nods my head as i think on that. Both sounding really useful in terms of being a support person. One healing people up which would help with me if i run out of my heals, or if my heals can't help them enough. Also attracting monsters or familiars could be of some use if doing a quest that involves trying to bring one specific one out.  However, with Artisan i could help with people's activities to make life easier on them through their job, or through their combat skills. I sigh softly and feels little Velnia's single flap. I chuckle a bit and smiles at seeing that.

Well they both sound useful for me, but i'm still stuck on what to choose.  I tell you as we walk Kuro remaining passive, and keeping an eye on Velnia to make sure the little dragon doesn't do anything dangerous. Sort of acting like the pseudo guardian of her when Itzal could potentially be busy with something else, or distracted. I mean Artisan is so useful since it would allow me to help people out in the long run all the time by allowing them those little things, but Performer can help people survive with healing, and could help in some monster quests if finding them is taking to long, and.... well.... i say drifting off a bit finding it very embarrassing to even think of telling of a old childhood dream that should just fade away.

i continue to just walk and think on what could be the best profession for me. My thoughts going in a never ending loop of the same points being made for each profession. Unable to choose one. My conviction to be helpful making me wish to choose artisan from my mind seeing that as a more profitable and helpful business. However, the point of the performer offering buffs also appealing to my sense of wanting to be helpful while also appealing to my childhood dream. I walk forward not even looking where i go as i do so. Bumping into people with only a soft little muttered.  Sorry scuse' me.  Leaves my mouth as i walk forward not even caring if they were NPC or human. Just saying that as a reflex.

As i walk i hear your voice which snaps me out of my thoughts. As your voice snaps me out of my musings you can see a visible sign of that by my body suddenly jolting a little bit to straightening then going back to fully relaxed.  Oh..um....right profession.  I say my thoughts a bit scrambled to what is in my mind a sudden interruption. I think for a bit and decides to just tell you.  I'm stuck between the performer and Artisan profession. I don't know which to choose. I inform you as Kuro flaps his wings twice after me saying that. Kuro wanting to give his own opinion of what i should choose. The two flaps signaling he would wish for me the Artisan class. Yeah i know your thoughts on the matter Kuro, but we've been over this before on why i'm also thinking on the performer one also. I tell him as Kuro just rolls his eyes a little bit at my response.

i walk with Itzal through the town of begginning thinking on what would i wish to do for a profession. Their is many options to choose from in this game that could be useful in varying degrees. However, i broke it down to either Artisan or Performer. I smile a bit at either one since they're both something that would be useful in some way. To be a artisan and create items to give people something to help them survive longer in this world. The other option being a performer to give buffs to my allies which is something a supporter type would benefit from, and it would allow me to do something i've always dreamed of being.

I look throughout the town not saying a word. Just watching the people walk past us towards wherever they need to go. I sigh softly finding this choice difficult to make. To follow a dream i had as a child that i couldn't put passion into do to having to work always on other things, and then getting trapped into this game having made it difficult to be a performer in anyway. The other option being a Artisan to put my hard-working and determined passion into crafting items for others, and also make them a bit stylish with the designs. I smile a bit at the thought of the various things i could create and design if i was a artisan. I shake my head a little bit to clear my mind hoping that by the time it comes to choose i have a definitive answer for this.

Kuro my Lion familiar is walking beside me and keeping little Velnia entertained in anyway the little dragon could want to. Be it a short race through the sky, or allowing the little thing to rest on his back to be peaceful.

He prefers being on the ground being much more comfortable their, and only will fly if trying to get attention for one reason or the other. He is a bit of a glutton for food and isn't picky about what the food would be.

I sigh in relief at this hyperactive girl dragging me along to somewhere. I can't help but shake my head in amusement to how she is like this. To be able to have so much energy to spend on doing nothing shortly afterwards. I can't help but think how much more help she would be directing this energy towards being more active in the fight for the floors, or at the very least maybe a shopkeeper to sell items to the people who are in need of such things. I let her take me and talk as she does so. Just listening in and making sure to remember every word so i can respond to anything as we go on. As i get a hint she is done i speak up.

