Hearing the roars of the king talking over and booming  over by the players he just shrugs his shoulders and continuing to enjoy the free food that is being layed out for him to enjoy as he then glances towards the players in his group and just shouts encouragingly towards the player. You all got this! Just continue fighting and you'll eventually clear them out i have faith in you! He shouts over towards his teammates with a grin upon his face as he sees the spear land in front of him as he gets up and inspects the thing curiously. Seeing that instead of it being a spear it is specifically more so a harpoon as he nods his head at that and just thumbs up towards the enemies. Got the message this merchant won't help my team. Never planned to begin to do so since i have no sword arts at all. He shouts towards the mobs knowing the other players can hear him perfectly and everything he says.

He nods his head remaining quite particularly about the relationship part feeling for at least himself he wouldn't find anybody like that within this game, and maybe not even in the real world. However, the hands of fate are quite strange sometimes so he doesn't know where they may lie, but he is doubtful of the outcomes that could occur. Well about my partner he is a rather tall man. A simple way to describe him in combat and appearence is a moving fortress of strength and defenses trust me from that description alone if i had a set of players shown to you. You could very easily point him out from the rest of them. He says with a chuckle knowing that his partner is a rather stand out character among others due to how he is built. Gazing forward he sees that they are entering the town he just glances towards Bahr and extends a hand. How about this i'll get my associate of mine and we'll go do a quest of any kind. You two can choose it for all i care since i am only there for the materials that can be found and unidentified gear that could be had.

He chuckles a bit at the answers his partner gives towards him as he shakes his head in amusement closing his eyes for a brief moment while doing so since the man has a sense of humor that he can appreciate at the very least alongside his strength and defense that the game gives him. Please if they tried to make a newer model of you. I think i'd be working with titans, and giants like from the stories and myths of the real world. He says jokingly back towards his partner and then thinks upon that answer of heading back towards a home and having a rather nice sounding meal. I'll take you up on that offer Alec. A home cooked meal sounds like it would be rather wonderful to have. He says politely to the man with a smile upon his face as the duo find themselves in front of a door. A twin set of doors firmly shut seemingly along with being made of literal stone with depictions of not just the singular minotaur we had seen but a literal army. Along with this  five possible taller minotaurs holding various items. Pendant, horn, armor, sword, and a crown. The door being smooth no engravings into it, and when touched would open up to see the rather seemingly normal just mat black pendant sitting upon a pedestal.

So there is a quest to meet some NPC to teach you how to train these creatures which is as simple as accepting a quest for it. That then involves training these beasts with another quest  seemingly. Well then got it. He says nodding his head at that when hearing that as they travel deeper into the twisting paths of the maze as he keeps his wits about him for the trouble that could be around the corners of this maze. Since weather as thundering as the first minotaur like beast or maybe  something more graceful is hidden. Either way there is something else in this maze probably and he wouldn't want to make it his enemy and rather hide where he can do so to avoid the dangers that would be sent his way. So then Alec after this quest what are your plans? He asks curiously towards the more sturdier player between the two of them which now that he takes note of it. Is rather comical to say the least between rather tall man who is muscular, and the non muscular slightly shorter businessman. With the taller muscular one holding axe and shield, and himself looking as threatening as a newborn kitten.

Nope i don't have anybody like that honestly i am just a man with a simple profession that is all there is to it really i don't have anything like a love interest awaiting me on the other side back in the real world. He says towards the man known as Bahr with a smile upon his face as the end of the forest slowly comes into view as it breaks out into the wide sprawling fields with the town within the distance as he nods his head at the sight of it knowing that it means that they are almost done with this quest and for himself means he can go back and identify some gear, or maybe even do a bit more questing with this man and Alec for a conjoined adventure in doing a slightly more difficult quest within a reasonable amount of time for the duo of actual fighters. 'Meanwhile i would just be benefiting off their success while i just rack up as much money and materials as i can for myself to make a small fortune where i can do so.'

Hearing his companions offer he looks up towards the sky in thought of that since it is a rather valid option that could be rather useful for him in some fashion to have a hound to find the materials for him would definitely be useful. I haven't really thought of a familiar since it seems like it would take a bit to housebreak a familiar in any fashion in my opinion especially any searching hound or eagle to know where to sleep and such on top of that. Unless the animals in this game are more tame because of their coding? He asks curiously towards the man with a bit of curiosity as he glances towards the bear that is walking along with the duo as the strange nature of these famiiar things that are being mentioned come to mind. That even the most powerful of beasts are willing to work alongside the players. It'll be something to consider most definitely if these familiars are as useful as you say they are Alec.

