Kimi stood by enjoying the company of the two and let Hestia do the talking as Kimi was busy keeping track of Noodle who was swimming around in the sand. "For liking someone, i'm an open book I don't really care to much for whom as long as their nice I guess." Kimi said with a shrug. "Don't worry Spencer is tall enough." Kimi said chuckling a little bit. As they continued on traveling the heat of the desert was very bearable and didn't affect Kimi much at all. "By the way I don't believe you met Noodle?" Kimi said to Minako as she gestured for Noodle to come by her side. "Feel free to play with him. He's very friendly and love cookies." As Kimi mentioned Noodle loving cookies. The little beige shark doggo did a proud nod before going up to Minako and prodding her leg with his snout.

Kimi giggled a little while longer after seeing the stern and strong willed Teion break under Noodles adorable spell. Kimi looked back at her with a friendly and briefly said, "Feel free to feed anytime you want. Pretty sure he wouldn't mind." Noodle looked back at Teion still nibbling on his cookie and gave a nod before heading back to Kimi's side. After some time by the fire, with Jomei talking to Hestia about music, both of them decided to go to sleep. Kimi steadily felt the same need for sleep. Fatigue finally came around for her and Kimi decided to call it a day as well. 

Through the night Kimi had odd dreams about her home and her brothers wondering if she would ever be able to find them in this death game. As the dream continued it slowly started to become more calm with thoughts of Noodle playing around with the other familiars, but that was abruptly interrupted by a 'thud'. Kimi and Noodle awoke to seeing two silhouettes standing over Teion holding her down. As Kimi's brain finally snapped into the reality of threat, "Teion!" Kimi raised her voice in worry as quickly picked herself up to aid her, but that only did more harm as her snappy movements went completely against her tired body. However when Noodle saw the aggressors keeping Teion down, he quickly jumped into action and tackled the closest silhouette. As Noodle charged for the tackle on the person holding Teion down, He was easily and heavily knocked away by the bandits partner. Noodle skid across the dirt ground letting out a loud yelp.  

Kimi spent her time in her studio doing what she could to make the perfect songs. The first try at her songs ended terribly as she was trying to make a annoying song to debuff monsters players encounter in the field. The following crafts turned out better than she expected and she was even able to make a masterpiece song. She started to feel better about herself as she succeeded in her crafts more now than fails and was even able to save one of her recording crystals from being consumed. "Well thats it for the day, hopefully i can make a song for Spencer soon." Kimi thought to herself.

Noodle who was sleeping right beside her got startled and moved away as the sheets hung on the ends of the bed.  She took a moment rubbing the sleep from her eyes and looked down at Noodle, "Sorry for waking you bud." She placed her and gently on his head to pat him. "Just a bit mad i can't sleep you know." Kimi picked herself up of her bed and head down towards her studio, "Maybe if i can craft a few things i'll get tired again and sleep." She thought to herself.

"Great job guys! You made quick work of those bugs." Kimi said in a cheerful voice. "Don't worry about it Spencer, I'm more for us going all together than anything else." She said trying to comfort him. Kimi followed contently behind Ryo as he made his way to a better spot for them to rest a bit. Kimi glanced over the group once more and spoke out loud, "Thank you all for coming again. I'm really glad we made this happen." There was a lot of gratitude coming from her as she didn't expect many people to turn up. Following that Hestia spoke up about why Erin was in the dungeon solo. Kimi was honestly curious herself, but she just assumed that Erin was scouting out the place first before making a decision on what to do about it. She decided to stay quiet and just enjoy the opportunity they had to rest. Kimi pulled out the potion that Ryo had handed her earlier and consumed its contents.

She's always loved loot, but the idea of when loot would try and kill you, or rather when look would do a surprise attack on you she thought it was very dirty. "Alrighty then." Kimi said casually walking up to the paralyzed mimic, "lets finally end you, ya evil little lying box of loot." Kimi said with some evil intent in her voice. Kimi gathered whatever energy she had in her fatigued body to perform Aggressive Twins on the fake treasure chest that lay in front of her. After repeatedly beating down on the box it finally pixelized and vanished only leaving the loot that it was supposed to hold inside. "Whooo well thats done finally." Kimi said with a sigh of relief as she stretched her tired self. "Just give me a moment, that fight took a lot out of me than i thought."

