  1. Daeron found the sixth floor to be a true pain. It was far too humid for him to be walking around on it with such heavy armor. Granted, the armor was gold, so it reflected a lot of the heat, the armor on it's own made it hard to breathe at certain times. Daeron hadn't seen a lot of the floors in a long time, he'd been on his own to just keep some alone time. Daeron had no clue where he was, to be completely honest, he didn't even know how far he was from the main town, all he knew was that he was far. Off in the distance of the thick tree filled jungle, he heard voices. Feint, but there. Daeron had nothing else to do, so he was considering following the voices in order to see if there's something entertaining to do on this floor. "Damn, I hate this floor's humidity. Whoever thought of this needs to be... Ugh, nevermind just realized who made it." he said when he remembered the person that trapped him here, made this floor to his liking. Following the voices off in the distance, Daeron began to tread through trees, mud, grass, leaves, and other debris all over the place.

Coming closer and closer to the voices, Daeron listened, only to hear a male voice especially... wait, two male voices. One was definitely Irish, an accent that you simply cannot mistake for any other. The other, he hadn't a clue of who it was, but regardless, he came through the thicket of trees to stand before the players. "Umm, hi, the name is Daeron, I'm a front liner. I was walking off in the distance, and I happened to have heard your voices off in the distance... So I decided to come check it out since one, I have nothing better to do, and two, I literally don't know where I am." he said with his golden hair and orange eyes, glowing in the shaded portion of the trees.

  2. Daeron looked in awe, but with a blank expression, at the avian that flew down towards the two players. Daeron's orange eyes, looked fierce and determined. The thought of a Sub-Dungeon sounded intense, but a lot of fun. Daeron was truly hooked though as soon as Dom asked him if they wanted to decimate some mobs. Nodding his head in agreement, Daeron held his shield, "I'm down, lead the way since I have absolutely no clue where I'd need to go to find some." he said as he pointed his arm in a "lead the way" motion. For such a dead floor, it felt slightly alive, in fact, the green on top of the hill made him feel like it was a signal of hope.

(Have no clue how to continue this, so I'll let you lead the way)

  3. Daeron, who was relaxing in the dusk of the sky, had taken no more than a breath when he suddenly heard metal being clashed against one another. He knew that sound, and it wasn't a friendly one. It was the sound of a player drawing their weapon. Daeron's eyes widened, as he quickly rolled to prepare himself for combat. Daeron's hand was quick on the reaction timer to draw his own weapon and also to hold his golden shield up before his golden clad armor. "Who the hell do you think you are?" he asked confused at why they might be attacking him. Granted, he was a player killer still technically, even though he didn't commit the acts, doesn't mean he doesn't have the status, after all the orange cursor proves it.

"Listen, you don't know what you're doing buddy. I'm a front liner you see, and I serve a very important purpose to clearing this game. The name is Daeron, I'm not a player killer like you think I am. I promise you that. But if you still want to tussle, then let's go at it." He said taunting the other player that was now showing hostility before him with weapon in their hand. Was this it? Was this going to be a real fight happening right here right now? He hoped they came to their senses, but at this rate, the fight would go into action any second.

  4. (Ssendom isn't joining this thread)

Daeron followed behind, but unlike everyone else his steps were heavy and loud as he had extremely heavy armor on. Checking around at the party he saw several people. Several players that needed to be protected.  He was walking by the pink haired girl, Shizuka, the healer as far as he recalled she claimed to be. "Nervous?" He asked Bell, based on the way he was asking.

He stretched his hands into the sky and reached his arm around Shizuka's shoulder, behind her neck. "Why aren't you with the front lines yet? You look fairly capable of doing work at the level you're at." He asked her, curious. Off behind the group Daeron watched some stranger split from the group,

  5. One boy, Max as he recalled was the name was far beyond gone. Then the other girl Bell, asked if they were in. Looking at everyone else, he then pressed the blue circle, accepting the party invite. Beginning to follow behind them, he was ready for yet another fight. "I mean you're going to need me for this, so don't think I'm letting you go alone to walk into a monster you cannot handle" he said as his armor left footprints behind, by indenting the grass onto the ground beneath it.

  6. Daeron arrived, slightly late, but not too late as he his able to see Rebekah standing before the group. Daeron waved without making a scene, and approached the group. It was right at the part where she was talking about having a tank joining the group. "Tank you say? I'm here." he said, prepared to start this raid or quest. Daeron stood in formation, ready to move out whenever Rebekah gave the signal to roll out. "So, how much damage am I going to be needing to absorb? I didn't exactly stock up on potions, I kept what I had from months back, which is-- 3..." he said, kind of letting himself down.

