  1. It was at this time, Rebekah and her owl had arrived at the arena in Fortaleza. It was not a difficult journey from the teleportation gate, but rather it was hard to traverse the short distance into the coliseum. There was a massive crowd of people slowly heading towards the arena today, slowly filling the seats inside. Therefore, the moment she step foot in the town, she was stuck in the crowd. Once Rebekah had arrived, she knew it was time to sign in to begin this quest. However, before she could do that, Rebekah knew that it would be important to take advantage of consumables today. Re
  2. After spending a day high up in the volcanic highlands of floor nine, Rebekah knew that her visit to the desert town of Fortaleza would be a cakewalk. Out here in the middle of the desert was one of the biggest settlements that all players and NPCs thought of as a sanctuary. This town was a safe haven for those traveling in the harsh desert. It offered a lot of players protection, and especially for those who do not dare to take a step outside. To entertain the constantly bustling town, there was a coliseum where people pay a lot of gold to watch players and NPC take on challenging beasts
  3. At Yogan Village, Rebekah immediately headed back towards the town centre. She made sure Snowball was still with her before making her way back to the fourth floor which was where she had rented out a room. She instantly felt cold, it was snowing on the fourth floor. There was a large contrast of temperatures from where she had visited and where she was now. However, Rebekah instantly put on her jacket with a touch of a button and she had immediately felt warm once again. Now that she was back on her home floor, she could feel she was exhausted. Rebekah slowly made her way back to her roo
  4. After finishing her meal, it was now time for Rebekah to head back to Yogan Village. The first part of the journey would be the easiest as she was heading back along the same path that she had arrived on this floor to Mount Hellion. She had to climb down the mountain. This was a lot easier than heading uphill. It had taken her a record time to walk down the mountain. Rebekah could still remember that it had taken her a long time and a lot of breaks to climb uphill. Now that she was at the base of the Mount Hellion, she would have to head north towards the village. It was not a difficult w
  5. Now that Rebekah was ready to reply, she began telling the story of her conquest of the beast at the Inferno Cavern. "So, yes, I have traveled to the Inferno Cavern, and slain the beast." Rebekah said. She then showed the broker the proof of defeating the beast which was a vanity item dropped by the dead Cerberus. The broker then congratulated her, and gave her the reward for finishing the quest. Rebekah than saw the pop up notification on her dashboard showing her that this quest had been completed. Rebekah then said good bye to the Injured Broker, and made her way to the restaurant at K
  6. Rebekah had finally returned to the village. She immediately walked to the town plaza and found the building where the Injured Broker was recuperating from his injuries when facing Cerberus out in the Inferno Cavern. It did not take her too long to arrive. The Injured Broker was at the same place as he was sitting earlier this morning. "Welcome Back. That was fast. I take it that you have some good news to report? Did you finally kill the beast?" The Injured Broker began by bombarding her with questions. Rebekah told him to wait for a few minutes first. She needed sometime since she was e
  7. She had found another material. This time it was not as valuable as the one she had found on her trip to the Inferno Cavern but it was a nice addition to her rewards for going on this journey today. Rebekah could finally make out the village up ahead. She had almost successfully trek back safely into safety of the village of where she had started this quest. This would be very important for her as she will be able to take a complete rest and restock up on her supplies. It was disappointing that the teleportation gate was not located at this village and she would have to go back to the mai
  8. Now that it was time to head out again, Rebekah began to make her way deeper into the volcanic flatlands towards the peak of Mount Hellion where her destination of Knorilt Village can be found. She dreaded heading uphill once again. She was partially exhausted from this battle today. It did not help that Snowball, her owl, did not want to fly off into the distance and was sitting on her shoulder. Normally, Rebekah did not mind the extra weight but today she wanted to travel as light as possible. It was physically exhausting to be out here on this floor. Rebekah kept her eyes open for any
  9. Now that Rebekah had completed the quest portion, she would now have to return to Knorilt Village to speak with the Injured Broker. Rebekah immediately knew that she wanted to exit the Inferno Cavern as soon as possible. It was still too hot for her liking, therefore she got out and decided to rest up in the cooler volcanic flatlands outside. It would be a lot safer outside as she knew she may suffer heat stroke if she had stayed there any longer. As soon as Rebekah stepped outside, she knew it was important to rest up and hydrate before making her journey back to the village. She was not
