"Hey I saw that smirk mister!" Thorrissia growled with mock aggression, pouting her lip in a melodramatic display of irritation. She wasn't actually annoyed about it or anything. When Golden managed to impale the ant with his rapier, Thorry felt the need to bash the monster with her sword. She certainly didn't want to look bad, so when the giant oversized bug began to scuttle in her direction, she wasted no time before burying Volundreasia straight into its mid section. "Take the you stupid oversized bug!" The young warrior yelled, pulling back in order to give Golden another shot at this thing. If he dealt critical then that would be the end of it.

"Like I said, really nothing I can't handle. The wolves up on floor ten are a lot less friendly." Thorrissia responded, slightly irritated that Xion didn't think she was capable of withstanding a little damage, even if it did look pretty gross. The marks would fade. The girl wasted no time in waiting to engage the bear once again. The brunette cleaved her sword right through the monster's face, dealing it a pretty good amount of damage. She knew that this move was probably going to end in her getting sliced again, but it would give Xion the shot at taking the thing unawares. Sure enough, the howling grizzly managed to tear another rent in her, this time across her chest. "Ok Xion, switch!

At a distance, the little dark shape didn't seem so bad looking, but Thorrissia knew better, seeing as she'd been here before. When Golden said he would take point, she was pretty happy to let him on this occasion. "Alright, you keep its attention while I sneak round the back and poke it in the butt." Thorry grinned deviously at the word butt. Gosh I am soooo immature. And so arrived their opponent. The ant was disgusting looking, with long sharp pincers and nasty little feelers poking out of its head. The swords woman wrinkled her brow in distaste before taking up her position. Golden made the first strike but the lolloping great insect dodged with uncharacteristic speed out of the way, and when Thorrissia aimed to take the thing by surprise it seemed to preempt the strike and once again dodge. "I've decided I really dislike bugs." She called over to Golden, feeling rather repulsed by the ugly thing.

"Sure." Thorrissia shrugged, turning her attention onto the rather furious looking grizzly. This bear was about twice the size of the last one, and it looked considerably more dangerous considering the fact that its eyes were a strange beady red. "Come in straight behind me while its distracted and get a hit on it from behind. I know you want to be a tank, but you're probably more suited for sneak attacks for the time being." The brunette explained, marching with purpose towards the big beast, sword at the ready. The bear certainly wasn't keen to hang around, that was for sure, as the creature began to charge furiously towards her. Thorrissia attempted to stab it with her sword as soon as it was in range, but the huge monster actually managed to thwack her sword out of the way and swat her with one of it's very powerful forepaws. "Gah, it's a lot more powerful than I was expecting. Xion switch." There were now several large ugly orange rents across her face. Thankfully the lack of pain in the game stopped her from feeling actual pain, but the young warrior was experiencing some serious pins and needles right now.

  5. [[ Nah. When you level up, you start using your new HP straight away EXCEPT when you're in the middle of a battle, in which case you start using it after said battle is complete. The only reason I changed my HP was that you hadn't replied yet when I did it. But it appears you were in the process of replying so oops.

I think you can only use the equipment that you started off with for the entirety of a thread though. You'll have to double check with people who actually know what they are doing in life to be sure, but I'm pretty certain that's how it goes down ]]

"Nah don't worry about it." The brunette laughed, waving him off with a friendly hand gesture. "Easy mistake to make." Thorrissia smiled, finding this whole situation quite funny really. She was hardly what one might call a high level player, but then again she wasn't really a low level one either. Sort of intermediate in comparison to the front liners. "So how about we go tackle some more bears? I'm pretty sure there's plenty more out there." The young warrior suggested with a slight chuckle.

  6. [[ Nono it's fine. That's quite funny tbh. Poor Xion lil bae. ]]

It was quite amusing to see the poor embarrassed blonde boy get so flustered that it brought a smile to Thorrissia's face. "Haha don't worry about it, it's fine. I'm assuming that I'm probably a slightly higher level than you are? Hmm, I never asked you so you might have more than me I don't know. I'm level 18, so my HP is 44." The girl shrugged, trying very hard not to laugh. She handn't actually asked Xion what his stats were before heading out, so despite the fact he had less equipment than herself, he may have more HP she wasn't sure.

[[OMG just realised I have a reputation point again. *screams* yes yes yes yes I don't know why this means so much to me but YES ]]

  7. Thorrissia grinned, sensing Golden's discomfort, although not to the depths that it probably went. "Tough luck pretty boy we've got both tasks to take care of. Don't worry, the giant ants in this place looked gross but they weren't really dangerous." She was hardly the best at reassuring people that was for sure. "My almighty master just said 'giant insect eyes' and I've seem some pretty messed up insect mobs in this place. Nothing we can't handle though. Right, vamos!" She sighed, not really looking forwards to this. The brunette began to trudge into the jungle, wanting to get this out of the way as soon as possible. I wanna set up Bad Reaction already.

