100 per mat is pretty cheap and 75 per mat is even cheaper... I'd say 4k would've made more sense, but I still think 4k is still cheap for 20 mats. ._. But that's just coming from someone who's always broke on mats. :s

The price from a merchant at rank 5 would be 500 col if the merchant didn't want to profit :P

That said you should check the merchants, there are some who are selling materials they gathered for that price.