"Anyway Fran i'm going to be taking Hestia up to my bedroom. We already ate before coming here so there's no need to cook anything." Kimi said to Fran as she opened the main doors to the entrance of her estate. The light inside the building was a lot more brighter than what could be seen outside and also the place was shining with how clean it was. "Well you can go ahead and make yourself at home, but first i'll give you a little tour if you don't mind." Kimi went on to show Hestia around the house to do a little tour. "Yeah this place is massive for just one person so its really nice to have you here." Kimi said with a smile. "And now time to for the last bit before we sleep, Kimi took Hestia up on to the second floor and to the bedroom. This is my bedroom, its very ordinary aside from the frilly things on the bed and curtains." Kimi said looking around if she left something laying about.

Kimi put more of her focus into fighting the mimic now as she really just wished for this to be over with. She glanced over at the remaining health points of the mimic and saw it was very near to dying. "Come on, just a few more hits and we should be good." Kimi said to herself as she started to gather more energy to herself to perform her five sword attack to try and get a stun off. As enough energy gathered she rushed the mimic performing a series of heavier attacks than normal. When she finally finished and backed off Kimi say that the mimic was stunned and also paralyzed, "Guys i paralyzed it again!" She said in a confident voice trying to hype everyone up. Kimi thought for a moment hoping that this fight might just end up like how it did last time she fought a mimic with Hestia, but then dismissed the thought as the mimic was already low on health.

Kimi said taking Hestia's hand as they walk by the riverside. The settlement was calm at night and fireflies and the streetlamps lit up the night on the eighth floor. "Anyways if you had to choose which floor to live where would it be anyways?" Kimi asked Hestia. Kimi has always dreamed of going outside more since she wasn't able to before, but here in the game she wasn't restricted by her room and can finally choose where to be. So being in a jungle like place that was very dense in vegetation just felt right for her. "Here its coming up." Kimi said as they passed a smaller shops that lined the riverside also. "And here we are." Kimi said holding the 'a' As Kimi looked around she spotted Fran who was in her usual maid outfit. "Ohh Mistress you're back? Did you enjoy your time spent with Hestia?" Fran asked Kimi, she then saw Hestia right besides Kimi and said, "Ohh? Is this the mistress's friend?" Fran said with a hint of a taunt. "Yes, I brought Hestia over. She will be staying with us for the time being. Hestia this is Fran, Fran Hestia. Please do get alone." Kimi said with a bit of elegance. 

"Yeah my place is a bit fancy. The outside is overgrown with creeping wall plants, but since i've moved in Fran has been taking care of it more now. I haven't been to Ryo's place yet, but i'd assume it looks really nice if you describe it like a rich boys place." Kimi went on to say as they made their way back to Fortaleza. "Here my house is on the eighth floor. I picked it because I enjoy the jungle nature of it. I don't know probably because its unique and also you don't find too many people trying to get to the eighth floor." Kimi went through the portal to the eighth floor and waited on the other side for Hestia to arrive. The place is the same as always a pattern of sun piercing the dense leaves of the forest creating a pretty pattern on the cobblestone floors.

"We can go to my place after resting for a bit, getting here was tiring after all. I did expect more to come from the sand shark, but meh ill take what i can get." Kimi said in response to Hestia asking what to do after. Kimi ate a little more food and had some of the salad before picking herself up and saying, "If you want to we can start heading out now. I can at least show you my place while we're still together." She took a sip of the water and put on extra cloths as the sun started to go lower in the horizon. "So i know you've been sleeping in your shop, but i kinda wanna know where you shop is." She said thinking back for a moment if Hestia stayed anywhere else. Kimi offered her hand to Hestia to help her up of the ground.

