He briefly turned to observe his companion's fights. Raeyliff still seemed to be doing well and Ariel seemed to still be taking damage. As she took another hit, Oikawa refocused his attention to the goat. It'll be dead next turn. We should have nothing to worry about. Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0 Posted March 31, 2015 #23 Report Share Posted March 31, 2015 The goat went head on charging brandishing its horns at Ariel, the blonde entered a defensive pose, making sure of her footing. Then, putting her arms in front of her torso/chest, she made an X shaped defensive stance with her vambraces. When the goat hit, it suffered the same shock like it slammed itself against a brick wall shattering the next instant while letting out a faint 'behee' sound behind. After the mob completely dissapeared the blonde smirked then looked at the other two. Oikawa was almost finishing his mob so she decided to help Raeyliff, hoping that he wouldn't get mad. She turned to face the 3rd goat that was focusing at the boy, she dashed at it with top speed and managed to thrust the goat in it's sides. "Sorry pal but let's work together to finish this one quickly" she said with a smile, backing up to his position. Oikawa 1 Posted April 9, 2015 Author #24 Report Share Posted April 9, 2015 Oikawa tried to stay focused but his mind couldn't help but wonder why Raeyliff had become stagnant. The player seemed to be lost in extreme thought though some how he managed to keep the goat at bay. He better get it together soon. Oikawa the turned to now once again focus on the Mob before him. Tightening the grip on his rapier, he lunged forward. He attempted a quick thrust that would impale the goat as long as it didn't move to far left or right. Unfortunately, it did just that. The goat jumped to the right and narrowly avoided a death blow. Oikawa stood and exhaled. I will not miss again. Just as he finished his strike, the sound of another goat dying filled the air. He then saw Ariel rush over and attack Raeyliff's Goat. At least she took the initiative haha. The goat, quickly jumped back hoping to avoid taking another vicious blow. "Either of you can take it out. I'll finish mine when I get another chance to attack!" He nodded towards Ariel. "I'll take him out." he said, and charged. He didn't waste any time and was able to successfully slash his battle-axe through its body with ease, as he had done many times before. As he stopped and turned around, he saw nothing but the digital bits and pieces of it that were floating around, and grinned. That left them with only one goat left- Oikawa's goat. Raeyliff turned to look at Oikawa and kept his battle-axe equipped, in case they would switch and he needed to attack. The next instant she sprinted and struck the goat right through the had before it had any time to react. The blonde then took the material it dropped and tossed it to their local 'mobile inventory'. "Oikawa, catch!" she shouted." Okay then that makes it the end. How about he head home for now?" she asked, seeing her familiar that was someplace behind, yawning. Oikawa 1 Posted April 12, 2015 Author #27 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 Oikawa watched as Raeyliff displayed a charge like attack that resulted in the pixelation of the second to last goat. He collected his loot and thanked Ariel for her earlier involvement. Oikawa was ready to finally end the last of this goat herd, however; Ariel beat him to the punch by swiftly executing the remaining goat with a stab to the head. She tossed the loot to the male blonde and exchanged a verbal idea whilst doing so. "I agree we should probably go. Raeyliff next time we will be sure to explore your pond so you can collect some samples. but in the mean time, I'll divi up the materials we have collected and share them among us." After dividing up the goods, Oikawa said his goodbyes and headed off back towards the town. "We should adventure together again sometime soon guys! I'll be looking forward to see what more this cave has to offer!" With that, Oikawa made his way back to the town. He hoped the other two made a safe return as well.