He chuckles a bit hearing what his bodyguard had been missing from the real world as he can definitely see how one can misinterpret what his words actually means as he pets the man upon the shoulder slightly before looking towards him with a smile upon his face. Sounds like you don't miss woman, sounds like you miss this lady who was going to be your girlfriend, is your girlfriend, or maybe even a fiance. He says towards the red clothed wearing man with a amused look within his eyes as he continues walking alongside this man as they make their way through the forest as the businessman himself just enjoys taking his idle time to move through this land. having always wanted to go hiking which fom the real world it was due to a lack of time, and now in this game it is because a simple hiking trip could lead to ones death from ravenous beasts who would want to murder all in their path due to their coding.

He chuckles at the man's words before shaking his head as he gets down onto one knee taking out a golden key while doing so as he opens up the chest and its loot becomes revealed towards the duo of players. You know Alec i would say maybe, but i believe in the fact that nothing is real in this game that i will be able to avoid the whole breaking or spraining something during my stay within this game's metaphorical prison cell. For now though we did manage to get some decent loot of which i can only hope it'll spring forth in the hopes of us getting a rather nice unique armor or shield for the sake of you using it or me selling it towards some player in need. he says towards the man s he stashes the new gear that he can identify along with the materials as he sends the mats over towards Alec as compensation. Lets continue moving forward then.

He chuckles a bit in a mixture of polite laughter and embarrassment from the fact that he had been worried over the fact hat a beast could overcome his bodyguard Alec. Which as far as he is concerned was seen as a valid attempt to run from the danger that was showed right before him. The dangers of this game not being one he cares to go and face off against in any capacity, maybe view and enjoy for his amusement, but never partake in for the sake of his own life being put in danger. 'Death is not a maker that i wish to see any time soon.' He thinks to himself as he gazes towards the taller man and just grins and gestures for him to continue to lead the way. By all means please continue to lead us along the way Alec. Time is of the essence since i wouldn't want to face another of those creatures and we are here only for the pendant that lays within these halls somewhere. he says towards the man as dagger then kicks something creating a loud metalic clanging noise as he curses silently to himself.

What do i miss about the real world? He says softly the question being simple in nature and one where many people should be able to answer possibly off the top of their head, and yet it is something that is rather interesting to think about. Since what does he actually miss about the real world? he stands there in silence as his mind shifts from one thing to the next trying to find something he genuinely misses about the outside world that isn't this video game that has become his personal living hell that he has been trapped inf or years by now. I think the thing i miss is being able to help people with their problems. People in my profession back in the real world are lacking numbers as is, so to lose one while that is just one college student still hurts overall since i lose business. I lose patients who need help. Genuine help. To overcome their pain and challenges they are facing everyday. I miss being able to help them have a better chance of survival everyday. He says simply as he looks towards the ground not wishing to think about the many who could be needing his help but forced to live not receiving it. As he can only hope they found another to take care and help them through their mental problems.

Just grinning when hearing the angry words shouted towards him by the girl with the axe doing all of the work he just waves over towards her with a smile across his face that is unseen by this point as he continues to enjoy the wonderful snack and picks up a small decoration. A nice trinket of two starts with starlight dripping down from them as he puts it on with a smile upon his face. I think i'll enjoy having this trinket for myself. IT'll make for a nice future thing if i can sell it for some profit. Then glancing towards the girl he just grins towards her and nods his head. Well ma'am i would say that i would like to help but i sadly have no equipment to aid me in a fight! I have only my defensive stats since i am not a fighter! I am simply a man who wishes to observe the wonders of this whole combat thing you do against these mobs miss! He shouts towards the girl with a grin across his face as he rests upon his spot just watching the festival happen in full.

Setting himself down he nods towards his bodyguard and starts the identifying of his gear and smiles when he sees what gets handed towards him as he goes over the consumables first since they could be the most useful towards his friend in their future endeavors. Going over each item he immediately spots the usefulness of the gear. better sight and better damage guranteed. well then seems like you were once more a rather lucky man Alec. May you continue to hand me these and i can continue creating more for you to use. He says with a smile.

Making his way away from all the fighting he rests peacefull at one of the stands that had been selling food before the whole travesty of the water based creatures had taken a hold of this wonderful festival. While he may have been a merchant as well it was at the very least good use of his time now as he can make use of all the stalls that he had taken account of while waiting for a player or two to maybe take interest in him shouting out deals before the event. Gazing towards the people fighting the giant fish and sees that they all seem to be doing fine from where he can see. Only a few people being hit and they seemingly are getting back up quickly. Gazing towards the next group he sees them fighting bipedal fish creatures and surviving once more with practiced ease if not for the fact his bodyguard and another are seemingly unable to move from the fact they hadn't moved in quite a bit. Then he glances towards his group and just grins to himself. You're all doing wonderful continue to knock them sky high! He calls over towards his team and the other who had made up the pack to take out the small quadrupedal amphibians.

