    I'm considering pursuing a Unique Skill- specifically the Dual Blades skill (I do want to use dat Starburst Stream), but i don't know what level i should be for that.

      Well, i'd assume one of the conditions for it is most likely rank 5 in a One-Handed Sword skill (Not sure if it's only straight swords or both straight and curved, or if they're completely seperate and Dual Blades is for 1HSS.). Other than that, i dunno.

      Your guess is as good as mine. The best hints we have is what past obtainers of unique skills had who got them. This includes Ayane, Vandal, Ren and Zero (before he gave it to Zel).
