    Hello everyone, Anise here. If you want your weapons or armours appraise, and maybe get unique enchants, you can drop by at the Black Market. Just dont tell the law my location. Then I will come after you >:)

      How does it work then?  Do I get a good quality item and have a merchant place unique enhancements on it?  And how many unique enhancements can I have on a single item?

      You can take a good, uncommon, or rare quality item and have it appraised. The merchant rolls for it, and you get a random enhancement. There's currently less than a 1% chance to get a unique enhancement, and you get a random unique enhancement at that.