I'm very good at climbing things Marisa. Don't worry about me in that regard but why do you ask? there aren't many things that would require climbing in terms of having fun.  Hearing the request at the end i only smile and nod my head.  Yes i promise Marisa i wouldn't want to ruin your thinking zone. I tell you as i follow you calmly glad to be back to a normal walking pace. I look around the area. Seeing the beautiful night sky, and the moon hanging in the air providing a light in the sky with the stars joining in to light everything up. Providing everything a gentle glow. I can't help but feel a bit awestruck at just that sight alone. Making me wonder again what have i been doing with my life that i could miss such a obvious and beautiful sight.

i would love to stay with you. I say with a smile on my face on my face as i smile. Not caring if it's in a shop since it would be better then nothing, and would be pretty comfortable compared to the cold ground that would be below.  Kuro is enjoying flying through the air with Velnia doing her best to match her speed in the skies having a grin on his face as he challenges the little dragon to a contest of speed. Going fast, but not as fast as Velnia could go. The weight of my familiar being more then Velnia which would slow down his speed more so then Velnia's smaller body. I grin as i watch the little playing of our familiars.  I think things are going to only go up from here.  I say with a happy smile thinking that things could only improve from this point forward considering how things have improved since the start of my journey.

anywhere....to stay.... my mind completely blanks at that realizing that i have absolutely no where. I could go back to the inns but i refuse to do so since that would be like going back to a place filled with bad memories. Memories of having given up on everything and of seclusion. I shake my head to clear these thoughts and just smiles cheerfully and rubs the back of my head. i guess i don't have a place to stay. That seems to be a bit of a problem.  I say with a nervous chuckle trying to play it off as nothing big. Kuro grins and happily plays with Velnia to entertain the little thing, and to get its legs moving and use to such company since it has picked up on the fact that both of us seem to be know each other to a certain amount that it should be nice to Velnia.

Do you know what was inside Kuro? i ask my familiar who shakes its head no that it didn't know what was inside the chest. Kuro just looks down at the little Velnia. Contemplating something in his mind before agreeing to nuzzle the female dragon in a affectionate manner. Seeming to have been a little bit annoyed with the licking but not minding it overall so allowing the little dragon Velnia to do what she wanted in terms of licking and cuddling. I chuckle and giggle at their little interaction thinking the two little familiars are going to be good friends most of all. After watching them for a bit i then heads over to Itzal to see what you had found. So are you able to open the chest Itzal? i ask you curiously and excitedly loving the mystery of a chest that could be found. The items that could've been put into it.

i grin and turns towards Itzal with a smile on my face. Well i guess i have my familiar now i need a name for it. I say very cheerfully as the lion flaws off the ground and flies around my head. As i pet its head gently for a second before it goes to the ground and stands by my side. hmmmm how about Hikari? The lion shakes its head no. Shiro? again it shakes its head no to my question. How about Kuro? The lion thinks for a second before nodding its head. Flapping its wings once strongly as it looks to me glad to have been given a name by me. I pet Kuro's head as it seems to enjoy the petting i give it. Kuro it is then! i say in a happy excited tone with a smile on my face. Kuro proceeds to hit my leg lightly with a paw with a look apparently preferring to be more calm and collected then overly loud if it can help itself.

i take the meat and slowly make my way over towards the lion with a grin on my face. Taking my time to slowly do so. Not wanting to startle the thing while holding the meat. The lion eventually smelling and spotting me. He looks me in the eyes as i continue slowly making my way towards him with my hands raised to show i mean no harm to it. It slowly gets up and starts to make its way towards me. Its white paws going along the ground as it slowly walks towards me with a look of pride in its eyes. Like a king looking over the land. As it arrives at me it sniffs the food then sniffs my hand. It then takes the meat as i pet its head. The lion stands still before looks at me. It slowly nuzzles my hand as i say softly.  It's okay little lion i promise to take care of you. And you can have food like this and even better, and a companion to keep you safe. What do you say to that. I ask it softly. The lion nods its head with a grateful look on its face.

