A heart made manifest as it would wind and draw against that tide of existence, finding a newfound strength as it would continue to cry out. The gentle crunch of a stampede. The man was just so solely glad to be out of the house. A maroon colored jacket, almost appearing unfit for the encounter soon to follow. Long turquoise colored jeans that fall easily over pointed toe boots. His polearm, a long rod that drooped long past his height sat limply across his upper back. Ran long horizontally from shoulder to shoulder with a fair two feet on each side. Arms dangle over the top, further broadcasting how comfortable the man felt. Where the rest of his group was so on edge, so wound up he was not. After all, it was in his opinion that they were far too bent out of shape about the unknown and needed to follow where the wind would take them. But he'd long forgotten to approach that battle, for the guild really had a habit of taking things a bit too seriously. A flash of yellow light not unlike the very sun that hung so constantly overhead. The blazing trail of his movement would leave a tunnel of sand made cloud, as the very flag upon his back would match his aggression in sporadic waves. That blade finds purchase upon a hardened red carapace, cleaving through clean as the weapon he had adorned was hardly up to the same heft as his other. What it lacked in weight it more then made up for in sharpness, and all of his training with the black star had made it ruthless. A vorpal sheer of jagged flesh made shrapnel, the boss is dropped so easily upon its side. The squishy white bottom, not nearly as durable as its top was laid bare. The rest of the team would have easy pickings at its vitals. The creatures abdomen explodes out in a spray of stardust, offering even more of its gummy white insides to be exposed to air. The thing would billow and steam, conveying just how much hotter its insides were, but the hint of something at its edges would become apparent. Crystals of frost would begin to form, helping themselves like creeping death as it traced its way inside like rain from a gutter. As it would, bits of its armor would continue to crumble away and that tiny little bar of its would follow hand in hand. A slide to a halt sees the girls momentum slow, evidently ending in a few steps at its climax. The katana in her hand turned around and slid back into its sheathe, as the damage sets in with the action. A massive chunk of its bar vanishes in an instant, leaving not much more until it would expire. A clap like thunder, as his shield connects and with one fell motion his right arm extends. That small unassuming hammer, no bigger then three inches in length, comes down with enough force to crack and concave the beasts remaining armor, sending most to the heavens to fall like raindrops. His hand opens, as he'd lift a foot and press it into that exposed and volatile flesh using both hands to hold it down. One after another in dedicated strikes, an unending assault upon their wary foe that had bitten off more then it could chew. They were becoming refined and honed to a lethal fine point. Moreover their minds were starting to become more solidified, unified despite their differences. That weapon of his is thrust straight into the heavens, and he follows suit without issue. The winds grow to support him, slowing his fall down to nigh impossibility. That spear is raised high above his right shoulder, and in response it flares and magnifies with an horrifying power. Erupting into a screaming streak of silver white light, so bright that looking upon it directly would leave one blind. His shoulder cocks back, winding up for the stroke of genius. His body shifts, his right shoulder leading the sling as its fired from him like a meteor. The sky tears, the ground shakes and his assistant only has but a mere moment to see themselves safe. It detonates, in a blast so great that once it clears more then half of their opponent no longer seems to be. A single claw, and five legs remain as it flounders in a gruesome portrayal of weakness and fear. When the dust clears, there isn't much of her opponent left. It was helpless and legitimately on its last legs. Celeste would grin and start to run, when abruptly the gift from Gabrandr would oblige her intention. Her body twists into a translucent bluish glow, as if glass. Moreover the shape seems to stop moving but fires these strands of cobalt that draw her path within a blink of an eye. In a mere second she was airborne, and that cleaver of hers drops like a hammer. The maelstrom of cobalt blue fire to which there was no resistance, the flames of fate bestowed upon her by her inheritance would erase the beachfront once more. The blazing causes the sand in the air to polish into shards of glass, and the very ground beneath them all to transition the same. A pop proves its destruction, as her weapon carves clean through and slams into the glass below causing it to fracture. It lingered through the tiny morsels who had thought themselves clear, hoping to turn upon the party the moment they would be given the chance. But they were offered no respite as three of many find themselves frozen solid and there health began to widdle away. "Clear." Setsuna would bark the simple relay toward her compatriots, as they'd all continue to fan out along the beachfront. Meanwhile, the girl would turn and finish the job with another concise swipe of her blade. They crack like a fracture on a mirrors surface, before shattering into a pile of frozen rubble. Tucking it under his arm, he'd dab at the back of his neck with a white rag from a back on his back waist. Out of the corner of his eye, he'd barely catch movement. "Ey." The smith barks with a heavy tone toward his companions. Toward the water he points as they realize they'd been caught and begin to fan out just like the players. That hammer is dropped and he grabs the slack chain, whipping it around in one quick clockwise sweep over his head. He casts it off like the line of a fishing pole, continuing his turn sending the thing roaring through the air like a whip. It slams into a handful but the others continue to wander away. He hardly had the same traveling speed as the others, but despite that he'd try anyway. Replacing his helmet, he'd start to hoof it. Reaching into a dimensional pocket, her arm glows in a silver white light as most of it vanishes out of sight. A few seconds in and out it comes, revealing a small bottle with a very round bottom. "Down you go." The woman remarks, pulling the plug and pouring but a single drop upon the sand. It would begin to bubble, stirring itself softly as it would create the oddest colored purple slurry. Corking it back, the woman tosses it back over her shoulder as that same pocket seems to appear just in time to catch it. "Now we wait." She'd quip to herself, as the secret wasn't as dire as they'd be led to believe. "Yeah Yeah, got them old timer." She'd bark back in response and drop the hammer of that weapon, and start to drag it through the screwed up terrain. Right through the little pack, at the end of her rush she'd twist and rip the weapon upward. The creatures caught where it is upheaved are equally dispersed. They are flung like a shotgun blast out toward the sea at high speed. Celeste presses her hand to the ridge of her brow, shielding her eyes from the sun to get a clearer view. They slam into the water with enough force to basically make it concrete, shown by the little blue flashes way off in the distance. "Got um." She'd offer unknowing that there were two trailing behind her feet, tip toeing as to not be discovered by her. Down the rabbit hole into wonderland, she knew fully where she was headed. A soft splash as she would start to look around the place, even lifting that little light of hers up to provide light to them all as they'd splash in one after another. "I knew it." Finding freaky faced gelatinous foes beginning to form up around them. The cast iron walls and giant wooden rod would likely be some inclination to the smarter among them where they were. Even the floor was the same rounded metal, and Morrighan couldn't shake off her fond memories of this place. But someone had let it sit for far too long, mainly an abysmally poor host. Such a waste of such a fantastic place. Thankfully she had brought just the utensils to clear this mess.