Thorry was impressed. That wasn't too bad. Jevi had the makings of a fine warrior. "Excellent shot Jevi!" The young warrior praised her companion's battle skills, hoping one day that the girl would be able to advance to the higher floors. They really need somebody with this kind of spirit to them. She sighed, thinking of how this had been her once upon a time. Well, no time for idling.

The brunette tried once again to repeat her previous move at launching herself at the giant snake, but it appeared the sly creature had caught onto her movements a little and it shied back to the safety of the lake. "Damn, it's smart!" She growled at the serpent tried to jab at her with its thick armoured head. Speed was on her side though, and Thorry rolled out of the way with relative ease. "Alright Jevi, switch!

Thorrissia frowned in confusion when Xion said she should stay behind him. "That would be most illogical as I'm assuming that I've got higher HP than you. I can afford to take the damage more. She explained as the bear began to paw furiously at the ground, ripping out chunks of Earth. Maybe Xion thought it would be too much for her? "Look it's really nothing I can't handle I promise I've fought off against worse things than fuzzy over here." The brunette shrugged, twirling her sword in a fancy arc before launching it like a missile at the oncoming bear. Her blade impaled the monster and it burst into a shower of pixels. "Easy peasy." Thorry shrugged, walking over to her fallen sword and picking it up.

  10. "It's a dreadfully fun activity." The girl drawled sardonically, really glad to see Golden's face. "How do you feel about kitty cat hunting and bug butchering?" She asked with a laugh, withdrawing her sword from her inventory. She was pretty excited to open up her own shop and start something real in this world, and Thorry knew that required completing a few mundane tasks, but she still wouldn't mind skipping to the good bit. Even so, any task with Golden was about fifty times less arduous than it was with anyone else.

"I might take you up on that actually. Always good to know where a few friendly shops are. What's it called and what floor are you on?" The girl asked him curiously, jumping down with a plop from the last step onto the forest floor. "I've been thinking about taking up Alchemy, although I haven't got a shop yet." Thorrissia turned around to say something else, but a vicious roar cut off her sentence. There was a large stocky black bear with a pelt of thick shaggy hair standing in front of them, and it did NOT look happy. "Right, lets kill this thing.

"RARRGHHHHHH!!!!!" Thorrissia did not rush at the massive creature, but instead began to advance slowly towards it, weapon raised. The bear seemed confused, clearly expecting a sudden attack. The two circled each other slowly, and when the bear least expected it, the girl attack, slashing her sword across its face. Thorrissia tried to leap back in time but the bear still managed to hook her with its claws. Damn.

  12. "Equiptment? ooh, not much at the moment. All of my orders for armour are still being processed at the moment, but when and if they go through I will have a chest plate and some gauntlets that will give me 3 MIT and 3 Thorns in total." Thorrissia explained as she began to navigate down the steep wooden steps that left the safe zone behind. "I currently rely on being as quick as possible at dealing as much damage as possible in a fight so yeah glass canon I guess. I never really thought about. I've just never been so good with heavy armour. I like to be fast. I have a sword that does +3 DMG and my cloak gives me +1 EVA." The girl shrugged, wondering if she should have chosen her build with more tactical care.

  13. Thorrissia did not wait outside for Golden, as she knew that he would find her eventually. Instead she entered into the dark decrepit little hut that smelt like rust and explosions, and approached the very focussed looking NPC woman. The Amazonian warrior let go of her ladle upon hearing the approaching footsteps and turned slowly to look at her new apprentice. Thorry found it alarming how intense her eyes were. "You. You are here to learn yes?" The woman asked, pointing accusingly at her. The brunette gulped, but nodded. "Uhh yeah. I'm here to learn."

The little box popped up on her screen and the girl quickly accepted it. "Very well, but first you will need to gather a dew things. Go out into the jungle and bring me back a tiger skin and three giant insect eyes." Her teacher ordered, going quickly back to work once again, as if she'd never seen Thorrissia standing there. Okiee dokiee. Better go kill some cats. The aspiring alchemist thought, moving outside to wait for Golden before continuing.

  14. "Hmmmm, alright then. Let's go explore!" Thorrissia shrugged, hoping to get to know Xion a little better. It would be nice to get to know some of Golden's friends. Who knows, she might actually make some of her own? When the blonde haired player leaned over the side of the railing and said he wouldn't want to fall, Thorry resisted the urge to do the 'whoops saved your life' thing. She didn't really feel they were quite there yet for that to be appropriate. "Rightyo then, lets go kill some stuff." The girl said, pumping her fist into the air in order to rally their spirits before making her way towards the stairs to the ground below.

  15. Thorrissia, Goldenarroz

After giving it a couple of days thought, Thorrissia had made up her mind. She was going to become an alchemist. It was certainly an exciting feeling, the only loose end now was to find somebody that could teach her. The brunette wasn't entirely sure where the woman's shop was situated, but she'd heard information that there was an NPC from Amazon that could learn her in the arts of exploding things, so that was where she was right now, surrounded by worn down wooden huts and canvas tents. From one little shack towards the edge of the city there was a nasty smell like something was burning. Thorry just seriously hoped that was the right place. Sure enough, when she peeked round the door way, there was an attractive dark skinned lady clad in animal furs mixing strange concoctions in a beaker. Cool. This is it. The girl sent a quick message to her boyfriend to invite him along.

