  1. Vayrin tilted her head and looked at her curiously, only to realize the difference between them. She observed the girl's arm, or, the lack of it. Her eyes slightly widened as she was obviously surprised by this. "... Well, can't say I've seen this before..." She said quietly as she continued to stare. Vayrin quickly realized what she had been doing would probably be considered rude, and she forced herself to look the player in the eyes again. Something about this made Vayrin slightly angry. The realization that this girl clearly had a disability, and she was stuck with it in this game.

"S-Sorry." She said nervously after she realized she had been staring. "So... You've been stuck with this disability since SAO started? Well, I mean, you've probably had it before the game and all but..." Vayrin stopped, she was clearly stuttering as she had no idea how to get out of the awkwardness she had just created. Her face turned red with embarrassment. "Well. Er... Sorry if that 'action' disturbed your peace." she said, referencing the action she had just performed in the middle of the street.

  2. Vayrin quickly swam back up to the surface and gave a huge gasp. She swam towards the shore, and used the vines to pull her up onto the surface. She quickly turned over and lied on her back. She simply smiled and gave a small chuckle as she gagged on the water. She opened her eyes to see the cliff far above. The giant ape like creature seemed unwilling to follow her, although she wasn't exactly sure why. She then lifted her head to look out at the water, and she saw another player swimming through the water towards her. From this distance she couldn't tell who it was. Her eyes widened whens he realized it must be a high level, since the ape monster avoided combat. Vayrin quickly scrambled to her feet, still coughing slightly. Her hand didn't stray too far from her weapon, as it rested on the hilt. She stood on the shoreline waiting for the player to get closer. So she could judge them weather to be hostile or not...

  3. "Christ! Sorry!" Vayrin yelled nervously as the giant hammer in her hand had seemed to move her body mass around with its own weight. Some of the NPC's ducked from its swing, as Vayrin fought hard to get it back into its normal position. She gave a tired huff as she finally managed to pull it over on the ground in front of her. She looked back up at the common game that seemed to attract a lot of attention. It was the classic "Hit the hammer on the mallet and see how far you  can launch the object" game, or whatever. She didn't actually know the name of them, but she had seen them around. With this, she quickly opened her menu, and put her weapon in her inventory. She looked back up and smirked. With a furious yell, the girl used all her strength and swung the hammer over her head, slamming onto the mallet with much force. She gazed at the machine, her eyes widened with excitement when the object had bounced all the way to the top. She smilled and raised her hands. "HAHA! I actually did it! I didn't think I could but I di- Oh?" the girl stopped her praise when she noticed a notification pop up in front of her. It was an item. Her smile only grew wider as she quickly pressed accept. The NPC running the game looked slightly confused as her observed Vayrin. She gave no evidence of such physical strength, being a regular young girl without much muscle. Then again, this was a game where you could fight monsters 3x your size and come out still breathing. She smirked as she walked away, stretching her arm out, preparing to find some other game to play.

  4. Vayrin sprinted through the thick canopy of what was the jungle on the 6th floor. Her speed was quite fast, but the monster which had been pursuing the violet haired girl seemed to be gaining. She looked over her shoulder to see the large Ape like creature sprinting after her, easily ripping through the vines that the girl had to narrowly dodge. This had obviously gone wrong, as far as her plans usually went. Of course, she was only in the Jungle looking for a rare flower, but of course, she was met with a much stronger beast instead that seemed to be angry with her presence. The girl's second of not looking forward proved costly, as her foot had gotten caught in a large tree route, which sent her tumbling over. "AH!" the girl rolled down a steep hill which had knocked the wind out of her. She quickly got up and shook her head as the beast launched itself after her. Vayrin planted her foot forward and began sprinting again until she broke through the bush to what seemed like a large cliff. She stopped for a moment, panting furiously looking for another way of escape. She looked downwards, and to her relief, it was the pool of a water fall. The monster was only within a few seconds of grabbing her, when the violet haired girl shut her eyes and dove off the dodge of the giant cliff edge. She fell about 30 feet until her body made impact with the water...

  5. Suddenly, with a bright violet flash a player came flying out the door of a nearby building. He skidded across the stone street until he crashed into a pile of crates part of an NPC shop. Once the dust cleared, Vayrin walked out of the same building, her weapon out, the violet aura fading. The player who had seemingly been tossed out slowly got to his feet, looking disorientated. He shook his head and saw the violet haired girl walking towards him, and within an instant, Vayrin had jumped towards him. Her blade was at his neck as he stared down at it, his brow sweating furiously, with his hands up. "Don't worry, it's a safe zone after all. Not like I can kill you, but I sure can toss you around till you cry." She said with an extremely pissed expression, glaring at the player who was much taller then her. He stared down at her, the fear in his eyes could be seen by everyone who had stopped to watch the scene. They stood there for a moment before the man took a few steps back, and then proceeded to run down the street. "She's crazy! You're Crazy!" He yelled as his feet carried him away. Vayrin simply lowered her weapon and looked around at the small crowd who had gathered to watch the unusual scene. Still having her pissed expression, she simply told them. "Check a girl's stats before you decide to grab their ass..." She said coldly, before sheathing her weapon.

