Yes, Hercules had to cauterize the wound to prevent it. But what I mean is, this one has 4, not 9, a Hydra has 9 heads to begin with, not 4, unless this one heads are going to grow back. Then you need to kill the center one, to kill the thing off.

Oh wait never mind, I looked up the Hydra from Dragons Dogma. Ok, I remember now.