a bird? I say softly following your example and then sees it within the branch. Seeing this i then start looking around for the familiar of my choice. I can only hope it was the familiar i was looking for. The one that i would want. I smile a bit at the thought of a lion cub, and basically raising it up. I grin a bit wondering what kind of personality it would have. I chuckle a bit imagining a passive familiar interacting with the hyperactive ball of energy that Velnia. I then focus on looking around at the bigger picture of everything around here.

i gasp softly and covers my mouth seeing what i want. however, not like i expected. Seeing the lion cub with wings. However, it was completely white to match its surroundings. The cub having adapted to try and have greater chances of survival through camouflage within the area it was in. Having noticed it from its wings shifting slightly causing some snow to be disturbed in a unnatural manner. I quickly point out the familiar with a excited look in my eyes to Itzal. Not wanting to say anything encase it would run off.

I nod my head with a smile hearing these things. Finding all this to be very interesting since it is allowing me to learn a lot about the game and its functions by asking you suck questions. Feeling a tiny bit bad in asking so many in rapid succession which doesn't allow you a lot of time to ask questions back at me in response to my own. I quickly try not to pay it any mind as i look around the area looking for any signs of what could be my familiar. Feeling like we're almost far away enough that it could be time to start actively looking for one out here. I grin a bit in excitement at the prospect of a familiar. Wondering what i could name this familiar that would be appropriate. Trying to think of a name that would be appropriate for any species that i find. During this thinking i had just let my feet lead me in whatever direction as i walking as my mind wandered while thinking these thoughts. Being silent for a bit for once instead of constant talking.

Did you have to fight any monsters then in that cavern? i ask you curiously having heard their was a quest that required to fight some crystal guardian in this world. And did you collect any of those crystals while you were in their? i ask you wondering what the place was like. Oh speaking of caves and such! how would you find any of those dungeons, or whatever that i have seen people sell to help map them out? cause i would imagine doing those be it for a quest or not would be really good for leveling up, and such. Also it would probably be good for finding some materials, or Col if the dungeons can have any such things in them like other games. I say to you curiously and also a bit excitedly. Having enjoyed the dungeons the most in video games since they seemed the best part of the games of just finding treasures and such within them.

i grin with a smile as i start thinking out loud just to entertain myself, and maybe to get you to chuckle or smile from my imaginations. Hmmm if it was a lion with wings maybe one with black fur and the purest of white feather. I enjoy the idea of balance in things you know? that not everything is total black, or total white. It creates this wonderful harmony in all things in the world. I tell you with a smile as we walk. Having enjoyed two colors clashing especially contrasting ones. It always being a more beautiful thing to me since it shows not everything is a total one view or the other would be right in terms of human.. What about yourself? how did you come across the cute little velnia? I ask you as i pet Velnia's cheek gently and affectionately. Wanting to give the cute little dragon some attention since i love to spoil the little thing with affection.

so something that can protect me from damage nods my head with a smile. That would work in my favor since i'll be more worried about making sure to heal others, and if their are none then working on making sure to attack. I say with a happy grin on my face as we continue walking through the snowy fields. the music brightening my mood greatly. Hmmm i wonder if their is a monster like...a lion with wings on its back. If that is a thing i would want that as a familiar. I say grinning from ear to ear at the thought remembering that from one of the many mythological creatures i have read about back in the real world. The idea of a little tiger cub with wings making me smile even more at the thought of how cute it would be. Having to suppress a little "awwwww" at the thought of seeing such a thing.

i listen to your explanation and nods my head and repeats back what i understood. So a enhanced familiar has a rating of 18 i need to find. With a non enhanced being 15. This coat and amazing music giving me a plus 4 in total towards my search for whatever is going to be my familiar. Speaking of that what do you think would fit me best in terms of my build and such? For myself i guess since i'm a support maybe something that can take the hits for me would be good. So something that is known to be durable....like a tiger...or a bear...hmmmm what else is known as being durable? I ask myself out loud going down this thought process and not thinking of other options a familiar could, and to think possibly outside the box of stereotypes of animals that would count.