The girl simply gave a sigh and gazed at the townsfolk of both NPC's and Players return to their original activities. She rolled her eyes as she re ran the scene in her head and decided the best way to forget it was to spend some time in the fields. The girl started down the street when she noticed something unusual. It was another girl who had been sitting against the building. She looked very unhappy. Vayrin couldn't help but wonder why. Well, there was probably many reasons, and perhaps it wasn't her place, but her curiosity got the better of her and she walked over. She leaned over, tried her best not to surprise the player. "Hey? You alright?"

  6. As her shop came into view, she saw a familiar figure standing beside it. The player had been clad in his white armor, one she could only assume was guild wear, due to the intricate markings it seemed to possess. She smiled slightly, knowing this was the person she had been expecting. Vayrin walked over and greeted him. "Hey Macradon. Glad you could come out and help." She said. It was true she didn't actually need his help, but she wanted it due to the speed of quest completion. After all, he seemed friendly enough, so she was sure his presence wasn't going to annoy her.  "I assume you've already done this one?" She asked, knowing he probably had. Judging by his level, he must've had experience where she didn't.

  7. Well, today was another quest day. It was time Vayrin rolled up her sleeves, and get some serious progress done. She materialized on the teleportation podium in the large town of Urbus on the second floor. Her face was determined, and she began walking to her shop. Hopefully her new companion had gotten her message, and would meet her there. It wasn't very long ago since Vayrin had met someone on the 3rd floor, who had offered his help when Vayrin needed it. She had reviewed the quest stats, and she knew she could have done it on her own, although it would take a while. Time she wasn't willing to spend on a single quest.

  8. "Hrm... Purple or... Y'know I'll just take purple." Vayrin said to the NPC at the tent. She had been observing some rather unique looking fabric that one of the many NPC's had been selling. Of course, this was really the first event Vayrin had participated in, and it was interesting to see what they were all about. Most of the time, she would have usually gone out grinding while all the other players were mingling among themselves in the festivals and what not. One thing that had convinced her to come however was the rumors of some rather cool and rare fabrics that could be sold by NPC's, one she had found. As a tailor, she needed as much as she could get. She paid the man in the tent some Col, before putting the violet fabric in her inventory. She smiled, satisfied with her find. Vayrin then proceeded to walk down the long paths outlined with dozens of tents, all having something unique about them. Although, she realized she may be the only armed person there. The girl looked confused for a moment as she saw all the other players dressed in their casual outfits, and she slowly looked at her weapon and cloak. She still had to find some items that weren't meant for combat. This made her look... Out of place.

  9. Vayrin sat for a moment lost in thought. The player seemingly had enough of the tavern, and decided to go out. He invited her to join him, which was rather odd. Most players wouldn't openly invite random strangers to quest or grind with them, but then again, she had met some people in similar situations before. She let out a soft sigh and put the cup down on the counter. What could possibly go wrong? She thought to herself. "I don't see any reason to stay here either I guess. I mean, it's nice to relax an all, but I should be getting back to grinding." She told him. "Any particular activity you were planning on doing?" She asked curiously.

Vayrin once again stretched out her arm, and got her stance ready, before launching it forwards and striking the boulder with as much force as she could muster. Luckily, the boulder responded in the way she had hoped. Seeing Shizuka manage to land a solid hit, Vayrin was only more motivated to do the same. The boulder took more then average damage from her punch, and only hoped her luck would remain.

    Boulder: 36/50

  11. The girl rested her head on the counter before the player began to speak again. She turned her head and stared at him when she realized he was speaking to her. "My story? Just relaxing." She answered truthfully. After a long day of grinding, she decided it'd be nice to kick her feet up and relax for the evening, especially in a nice and quiet inn. She let out a small sigh before taking another drink of the water. "I apologize if my reason isn't any of those you listed." She said again. She then proceeded to pay the bartender some Col.

  12. A blue glow manifested itself on the teleport podium, and soon Vayrin had replaced it as it slowly faded. She opened her eyes, and witnessed the town of Armadillo. She remembered the fierce heat of the sun she had experienced so many times before on this floor, but luckily, her last visit put an end to it's irritation. The girl looked around, and then stepped of the podium. She began walking through the streets with her menu open. Unlike most of her escapades, she actually had a reason for being on this floor. Rather then simple wandering she had found herself doing countless times before. Today she was going to do some scouting on a particular quest which took place in the desert. Something about a Sandshark. Either way, it sounded like it reaped a big reward for a player like herself. She soon found herself at the edge of town. Vayrin leaned against the archway dividing the settlement and the desert, and continued to scroll through her menu, reading the quest info...