  10. With only one head left, Rebekah knew that she would have to be very careful. She needed to be very careful that she did not get hit by the remaining head. The heat in the inferno cavern made everything worse. She did not want to miss her next attack and be stuck in here for a lot longer. Rebekah knew that it would be a lot easier to defend and attack now that her focus had changed from three independent heads to one. This had made her job a lot easier. However, she knew that she would still have to execute on the upcoming strike. There was only one thing for her to do and this was to att
  11. It was now time for Rebekah to face the boss, the three headed Cerberus. This was going to be a difficult battle since it was the first time she had faced a boss where it could attack multiple times. Therefore, she would have to be careful and hopefully knock out a few of the heads first before it had gotten too dangerous. Rebekah walked up towards the three headed beast and began to channel a sword art at the canine. She would hope that the attack would hit and be successful. In order to up her chances at success, Rebekah decided to get as close as she can before beginning her attack. Sh
  12. Now that the three hellhounds have been easily defeated, Rebekah knew that it will almost be time to face the final boss, Cerberus. However, there was one question she had to think about. Does Rebekah want to make a complete rest before facing the three headed monster, or will she be willing to charge right into battle next turn. That was a difficult decision which there was no right or wrong answer. She knew that she was here all by herself so it would be more practical to take it a little slower. On the other hand, she had only lost some energy and the rest of her health bar and her sta
  13. Since the store was closed, Rebekah stood there staring at the window at the items being displayed. She could tell the cloth jacket being displayed was very high quality and was very fashionable. She was a bit disappointing to find out the store was closed, as she was looking to add another vanity jacket to her collection. Rebekah was always interested in shopping. Rebekah had completely not noticed someone was behind her until the individual had spoken. Rebekah turned around and saw it was a young guy who was offering to show her around the shop. Rebekah tried recalling from her memory b
  14. It did not take long for the three hellhounds to begin walking back closer to each other. Since they had their backs turned against Rebekah, Rebekah quickly and quietly moved her way closer to the monsters. She needed to get into range and as close as possible before launching her sword arts on these beasts. It was not everyday Rebekah had seen a fire hound. She did not want to get close enough to be potentially bitten by it. She could imagine a bleeding bite mark with burns would not be a good combination. Therefore, she kept inching closer to three monsters. Once Rebekah was certain tha
  15. The first step into the Inferno Cavern was not enjoyable. Rebekah could feel a suffocating heat everywhere around her. She knew that she would have to get in and out of the cave as fast as she could. She recalled that her quest log had mentioned something about hellhounds. These were some sort of beasts that she would have to slay in this cave. Therefore it was of upmost importance that Rebekah went searching for these monsters immediately. She needed to find them before they would hunt her down. It did not take her long to spot hellhounds inside the cavern. Since they were not focused on
  16. Finally, Rebekah had found something today in the flatlands. She looked at her map once again. Rebekah was almost at the entrance of the cave. All it would take was a few more minutes and she would arrive. She had been walking on the same rocky path for the past hour. She was more than ready to take on the monster in the cave. As Rebekah made her approach she could notice that there was smoke coming out from the cave. This meant that the cave was very hot, a lot warmer than anywhere else on this floor. Luckily, Rebekah had the survival skill from a very long time ago. This would help her
  17. As Rebekah continued to walk onwards, she noticed it had gotten harder to walk. Rebekah finally decided to take a quick break as she was already halfway across the dangerous volcanic flatlands. So far she had managed to avoid all the lava. She was lucky that the lava had moved very slowly and it would take a long time for it to get to where she was. However, she did not want to rely on that, as if she had stayed too long such as spending the night camping, this would be very dangerous. It was at this time, Snowball had finally returned from its scouting trip. There was nothing to report.