I find myself humming the tune of the song as i feel a happy warmth spread all throughout my body as i do so. Feeling a whole lot better while doing so even more so then just being with you. Glad to have the song, and a person with a equally cute familiar to keep me company. All this combined allowing me to enjoy my time on this floor more then anything else. I exit the small town area as we enter the fields to find a cute little familiar that will fit the bill for being my partner for the rest of this game.

I just grin happily as i look around the fourth floor before the reality of the floor hit my skin. Reality coming in the form of a breeze as i shiver lightly feeling the wind hit some of my exposed skin. Right away making me shiver from the chill of the floor as i realize how dumb it was to come to this floor unprepared. However, before i could say anything i have a warm coat put on me. I turn my head to itzal with a grateful look on my face which turns to surprise seeing him get covered in the armor. The time that i had spent with Itzal not having allowed me to see him as a warrior more so just a kind gentle soul that helped others and wouldn't harm much. The truth of the matter being much more apparent as i see the armor understanding in this moment everyone was willing to throw down their life for a chance to escape this beautiful hell hole. I then smile happily hearing the coat will help me find a familiar, and all the while having my favorite song being played. Not noticing at all that my steps are in tune with the music as soon as it started to play.

How much of a boost would it give in finding a familiar? I ask you curiously as i make my way out of the town of the fourth floor and into the area where a familiar could be found. Still wondering what would fit me most out of apparently all the mythical and real creatures that could inhabit this world.

i grin happily as i head towards the floor 4 with my friend Itzal. Myself being very excited to be getting a companion with him that will help me out in m adventures in this world. Wondering what could fit me in this adventure. I think on that. What would be the best fit for a support character? Maybe something fast to distract the important from focusing on me like a cheetah, or something in the air like a eagle would serve that purpose greatly.Another option to choose from would be something durable one to take some hits for me encase i can't afford to take such damage like a bear, or giant tiger would fit that role. I smile a bit wondering what animal it could be also. Knowing so many options cold be layed out before me. Hestia having chosen the fourth floor after having heard it was mostly snow. The prospect of that bringing her much childlike joy.

I curiously watch the man known as Marcadon work on sketching up a design. Feeling a bit grateful he would be willing to put in that work for me. Knowing i couldn't sketch anything good even if i tried. I watch him work and takes note of the owlbear that is in the room. Admiring its look with a smile on my face. Finding all the vastly different creatures in this world to be something very interesting and something to think on when i wish to go for my familiar. I then see him turn the sketchbook around and whistles in appreciation for having created two impressive looking images. Well for the sword. The only changes i would like to make is for the metal to look black if possible, and for the part where i hold the sword to have purple cloth around it mister Macradon, and for the armor maybe a silver-ish color if possible. I say to him as i look at the design with a smile. on my face thinking if i could add my own little flare to it if possible. After several minutes of thinking i smile and says. For the armor would it be possible to have a image on it, and if yes could i have on the back a image of a moon going through its phases. Like crescent to full moon. For the sword i would like it to be named Ravial. For the armor i don't really have a name in mind for it.  Also i would like a one handed shield mister Macradon. With the top in that like w shape. Where the ends of the W are at a point. Then the two ends of w go done towards the bottom near the middle to form the point of the bottom of it. With the left side of the shield have A sun on it, and the right having a moon. With the idea of it being like. Day, night, and the middle between the two being like twilight. I blush a little bit thinking i might've asked to much as i slowly look towards the ground in slight embarrassment.