Unsure of how unprepared he was, he went with it and he was ready to make his first reappearance before tons of people for a big mission.

  7. Berserker. That word caught his attention now that he was fully involved in the conversation. "You say you have this unique skill, but what exactly... is it? I mean, based on the name, it means you deal more damage the more health you have lost is my first assumption, but then again, I could be wrong. Also, thanks for understanding, you took it better than a lot of first timers to meet me. And I'm glad Azure is still up and going strong. In fact, I plan on applying to rejoin the guild, hopefully Zel has no bitter feelings towards me for just... y'know? Leaving." Daeron looked about the area, Angel's Point was an interesting area, and the floor looked like it had a number of strong monsters. Daeron had heard of dungeons hidden throughout the game, in fact one of the rumors were about Dom himself.

"So not to come off as rude or anything, but you were the one who found the first dungeon huh? or sub-dungeon? I was actually going to start on this floor to see if I could find one by myself, but since you're here and you sound like you've got some damage on you, I'm willing to tank the dungeon if you can take the monsters out haha, I haven't got a clue as to how strong the monsters are actually, so I'd like to see without dying in the process. Plus then I'd get to see the berserker skill in action."

  8. Daeron saw as they reacted, just as he had expected. To be completely fair, they reacted better than he had anticipated. "Umm yeah, you guys have had one of the better reactions... I remember one time where a group of players drew their weapons as if I killed someone--" he stopped abruptly, realizing what he was saying... getting wider eyed, he looked around "Okay, let's get one thing straight-- I didn't kill him okay? I didn't! So don't get that idea... Annnnnyyyywwwwaaaayyysss, nonetheless, they all died the next moment..." he laughed as he looked around at the group. Clearly he could tell that most of the player's probably didn't think it was that funny, but before he gave off a bad impression, he corrected himself, "I'm kidding by the way... those friends happen to be Lessa, Zelrius, Clarence, Shanok and tons of other front liners which are hopefully still around today, don't worry I don't plan on killng anyone, and like you said... if I wanted to kill you it'd be way too late to start attacking now."

Daeron saw Dom cover him, which made him feel rather good knowing that at least someone covered his back. And then not even moments later, Calrex appeared, someone he hadn't seen in a long time, but he could tell he was stronger than he was before. In fact, Calrex used to be way under Daeron's level... "Calrex, you've done some work you see. Glad to see some others I know are still around." Daeron nodded towards him, and nudged him in the arm with his elbow in a friendly manner. "Anyways, mob hunting you say? I think with this group and me being able to tank just about anything on this floor we could take on some of the bigger monsters if you guys feel comfortable with that. After all, I will be a tank for a front line, so if I can't even handle a floor one monster then maybe I'm not cut out for the job right? Haha" he said as he began chuckling, scratching the back of his golden hair.

  9. Daeron was on the first floor, a floor which served many memories, both good and bad. His golden hair shone in the sunlight, and his armor was shining even brighter. The only unique part of his attire were his eyes, the color of an orange flame, roaring within his iris. Daeron felt the grass brushing the bottom of his golden clad boots. He heard commotion outside of the city, which meant he could make an appearance, but he had to be careful. Players with orange icons, usually weren't too welcomed to others. It was always the typical outcome, but in the end people liked him far more than they thought they would have. Daeron made sure to keep his weapons down, he made sure to look calm. When he turned past the entrance of the city and saw there was an entire group of players, Daeron smiled.

"How's it going everyone?" he asked them, walking slowly, but carefully not to walk like he's ready to pounce on them. After all, most players down here have little to no experience with fighting or even other people, so he needed to be precisely careful. Also, there seemed to be some loaded out players too, some that looked like they could make a joke of Daeron if they chose to work together to fight him. It wasn't until he looked to see that there was nobody he knew except for Dom, which he had only a brief encounter with.