Taking a bite from a nice takoyaki he continues to watch the fighting progress with a happy smile across his face enjoying the luxury of not doing any work where he can get it. The merchant just looks towards the sky with a smile. Life is so much more relaxing when you can have people deal with the threats rather then get you own hands dirty with fighting.

Description:  A spear whose bladed end is able to cut through metal and wind as easy as it is paper. The design of the blade being sleek  to cut down on air resistance and the metal that it is made of being of the stronger but lighter types. Not as sturdy as other makes, but its strength and speed makes up for it.

Setting himself down he gets to identifying the spear that gets set in front of him as his hand gently goes along the metal of the weapon checking the details of it for any hints of what could be its specialty .After a few minutes of inspection the details get layed before him as he nods his head as he looks from the weapon towards the girl who had entered his shop to get it identified. The Precise Piercer a blade specialized in piercing through metal as it does through cutting through the air. Decent enchantments not perfect, but decent if you like to hit things young lady. He says as he tosses the spear back to her with a nod of his head. I am sorry to say no unique enchantments were found though seems i have lost my touch in that regard.

Letting out a cough into his hand he straightens out his clothes and dusts them off from having thrown himself to the ground as he then looks towards his compatriot hiding the astonishment in his eyes of having cleared a foe of such size, and seemingly it had strength on it as well. Clearing his throat he looks towards Alec and says rather calmly much to his credit. I figured you could handle such a foe my good sir, but i didn't expect you to be as quite unmovable as you had been against it thus i had moved myself from that to avoid taking damage from the foe. Though i am quite surprised you were able to dispatch such a creature with very little effort. Truly you are a tank of rather great strength when compared to these quests. He says with a smile upon his face and a nod of his head as Dagger then sticks to walking side by side with Alec. Knowing at the very least nothing should have the strength to be able to move this seemingly unmovable statue of a fighter.

With a amused chuckle he pats the back of Bahr with a sympathetic gaze as he makes his way in the direction of the exit having found the sight unfortunate most certainly, but amusing nonetheless. Making his way through the forest he looks back towards his traveling companion with a obvious ever so slight smile across his face while doing so. SO then mister Bahr would you like to work alongside myself and a associate that i know that would be immensely helpful is allowing yourself to level up and thus be a greater...fighter. I can promise the mats and col shall be aplenty if we all work together in the long run. He says with a slight pause to find the best word that he could use since it is rather strange trying to find a way to describe progress in this game in any meaningful way. Due to the simple nature of one's own skills very rarely improve themselves when its the game basically moving them through the combat of this for their survival. To dodge yes is their own merit with a little assistance by the game, but the strength of attacks and the accuracy to land it was moved by the game.

Gazing down the hall he quickly produces another glowstone and tosses it towards the creature and has just enough time to simply say before the moment of beast meeting his bodyguard. Well then. That is most certainly not a bulldog. The loud clang of flesh meeting metal and the sight of his bodyguard being affected by the impact causes the merchant to hit the ground by jumping right at it for cover as if a aerial bombing had just occurred as he gets back up onto his feet and backs up away from the fight of man vs beast knowing better then to get involved during this fight since it'll lead to his doom if he does so. I believe you got this mister Alec I am just going to be over here. he says with a slight cough hiding the slight bit of panic he had from that moment as best as he is able to do so. Not use to being this close in the fact of combat as he gets to view the fight from up close rather then from a very safe distance of farming mats in the surrounding area. When checking back he sees that the moment of panic had caused him to see things as instead of his bodyguard being affected it seems he was in a entire stalemate. 'I guess this is why i'm not a fighter.' he thinks to himself as he can feel the thumping of his virtual heart. the reality of him most likely not handling that sort of pressure becoming apparent.

That is a deal that i can agree on mister Bahr. He says calmly and shakes the hand of the man knowing that in the long run 50/50 won't be a bad deal for himself since the quests will only get harder, and thus the split of materials that he will gain from this and the dangers that this man will put himself through. Will end up favoring him more so then this red cloaked stranger whom has become another at least temporary bodyguard or adventuring companion with whom he could probably ask his bodyguard alec to help along so the duo can be a trio. One whom in theory should be rather good at whatever it is that they shall set out to do in terms of completing quests or figuring out any goals that hey will wish to achieve. 'one step at a time dagger. you're getting ahead of yourselves. Babysteps. Gain trust. See if not crazy. Work alongside this man with Alec.' he thinks to himself to corrct hsi thinking onto the correct track instead of too far off into the future.