"Ahhhh man i'm so tired of having to fight mimic all the time." Kimi said frustrated. She just finished thinking about all the times she has ran into a mimic and with the current one they found just now makes it so that she has found more mimics than actual chests. Kimi heard Spencer praising her for her damage as a tier one player. "Yeah i mean i'm meant to deal damage, but i'm still lacking in that department. Just wish the chests i find can just be chests rather than mimics. You wouldn't believe how many times i ran into a mimic." Kimi said with a annoyed face. As she said that Kimi finally finished gathering the energy needed to do her tornado kick. When Kimi went on to attack the mimic she saw sparks fly onto the mimic as her kick connected with it. "Ohh?! i paralyzed it!" Kimi said excitedly.

Kimi reached over at the pieces of meat that Hestia prepared broke it in half and ate it sharing the other half with Noodle. "Here Noodle you get something to eat also." She said as she offered the other half. Kimi laid back down to stare into the purple sky, "Its starting to get late, I've always loved this time of day when the sky turns purple and orange its amazing." She laid silently listening to Hestia while keeping her eye to the sky. "Ohh so you cooked back in real life for your sister? That's awfully sweet of you. For me i was stuck in my room half the time, but my brothers were always there to keep me company. I've been mostly sheltered in my life so thats kinda the reason why im here in the game. I dont really mind being stuck here all that much since i wasn't able to go out." Kimi said trying to explain her life a bit. Kimi laughed a bit at Hestia overrating at her asking about planning it out. 

Kimi made her way back to her home after a long day to take a break. After settling in for some time a blip happened in her message alert. "Ohh whats this? A crafting update?" Kimi thought for a moment, and then moved off her bed to make her way to her shop to begin crafting. During her attempts she failed quite a few songs, but this was expected since she was out of practice for some time already. "Maybe next time ill get it right." Kimi said out loud as she put away her recording crystals that didn't get consumed during her crafts.

Kimi sat down on the blanket that Hestia set up, but then quickly moved to laying down. "Ahh its so nice to relax outdoors." Kimi said slightly teary eyes as she stretched on the blanket while she laid there. Kimi called Noodle to come by her side while Hestia was fixing up something to eat. "Wish i knew how to cook, I'm not too great at it, but i'm pretty sure the system they have here makes it easy to do." Kimi said to Hestia as she held Noodle above herself playing with him. It wasn't long until Hestia finished making the meal that Kimi propped herself up on her elbow comfortably and took a look at what there was to eat. "Looks great! Better than anything I can make that's for sure." Kimi said praising Hestia. "Thanks for the meal, you planned this all out didn't you." She said squinting at Hestia suspiciously, but with a smile.

Kimi quickly retorted at Hestia's mention of them being called the paralyzing duo, "Its because i'm just stunning." Kimi jokingly said with a playful smile putting her hand to her chest. Kimi laughed as she saw Hestia setting up a small picnic on the ground right beside her. "Well then i guess i better finish off this miserable monster." Kimi said as she casually walked up to the Evil Noodle that was laying paralyzed on the ground. "Sorry about this. Nothing personal." Kimi said looking down at the disabled monster. Kimi planted her feet on the ground one more time and placed a solid punch on the sharks face making it vanish finally. "Well now that thats over how about that picnic." Kimi said with a pleasant smile walking back to Hestia. "So what do you got with you? Because i'm quite hungry from just walking here." Kimi said not minding the fact she just fought a monster.

As the great white sand shark shows up Kimi watched to see how Noodle reacts. Noodle quickly took up a defensive stance showing that he had no interest in getting to know his distant monster cousin. "I'll take care of him for you Noodle. At least we know now that he isn't too friendly." Hestia was quick to use her Howl ability to gain the Great white land sharks attention. While this happened Hestia backed away from Kimi as to make sure they have enough space to fight. As the great white land shark started to charge towards Hestia, Kimi jumped in front of her and stomped the ground to anchor herself as she cocked back her fist. Kimi swiftly gathered light blue energy to her fist and punched the sand shark as it leapt forward making it fly back a few meters. The shark skid across the sand and didn't move within that moment Kimi noticed that she paralyzed it with her hit. "Its paralyzed. Just take your time now." Kimi said with a chuckle at Hestia.