  10. Daeron nodded his head in a thanking motion for complimenting him on his gear and skill attire. "Zelrius huh? That kid still running around with the Azure Brigade?" Daeron didn't know how much Dom knew, but he did seem to know Zelrius, so obviously he must have heard at least something about the Azure Brigade, after all he used to be a commandent of the Azure Brigade, as well as one of the first 5 founders of the guild. "What all has changed within the front lines? Are the floor bosses tougher yet?" he asked, acting as if they hadn't been a problem in the past, but Daeron was sure that Dom knew what he meant. "Also, do you know anyone by the name of Lessa?" he asked, now sparking with questions. Lessa, a girl he had once cared for a lot, then just disappeared. It was when he still found interest in Mari, which left his thoughts over time.

So many people he once knew, he was curious if they were still in the front lines, if they died, or if they left. "My apologies, I should let you know, that my PK status... it was once an honest symbol of my acts. I used to kill those I deemed unnecessary to this world. It wasn't until several months later, once I overcame my insanity that I was able to become an honorable soldier to help those in need rather than helping myself by getting rid of pests. I was one of the first primary killers of this game, and unfortunately that has stained my reputation. If you are a PK hunter, feel free to challenge me, but do be warned, it might stain your reputation also. I've helped many, and still people fear me..." he explained, going off on yet another tangent. By the appearance of the player, he had no hostile feelings towards Daeron, but he also didn't know him very well yet, so all of that could change in the future.

  11. Ah yes, my name is Daeron, I am a tank as a part of the front lines. As many of you may know me, or maybe not, I have been a part of this world for months up on months. Now, as I know the struggles to climb from lower levels, I am willing to offer my services to anyone who may require them. I will be a tank for their group or just for that person, and I will do anything I can to allow you to grind safely. However, not all things in this world are free. So I'm willing to let you decide a price for my services, if i deem them fit, consider me your personal guard for a mission. Until someone contacts me... I'll be, eating...

    Thanks,

    Daeron

  12. It was the afternoon period of floor 11. Taft's sun had moved yet again, and things were looking fairly normal. The wind was at an optimal level, not to heavy or too light, but enough to give off a breeze that could help a player relax. The temperature was cooling as night was approaching, but it was still warm enough to be out. Christmas was within the air, and this would be a great time to go grinding. For a game that wants players to remain trapped in this world, it sure was being generous around Christmas time and allowing players to get a chance to climb the ranks.

Enjoying a stroll through the dusk of the floor. Daeron's hair brushed the air, like a hand, and his armor grinded against it's own parts as it was heavy metal with a gold coating on it. Daeron's blade was sheathed, and even though Daeron hadn't been able to be with true civilization for a long time, he didn't mind it. Curious however, he wanted to know what these newer towns were like. He hadn't any way to tell except for the little amounts he could see through the PK blocking gates of each town. By the means of this town, the buildings were made of a material called terra firma, and the streets were of stone, so unlike many floors, this one seemed to be one of the "nicer" ones. It's been a long time since he's had any contact with his friends too.

In fact, many of the people he once associated with seemed to have gone off the radar themselves, or they just helped the front lines. "Hmm" he said, as he put his index finger to his lips. "I wonder what the floor bosses have been like" he said out loud, but only loud enough to hear if someone were close enough from where he was standing, which happened to have been outside of the city limits, right by the wall. He sat there, relaxing as he had been working his way into getting to the front lines yet again. "I wonder how many more casualties we have suffered..." he thought to himself.

(Sorry if I'm really rusty. It's been too long haha)

  13. Caught up in admiring the floor itself, he didn't realize there was someone nearby fighting monsters. Granted, he was tanky enough to handle them, he wasn't so sure about the player. It's been a long time since he's had any form of contact with anyone, and to find someone on this upper floor had to mean they were strong enough to handle themselves. For a moment, after the male asked him if it was his first time, he stood there silently. Once he had gathered his thoughts, Daeron turned his attention towards him, "Uh, yeah. I've been away for a while, so I haven't seen this floor and the twelfth floor..." he explained. He saw the player had a calm and collected look to him with a lot of gear. In fact, he looked stronger than Daeron, so he knew that he probably shouldn't do anything to provoke him.

The main thing that caught Daeron's attention isn't the player himself, but the way he approached Daeron. Most players feared him as he had a player killer status, which they had a right to, in fact, most do because of the fact they know what he has done to get his status. "The name's Daeron... I used to be a front-liner, but with the way the game has been progressing I don't know if I have what it takes to be at that level anymore. You see, as the time of the game has passed, I left for a long time, to be alone, away from everyone else- but deep down, I knew that I was vital to be there for people." Daeron reached out his hand, in respect to shake the player's hand. Still slightly hesitant about making contact with anyone for months, he tried to remain collected as he needed to be to match his appearance.