<< Oi, hot boy, get your butt down to Amazon I'm doing my Alchemist training,

    ~T <3 >>

  16. It certainly was late. Even though it was dark in here, it wasn't too hard to tell that time had passed. Thorrissia was now stuffed full of pasta and feeling very sluggish. "Yeah, home would be nice." The brunette replied happily with a large yawn, stretching her arms out in a wide windmill before rising sleepily from her chair. When Golden asked her for a goodnight kiss, Thorrissia raised an eyebrow with a slight smirk. "Hmmm, I think I might be able to manage that." She teased, gently wrapping her arms around the dark haired boy's neck and pressing the warmth of her lips against his own.

  17. Adventuring? Thorrissia grinned. "I'd love to Xion. Besides, it appears my stamina work out will no longer be happening, so I suppose its time to find something more exciting to do." The girl replied with devious enthusiasm. Ohhhh yes, she was certainly ready to do some exploring. The brunette peered with interest over one of the wooden railings keeping them all from plummeting to the ground below, searching to see if there was anything interesting going on down there. "Have you been anywhere else apart from Florenthia Village yet?" She inquired curiously, wondering if Xion knew a particularly good spot for finding something fun to do.

  18. Thorrissia didn't really fancy the idea of being a tailor. She quite liked buying clothes but she wasn't sure about making them. Alchemy on the other hand, now that sounded interesting. "Alchemy huh..." She mused, thinking over when she'd mentioned the idea to Ssendom and he'd said it had been a good idea. "I dunno, maybe I'll go for it? I wouldn't mind being able to rely on making my own buffs once in a while." Thorrissia smiled, feeling a lot more positive. Maybe alchemy was the thing for her? After all, she did like mixing stuff and making explosions. "Thanks Golden. I think that might just suit me.

  19. "How did you actually decide on what profession you want to do? I've sort of been considering doing something but I'm really at a total loss at what to pick." Thorrissia said thoughtfully, shoving another spoonful of pasta into her mouth. Maybe if Golden told her about his own experience picking what he wanted to do, it might inspire her. At this point the brunette couldn't care less how she made a choice, she just wanted to make up her mind about it. Being a chef looked fun, but she didn't think cooking would really suit her.

  20. As soon as there was so much of a smudge of movement in her peripheral vision Thorrissia's reflexes kicked into action and she took a startled leap backwards, simultaneously ripping her sword out from behind her back where she'd stationed it. When it turned out that this intrusion was in fact a player, at least she assumed the shape underneath the skull was human instead of a really bizarre looking mob, a flicker of irritation sparked within her. "Well I was walking, I didn't realise it was a punishable offence. So sorry for crossing such hallowed ground your holiness, but if you'll excuse me I have somewhere to bee." The brunette replied dryly, lowering her weapon with a disapproving frown. Hah. Bee, I'm so funny. Thorry saw no point to putting her sword away, seeing as the giant wasp could appear at any moment.

  21. "Good friend huh? Odd, I've never heard him mention you before." Thorrissia stated with confusion, reminding herself to ask Golden about Xion. He seemed like a nice guy. "Hmmmm, what am I doing here? That's a good question." She laughed, not entirely sure of the answer. "I don't really have a reason to be here other than exploration. Floors eleven, nine and eight were the only ones I'd never seen before, so I thought I'd come here and see what's going down.

  22. "Yeah." Thorry responded with surprise, rather shocked that he knew who she was. "...Yeah I am. Do you know him?" The girl asked curiously, abandoning her tree in order to speak to Xion properly. He certainly wasn't familiar to her, and she didn't remember Golden mentioning him to her. Maybe they were guild mates or something? The girl inspected him with interest, wondering if she'd somehow just forgotten the name. Although then again, I don't really know any of Golden's friends. We've only been going out for a couple of weeks after all. Thorry mused, finding it ironic that she should meet this fellow. What were the chances eh?

  23. Thorrissia was seriously enjoying her meal. She wasn't exactly the politest of eaters but hey, at least it was clear she was enjoying herself. The girl managed to get some spaghetti onto the floor, but it was pretty dark so she hoped that nobody would notice it, or slip on it. That could prove ever so slightly awkward. "Thanks for this Golden this place is awesome. You sure know how to pick 'em." She smiled, feeling rather affectionate for being treated with such yummy food. It made sense though, as her boyfriend was a chef. It was only natural that he would know the best places to eat right?

Seeing as Hasai had managed to make her such a decent weapon, Thorry had no second thoughts about returning. The brunette made her way with great enthusiasm to place her next order with Hasai, humming a happy tune as she entered the shop. "Hey Hasai, I was wondering if you're not too busy if you could make me a pair of gauntlets that has +2 Thorns and +1 Mitigation?