  13. Vayrin gave a sigh before she eventually went back to the counter, paid the bartender some col and then walked up the stairs to where the rooms were supposed to be. As she walked in, she gave a tired sigh, before falling into one of the beds. She lied there for a few moments scrolling through her menu, until her eyes slowly closed, and she fell asleep...

  14. "Great, I'll keep that in mind." Vayrin answered back with a smile. She was glad to know she had just made another ally. Someone who was offering to help her level up a bit, which was something she sorely needed now. Vayrin then stretched her arms in the air, and let out a small yawn, evidence of her afternoon nap she was in only moments before. "Well then, I suppose I'll be heading back to town now. May take out a few mobs on the way, but hey, thanks for your insight." She told him with a smile. She hoped they'd see each other again soon, for she'd need his help.

  15. Vayrin sat at the end of the bar, eyeing the bartender as he gave her not one, but two drinks. She looked over to the player who had ordered another one for her, on him. After what had just happened, Vayrin simply gave the player a look before taking the drink. She had only ordered a water, as she didn't drink ale from which they served at the tavern. She simply looked in the cup, and then slid it down the counter back to the player. "No thanks, I don't drink." She stated flatly, before turning her head and taking a sip of the water. Letting her muscles relax a bit.

  17. Day: 16

Once again, the violet haired girl opened the door the her shop. She had gotten many orders recently, and needed to get to work. Taking one of the request forms, she eyed it carefully, and felt confident she could make it. Grabbing her needle, and thread, she sat down at the workbench in the dim shop, and began working away, determined.

Satisfied with the result, Vayrin smiled at the newly constructed order. She placed it on the shelf, and put her gear back on, before heading out of her shop back into Urbus.

  18. "Hey! I told you already!" With a loud shout, and violet flash man came flying through the door of the tavern. He skidded on the ground before his back hit the counter. In the doorway, Vayrin stood holding her weapon out, it's glow began to fade. She simply walked in and leaned down into the man's face as he began to get up, with her weapon pointed at his face. "Don't make me toss you around till you cry." She said coldly to the player. He stared at the edge of her blade, sweating from his brow. Before he quickly got on his feet, and fumbled over the counter to get around the girl and run out the tavern. Vayrin simply sheathed her blade, not turning to watch him flee. She sighed for a moment before opening her eyes to see the few people in the tavern staring at her. "Check a girl's stats before you try to grab their ass." She told the few. She then turned and sat at the counter, ordering a drink from the bartender.

  19. She raised an eyebrow at his comment. "Really? You'd want to help me with some quests?" Of course she wanted to accept the offer, but it seemed to be strange coming from a fron- Oh wait, this happened to her all the time. "Well, I suppose you're help would be greatly useful in my quest to level up." She said with a slight smirk. There were still many quests she hadn't completed, due to her low level. And with Macradon by her side, she had no doubt he'd be able to mow them down with her in no time. She smiled when to his reaction when she told him she had a tailor shop. She had made some items for some very notable players before, so she wouldn't be surprised if her shop got more attention at all, and of course she would welcome it. "Heh, stop by anytime. I'll be glad to craft some gear for anyone." She said.

  20. Vayrin turned her head to see Hikoru standing there, what looked like he was backing her up. "Not anymore." She said when she noticed the other players back off around her. She simply nodded to the white haired girl after her last comment, and sat back next to the fire, holding a cup of red liquid. "Can't believe people still act like this. How long has it really been?" She said, not taking her gaze off the fire. Nonetheless, she leaned back in the long couch, and rested her head for a moment. It was getting late, and now more people seemed to be crowding the busy Inn.

  21. Vayrin was glad that Macradon understood where she was coming from, after all, he was probably in a similar situation before her. She let out a sigh before looking back up at the other player. She was honestly relieved to know that there were people like Macradon on the front lines. She half expected most of them to be arrogant because of their greater experience, but she remembered that this was SAO. Not just some random MMO. Not to mention all the random encounters she had with the high levels. They all seemed to be kind, to her at least. One of them even went as far as to spend a whole day and night in the desert with her just to complete a quest she hadn't done yet. She hoped she would be able to be like that when the time came.

Vayrin slightly smiled when he mentioned his blacksmith shop. "I'll be sure to hit you up when I need a new weapon. Also, come down to my shop when you need any tailoring done." She replied with her own subtle advertising.