(Sorry if I'm a little rusty... still getting into the swing of things when it comes to typing out situations... it'll improve over time)

  14. Alright, so here's my own input about this subject. Axes are definitely necessary as they are a legitimate type of weapon. However my opinion on how this weapon can actually impact the game is that it should be focused on more AoE damage, and stronger single target damage with little to no crowd control. What this creates is, it creates a weapon that is great for dueling and decent for multi target skirmishes, but makes it tougher to lock someone down, meaning it helps if you have someone with crowd control.

  15.    Angel's Point-- Daeron had been away from so long. Months had passed and yet still there were many that were fighting to get out of this game. As Daeron tread his first steps on this floor, he took a look around him to see what there was to this floor. "So dead...", he whispered to himself as he saw dead trees and little to no life. The air felt thicker than normal but that could have been his breathing being too slow as he took interest in the floor.

Daeron saw in the distance a town... unlike anything else on this floor, he saw green grass on top of the hill of which it stood. "What's this?" He asked himself, tunnel visioning on the fixture his eyes tested upon. His armor was golden clad and his hair was a fine blonde, almost gold. Such an appearance made Daeron feel as if he stood out far too much for such a scene. For a while Daeron wishes he kept his Sunfire Cloak, a legacy item that belonged to Mari.

Thinking about Mari, he realized how foolish he was for having wasted his time over a girl. As for Lessa... he hadn't a clue where she was. Zelrius, Keith, Tristan, Clarence... All of these faces that he had left behind to be on his own. To leave without saying goodbye made him feel awful about himself. However, he knew that if he had gone to tell them he was leaving, they simply wouldn't allowed him to leave.

  16. Daeron had been off the radar for a long time. He was sure that many thought he might have been dead. He can assure these people he wasn't. In fact he was very much alive, but since he can't enter towns as he had his player killer status from nearly the beginning of his introduction to sword art online. It's been a long time and to be quite frank, he didn't care to leave the game. He had nothing waiting for him but a job, so why leave paradise right?

Stretching his arms in the heat of the red sand and the dry, humid air, he closed his eyes. He was glad that sweat didn't actually smell through his golden clad armor, because he'd been wearing this thing for months and pretty much never took it off. The golden hair moved through the wind like thin, pointed fingers raking the air. Life was boring and seemed like it would never change as he couldn't meet new people and those that he did actually meet were too afraid to be near him.

  17. Daeron took a deep breath, though the air thick, it was refreshing. Being capable of saying he's lived through a tenth of the game already is a decent accomplishment. He then had flashbacks of those that had been lost through this journey, including the few lives in which he had taken. "Things will never be the same again in the real world", he said as he walked through the gates, and teleported to the twelfth floor. <<Lazaro>> a new map, a new zone, a new area. Though he couldn't enter into the town itself, as he was still an orange player, he was teleported outside of it. All he saw was a dock, which had a boat, that looked as if it respawned there every time a player used the boat. "What a strange little boat", he thought to himself aloud. He brought his right foot into the boat, and slowly, it began to drift off as the momentum from his own step pushed the boat.

The water looked murky, unordinary of a natural color. In fact, this was water he had hoped he would rather not touch as it looked like it might hurt him more than it might refresh him when it came down to it. His golden hair, slicked back, gleamed in the night sky. The moon's shimmer, pressing a shine onto the island of Aincrad as if it were a natural world on its own. "Wonder where everyone else is at the moment", he said to himself as he sat down in the boat. The boat however, did not leave from the dock yet, as he had no desire to go anywhere just yet, he simply wanted to sit there and enjoy the lunar sky with the differentiation of colors swaying in the black layer above.

  18. Isolation had done him some good as he had felt. He wasn't always being pestered by those lower leveled than him about being a player killer or even being such a high level. In some ways, it gave him a sense of being himself once again. It's been long since he'd even had much interaction. Every now and then he'd go hunting for a field boss or so just to stay in the swing of things, but for the most part, he sat about doing nothing of great interest to anyone; himself, nor others. The air was cool, and the grass was crisp, almost like it had been freshly cut.

Taking a handful of grass into his hand and throwing it out into the breeze only to be swept away. "That's how easily all of us could disappear right now..." he said, with a cold reality. He opened up the menu, to see if he was still alone, but the list proved him wrong. For some reason, there were people in his special area, and this was a problem. He equipped his sword, only to make sure that nobody was here to make hostile approaches. He read three names for what it was showing: Oikawa, Calrex, and Ssendom.