  18. It was now time for Rebekah to make the trek across the volcano flatlands. This was a dangerous area to get caught out and left in. She wanted to traverse this area as fast as possible as the lava flow constantly shifts. Therefore, it was one place where you cannot be caught standing in the same place for very long. In order to make the crossing a lot safer, Rebekah knew that her owl can help. She asked Snowball to go and scout the surrounding areas and to report back to her if she sees any danger up ahead. The owl flew off into the sky and began searching. It was now just herself alone u
  19. Now that she had arrived, she walked up to the man who was clearly injured and wrapped up in a white bandage. Rebekah began the next phase of the quest which was to obtain information from the Injured Broker. She first started off by asking, "Hi, can you tell me more about Cerberus?" Rebekah had asked. The Injured Broker responded, "The beast that is haunting this village. Yes, I was the first person to find him and escape to return to tell the tale. Unfortunately, the rest of my party perish in their attempt to escape. The beast lives in the inferno cavern. Be careful, it is hot enough t
  20. Rebekah had finally arrived at the top of the mountain which was where the village was located. The first thing she did was head indoors to the first building that was selling cool and refreshing liquids. She was thirsty and she needed a break from the elements. As she began to stock up once again on supplies, she asked the clerk in the general store, "Do you know where I can find the Injured Broker? He is the one who explains knows where the beast which terrorizes this village is located." It did not take long for the girl to receive a response. "You can find the Injured Broker in this b
  21. This was the uphill portion of the hike to Knorilt Village. This was a difficult portion of the hike. Rebekah wondered whether or not the downhill portion later today would be any easier. Luckily, the path was not filled with players or NPC. Even if it was full of people, there were plenty of places for someone to get off the trail to the side and take a break. Rebekah was not pushing herself so she was taking frequent breaks to catch her breathe. She knew it was a lot more difficult to breathe the higher in elevation she went. Therefore, she was feeling the effects of being short on brea
  22. Since she had to make the journey, Rebekah made sure to ask a local NPC for directions before heading out. The last thing she wanted to do was to get lost today. She was barely functioning in this heat, so when you add the dangerous element of fighting a few monsters on this floor, it was a recipe for disaster. After obtaining directions from a local NPC in Yogan Village, Rebekah began to head south towards the famous Mount Hellion where her destination of Kornilt Village awaits. The first part of the trek was easy as there was no elevation changes. It had felt like being in a valley. Eve
  23. Rebekah was a person who had preferred the cold temperatures of the fourth floor. So, when she had heard there was a quest on the ninth floor in an underground cave of a volcano, she wanted to stay as far away as possible. However, as her outstanding quest list began to dwindle, she knew that one day she would have to visit here to challenge this quest. The moment, Rebekah had stepped out of the teleportation gate on the Yogan Village, Rebekah could already feel the smoldering temperature that surrounded them. There was no relief from this heat dome. Luckily, Rebekah had managed to pack l
  24. After a few more minutes of waiting, the mayor had finally arrived at the town centre right on time at exactly eleven o'clock. Rebekah could here the town bell right eleven times as he walked into the busy and bustling plaza. Rebekah made her way over to the mayor before any other player got there to start the quest. She wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. The earlier she left, the faster she could relax this afternoon. Rebekah spoke to Dorian, "Hello, I have returned with the swordfish jawbone from Pete." Rebekah handed the reward over to Dorian, and immediately received the s
  25. Now that the path was completely clear of animals, Rebekah was finally able to make it back into the safety of the town to find Dorian. She was tired from the consecutive battles between the boars and the bears on land. So she knew that she was going to enjoy the rest of her afternoon off. As she made her way towards the town centre, she could not find the mayor anywhere. She had thought he was around here, but there were nobody around dressed up in a suit with a grey beard and hair. Since she did not find him, Rebekah decided to walk up to a local NPC and ask for directions. She knew tha
