The lid popped open an inch or two, and Shield immediately frowned, looking over the contents. "Never mind. I retract my statement" He clicked the button to collect the contents and turned his back on the chest. "Well, I appreciate your invitation. I may make good on that, but I'm still not entirely sure just how 'back' I am just yet. It was good to see both of you, though. Take care and be safe." With that, Shield gave a nod of farewell and made for the exit. The tunnels were second nature to him now, even with the many forks and twists and turns that eventually led him to Tomoika. The little mining town was busy with its NPC activity, but Shield suspected that most of the players were out gathering like he and the others had been.