"Yeah i'd like to see more merchants around that just shield at the moment. We need more variety, but at the same time i enjoy having a lot of performers in the guild at the moment its a lot of fun." Kimi said giving her reasoning and thought behind everything. Hestia then went to look at Noodle mentioning if ever he was able to see the his distant land shark cousin that we have to fight that Noodle should warn us. This was a good idea that Kimi wasn't really paying much attention to as she look up at Kuro who was in the sky and asked, If you see anything off just let us know so we can prepare. "Seems the land shark is nearby, but it hasn't noticed us just yet. If you want to prepare now is probably the best time." Kimi said in a low voice to Hestia. Kimi was slightly nervous at the idea that they are fighting a monster that they cant see at the moment.

Kimi blushed a bit as Hestia just had to mention her being more comfortable in bed with her. "Save that talk for when were in the bedroom." Kimi said playfully. After tripping over the chest Hestia mentioned how she was the queen of finding treasure, "You know it. I love loot and loot loves me. Sometimes though karma is a pain in the butt because half the chests i've run across happened to be mimics." Kimi said shrugging at the thought. "I've honestly always thought about being a merchant, but I thought being a performer would be more for me. I don't mind switching off down the line though. For now im stuck as performer because i have a studio in my house." Kimi said explaining her reason behind it. As she finished saying that Kimi saw that the sand on the box was starting to vibrate and move. "Hestia, do you think that's the sand shark?" Kimi said as she pointed out the ground shifting a bit.

"Yeah I had someone living with me since bought the house. At first the place was really creepy since its an old english style home that is slightly overrun by vines, but after i entered i saw that it was very clean and has been taken care of neatly." Kimi said trying to explain the house. Hestia then went on to mention if she is anything like Ryo's butler Pennyworth. "Yeah she takes care of the house for me while im away. She is very polite and what not the typical thing you kinda expect off of a maid of course." Kimi said trying to think of any outstanding properties that Fran displayed, but nothing came to mind. Hestia accepted the offer to move in with her and even said if there was enough room. Kimi only replied with, "Well my guest bed is sort of taken up my Fran and i doubt you'd want to sleep in the attic. My bed has more than enough room." Kimi blushed slightly after saying what she said. She knew exactly what she mentioned, but was keeping things casual between them. As she blushed a bit Kimi wasn't watching where she was stepping and stumbled on something hard. "Oof" As she glanced down at what she tripped on she noticed its a chest."Well it you take a look at that? You wanna open it?" Kimi asked Hestia.

Her name is Fran, she practically takes care of the house while im gone." Kimi continued giving a soft smile while also holding back some laughter from teasing Hestia. "If you'd like you can move in with me also, it saves you the time from trying to earn some col. I also have a studio you can use while we are there." Kimi continued walking forward deeper into the desert. It seemed as if it would take some time before they actually reach where the sand shark noodle is.

"Trust me, I normally do whatever I want. Im not to bother by anything else." Kimi said with a reassuring voice. As Kimi continued forward she watched as Noodle kept swimming alongside them with Kuro just above flying. "Look at that. Kuro's probably flying because the sand is hot and Noodle is enjoying his... Swim, must be cold down there." Kimi said to herself as she watched the two follow along. Kimi turned her attention to what Hestia was saying about having the houses together with their other guild mates. "Well personally it think its really cool to do that, but i like to have it a bit separate since it gives us a reason to travel floor to floor. I don't know i think it would just be nice to have that floor spacing. Also since we can have guild meet up's at different peoples houses. We can talk to Jomei about it, im pretty sure he will like the idea." 

Kimi saw that Hestia had a few rough moment there following the second bite, "Probably had something to do with the poison." Kimi went up to Hestia really quick and have her a tight hug, "You looked like you struggled back there for a moment. Just know you can talk to me whenever and i will try my best to help you." Kimi finished the hug with a small kiss to her cheek, "Thanks for protecting me." Kimi let recover for a bit as she looked around to see if there was anything in this space that the danger noodle was guarding. As Kimi walked around shifting through the sand and rocks Kimi noticed that in between a stacked boulder was a chest, "Hey Hestia look what I found! Here how about you open it. Its the least i can do since you took on the poison from the snake."