hello sir. i say with a wave of my hand. Speaking in a very polite tone to the blacksmith named Macradon. Not wishing to sound rude or impolite to the man who will be helping me with making my gear and such. Apparently Itzal wishes to have me ask for you to forge my armor and weapon. I thank you greatly if you can do this for me. I say with a small bow to the man. But yeah for what i would want created, is a curved sword, and Heavy armor please sir. I plan to go into support type of fighter myself since i wish to help those around me to the best of my ability. I tell Macradon with a nod of my head as i gaze all around at the other things this man has created around the shop seeing many different styles, and forms these armor and swords have taken the form of. Amazed that such a wide variety of just one type of item could be created. I shake my head to focus back on what i was saying. I honestly don't know what my style should be. I mean i like darker colors when it comes to what i would wear. Like blues, or green, with some clothes being black or greys. However, i don't wish to seem like some imposing force of a person. I would rather be seen as a person people could come to me for protection and support during any time. So i don't think anything with a intimidating look to it would fit me best. Something that says elegance and grace maybe? i say thinking out loud as i don't even seen to be noticing you two as i speak. Having gained this look after talking about favorite colors i like to wear.

Hey come on! slow down a bit! I say with a small chuckle at your enthusiastic nature about this. Finding such a behavior almost infectious in all honesty. To see you being so excited about doing absolutely nothing intriguing me a lot since i wouldn't be able to wrap my mind around the thought of such a thing. However, no mater that thought i can still be smiling and happy about your enthusiastic nature. 'okay Ember just keep calm. You aren't doing nothing. You're just....getting to know someone that's it...you're just being social that isn't nothing. Yeah that isn't nothing. You can afford to spend time like this.'  i think to myself to keep myself from the need to be out and about doing some activity that isn't being with you. Do to my desire of always improving myself to some new level of talent in an area. I smile a bit though glad to be doing something. Even if doing the something is with someone who doesn't seem to know what a word ethic is considering her laid back nature and attitude to things. Still that thought bothers me on how people can afford to spend time like that.

*i smile happily and nod in agreement as i quickly finish up the ramen and then stands up also. Making sure we don't forget the little cutie Velnia as we leave. Yeah i guess it's  true music and other pieces of art tell a story in every sense. Be it a event, your feelings, or thoughts. When you create you show yourslef to the world unlike any other moment in time. Since as you said you can't hide who you are through music. I say with a happy smile. as i then follow you out of the shop with cute little Velnia as we make our way to the armor shop to get me some new gear, and maybe weapon shop if you think i need a upgrade in that also. Just willing to follow you and your advice since you seem willing to help me through these things knowing i can trust you more then anything else.

I had hobbies that involved singing, and writing before i had entered this game. Besides that i'm willing to head to anywhere you wish to take me. Be it to a beautiful sight, or a interesting hanging out area.I tell you being a bit nicer. Allowing you a chance at the very least to prove my idea wrong since you had helped me. Wanting to at least give your ideas a fair chance at being accepted by me in repayment for getting me to feel energized. I curiously look around the area of The Town of beginning with a new view set of the place. Viewing places and buildings as meeting points, or talking areas, or work areas, or just even relaxation areas.

i smile a bit happily hearing that you actually know the song. Surprised that someone would know it. I then hear the burp and see it is from Velnia. The sight of the happy dragon burping causing me to giggle a bit with a smile. I then giggle even more seeing you give more food to the cute little dragon. Music is something beautiful no matter what. It is something that can touch everyone's heart or soul no matter who they are. Their will be some type of music for them at every moment of life. That is the beauty of music. I say with a happy smile.  With that being the reason i have loved to sing since music is something amazing in all aspects of it. So after this amazing meal where do you want to head to first? i ask you curiously. Getting me gear if you're wiling to pay for it that is of course.  I say with a embarrassed blush at having to ask that. For you to pay for me. I then focus back on my ramen and starts to finish it up.

Yeah lets head back now. i say nodding happily as i go towards you then start to walk back towards the Town of Beginnings to turn in the quest to Zackariah. I smile happily glad to have completed this boring fetch quest of a first mission. I then hear you mention a familiar and i nod my head. Yeah i've thought about a familiar, but i would want something that isn't a dragon since those seem to have been picked a lot. I would want something that could fit my play style while also being useful. I tell you with a smile wondering what i could find that would fit what i wish. I then gaze at you with curiosity. What would you want in a familiar?