He chuckles at the words of his friend as they make their way through the maze as Dagger himself uses his glowstone like Alec as a torch in the manner of illuminating the area as they proceed deeper into the maze every so steadily and carefully. Catching the sight of his companion raising his shield he just nods his head expecting the worse to come as he keeps one eye and sense backwards to detect if anything would try to blindside them from behind since it would certainly not be a good time for himself if a creature slammed in from behind. Since he wouldn't have any damage to give or any defensive qualities to protect him and save his own life since he is wearing vanity clothing and his lucky pin that is the symbol of his shop. SO then Alec what are the chances of us running into these Hoyas by this point do you think? He decides to ask to humor the chances of meeting one via the turning wheel of fate since as they say. Speak of the devil and they shall appear.

He grins as a twinkle of amusement sparks in his eyes as he hears the phrase that the man before him had said since it has been quite a bit since someone said those words towards himself. "getting my cut." finally someone who can understand a bit of business and knows that he could've been gypped out of the reward from their little gathering to do this quest. Looking towards the red coat wearing man he just nods his head towards his request. That makes sense i made you fight all the mobs and had to farm the rewards. It's only fair that you get some kind of work from what i had been doing for the little adventure outside of the town. The question is. How much are you expecting? He asks curiously towards the man before him with a slightly raises eyebrow as he continues walking towards the town since walking while talking with the man. He hits the accept button on a friend request since it will make getting into contact easier then mindlessly wandering.

Looking towards Alec he raises an eyebrow at his choice of words as they start to descend into the maze. Dagger himself taking out a glowstone one of the many he had bought for himself to level up his merchant profession as he takes out two and cracks them to activate their glowing properties. Well to begin with Alec. There is a skill that allows you to see in the dark it comes with the searching skill if you get a certain level of talent with it that it unlocks a subsection of it type of thing. Though since we're here now proceed with caution we don't know the strength of the quest upon this floor, and i've heard there are higher tiered quests upon lower floors. I don't know this quest's reputation of strength. He admits having not been one to care much for quest information gathering, but the knowledge of businesses and how they are going is one of which he had payed a close eye to since it is his business to know such information to gain a advantage himself.

He chuckles a bit at the words that get spoken to him as he just nod his head in agreement a rather genuine smile upon the merchant's face. I would have to agree to you since if that place looked like paradise that means it is hiding a much darker secret then any other floor whom had come before it, and thus deserves to have players just blast through it then never touched again for all of our safety more so then anything else. He says in a amused tone of voice while walking around as the fog continue to condense getting thicker but only staying just below the knees of Dagger himself as he gazes towards the direction of where this maze was meant to be. Not knowing the exact location, and certainly not knowing where he was meant to go to try and enter into said maze or if the forest itself counted as the maze. However, eventually the duo would come across a opening in the ground. Stone steps overtaken with vines and other plant life reveals itself towards the duo.

He nods his head at the synopsis by his bodyguard as the duo make their way through the forest as he leads Alec towards their destination which is just promptly deeper into the forest of the third floor where fog starts to rise up and obscure the path that the duo would be walking along. Supposedly in this forest is the entrance to the thing. Supposedly screams had been heard during the night and that is what the quest prompter had mentioned when partaking in this quest of the beast of the forest. Which players say is this Hoya creature that we are meant to fight. He says as he blocks out the thoughts of what that would sound the like. The screams of terrified people having to fight a beast of a hound that would tear them into pieces seemingly if their are screams being reported by the NPCs. 'Every floor has its problems seemingly.' He thinks to himself as he starts to wonder if there is just a floor that can be peaceful for him to reside on and rest.

He nods his head at that as he looks towards his protector when he asks for the clarification of what the quest parameters. You'd be correct Alec that we have to go through a maze first things first, and then fight a thing called a Hoya, and then we take the loot and then leave while hopefully not engaging in combat with more then one of these creatures. He says in calm tone of voice towards his protector while moving along with him towards the quest destination walking at a rather calm pace as he starts scanning the forest's floor right away for any and all materials that he can get since money is money and it will make his business go round.  Though supposedly the Hoya's are trying to find you in this maze as well when you step into it so there is that factor that it is possible we might just run into one or both of them at any point. He says towards Alec as for once his luck fails him in spotting a material.