He only somewhat knew one person, and for the most part he wanted to protect himself against anyone that would dare intrude on his privacy. "Time to hunt." he said as he started to approach some of the people that were on the radar nearby.

  19. Daeron teleported into the eleventh floor, for the first time, as he teleported in, he was actually suprised by the theme of the floor. In the main area, as he can see from a distance since he's a player killer, he saw many solid, European structures. They almost reminded him of when he went on a trip to Germany, where he went for a family vacation once. His golden hair, shimmered in the sun, but the sun didn't seem to be in a normal position this time, because for some reason, the glimmer came from a different direction other than the east. In fact, it seemed like it was coming from the North, unlike most of the time, it comes from either the East or the West.

Still being alone in the wilderness, he hasn't made an appearance in the while. He wanted to stay on the down-low and it was pleasureable for a while. In fact, he didn't plan to make an appearance for a long time. With many seeing him as either the most trustable player killer in Aincrad, or one of the most fierce warriors of the game, he didn't want a label. He wanted nothing but to be normal, but everyone knows once the time passes in this game,  normal seems to change according to the morale of the popular opinion. As of right now, he didn't know what normal was, since he was isolated for such a long time.

In the mean time, he was able to go explore hidden areas, while not showing he was around anywhere. Even though he was sure some people had missed him, he missed others too, but that still didn't mean he felt comfortable coming back just yet. The sky was a shiny, azure color, making the biome very nice to be in. He was in a slight patch of fields before he got near the entrance of a forest, which was within the markings of other towns or mountains nearby. He knew he wasn't one of the strongest anymore at this point. Or at least so he thought, but until he met some other people, only time could tell him that one.

"I miss the thought of making memories with other people..." he said, reminiscing in the past. "However, everybody needs to move on and make on new memories at one point. Even if it means forgetting some of your past, or just holding on to something that means a lot to you." he told himself. He sighed, thinking about some of his best friends such as Mari, Clarence, Lessa, Shark, Zelrius, Keith, and other people he simply hasn't seen in what's seems like months. Has it really been so long though? Perhaps it has and time has just passed by like it was a gust of wind, or maybe it just seemed to go by faster when you're alone, trying to keep your distance from society.

  20. This is a message I felt obligated to type up because I've been so inactive for a while now. As many of you know, that I said I was moving and that I wouldn't be on during that time, but it just so happens that there is much more that I have to go through with, and I simply can't be on the forum like this anymore. It was extremely fun while it lasted and I did enjoy truly, meeting every single one of you. This is also my final and official resignation from the GM team, and a member of this forum. I will consider if I wish to kill of Daeron just so some storyline ties with him may be closed, but perhaps I just want him to go missing for now. Anyways, I'd like to just say that my year and a few months have been a blast on this forum.

There isn't a thing on this forum that I didn't enjoy except for you know... all of that typing I had to do until my fingers were breaking with the touch of a key, but that's just because I love literature and writing a lot. I am not going to give out personal messages for saying good-bye because I like you all equally, I would feel as if I was giving some people special treatment, but there are some people I will miss extremely on this forum. The names WILL be mentioned, the only thing is that there is no good-bye message to go along with each name, but this one single post I'm making.

Some of the people I will miss dearly are the following: Shark, Erroneous, Mari, Oske, Zero, Zelrius, Miaki, Keith, Kiru, Life, Nikki, and many more. I simply listed off the first names that popped into my head, so please don't feel as if I didn't like you or will miss you, because I did and I will.

One final thing that I'd like to say is this: I will no longer be roleplaying period, I may pop on every now and then for a quick hello, but I fear my SAO RP'ing days are over. The site's progression also hasn't gotten very far with the floor, and this is just because I like rapid change usually. I didn't mind being on the same floors, but it got to a point i couldn't think of anything else to type out anymore but combat. So without further ado, this me saying "Adieu" and "Goodbye" and all of my farewells. If you are interesting in talking to me on skype you can contact me there. If you don't have it, it's Moundsy. If you are NOT on my contacts list, the add me and in your add message state that you got the skype from SAO, otherwise I will refuse to accept it.

I will also be on League of Legends as I do play that from time to time. If you're interested in adding me on there it's Moundsy as well, so it's the exact same.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time on the forum, and this is your old narcissistic friend, Daeron,

    Signing Off.
