Examples: Nightcore Basshunter Cascada S3RL DJ Satomi MixieMoon Italo Brothers Stuff like that. Also kick in a bit of Kajiura Yuki and you found my tastes too. Since I'm bipolar, it really varies. Even this new wave of post-Hardcore bullsh** that has taken over most airwaves. I was raised on Metallica, Def Leopard, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Megadeath, even Anvil. A few bands now that I like though -Five Finger Death Punch -Pantera -Ozzy -Disturbed -Steel Panther -TENACIOUS D (NEVER say a word about the D) -Anthrax -Slayer -Atreyu -Avenged Sevenfold -Bullet for My Valentine -Coheed and Cambria -The Darkness -A Day to Remember -DETHKLOK -Device -Godsmack -Halestorm -Iron Savior -Judas Priest And many more. Now don't get me wrong, I am a roadie, I work for any musician, anywhere, anytime...but I am PAID to do that. I will work Metal fo' free. GODS OF METAL UNITE!!!! Shallow lyrical content from artists like lil wayne, nikki minaj, kendrick lamarr, all those people that all my friends listen to disgust me because all they rap about is sex, money, and drugs. That an if the lyrics have no effort in them waht so ever like "Started from the bottom", guh. So gross. However rappers that actually are coherent like Eminem, Macklemore, Hopsin, etc are ones I don't have a problem with. At the end of the day, rap is just poetry with a beat to it.
