“Thank you old friend,” saying as a hand patted down his large nose. A metallic silver horse with flames of white for what would normally be hair. A hoof stomps against the sands with a snorting sound while smoke comes out from his nose. Finally got one of many pets of hers back, Morrighan had a feeling she was going to find another one today. The location was unknown, it was like the cardinal system was hiding them behind codes that she hadn’t gone through yet. Morrighan was going to try something different today. For her the group goes wherever she wants them to be. What if one of the others opened the map? Were they preset locations and she had just been ruining her chances of finding her pets all this time. There was only one way to figure it out. “I'll find you in a bit, stay close ok,” saying as the horse rears up onto his back legs, landing solid on all 4 legs beginning to run into the tree lines.

Scrambling down the stairs quickly, there was music going. He had to pause for a moment, was that Sam just singing? Shaking his before grabbing Eruda hand and twirling her a few times before dipping her with a huge smile. She was giggling softly as Raidou placed his palm gently against her cheek. Tucking her hair behind the ear, softly dragging his thumb down her face. “I will be home as soon as I can, I love you.” Eruda nods her head as he pulls her into a kiss.

Closing the door behind him, taking a deep breath. If he didn’t leave right now, then he didn’t think he actually would. He would join the group and get today over with. He still thought that Nisahime was hiding something, it was like she was avoiding their questioning about it. That or she really didn’t know. Maybe today would prove to be different.

Sitting on a thick branch, one leg up as he blade lays limply on her other thigh. A soft white cloth rubs against the metal, it sparkles in the morning sunlight. She hears something in the distance, an animal, one that her friends only reenacted out. The thing that she remembered the most was the sound that they made. Eyes gaze around slowly and find it to be Nisahime’s horse. It was a bit strange, it was nothing like they had described. This one was made of silvered metal with white flames for their hair. Freezing more than normal, it started walking up to her. She was unsure what to do, did she put her hand out and risk getting bit or wait for the thing to fully come to her. She waited and he came up to her, putting a hand out toward it. A small inhale as his nose touched her palm, she gave a small gasp. At the corner of her eyes to the right she could see others starting to arrive. She would wait for them to all get here.

-Clank Clank Clank-

he was finishing up a project that he started earlier this morning. He only gets a few hours of sleep, there is a lot of work to be done in the shop. Setting the metal in a cooling bin. Glancing at the time on the HUB, it was time to go. He was meeting the group today again, he just wanted to make sure that he got some work done today. He had plans with the girls at the burger place. They hadn’t been there in a while, it was about time to go see an old friend.

Walking the beaten familiar path through the sands, it was clear that this might be like any other day. This only thing that seems to be different in these events is where Morrighan brings them after the fight with the crab and the tiny critters. Guess he would have to see where exactly that was.

One plate set on the table with silverware on either side. A mug just to the empty right, empty because he didn’t want the coffee to get cold before she could get to it. With that there was a fresh pot made. Freya never really liked the tea and that was okay, it wasn’t for everyone. On the white plate, Banana Pancakes with Strawberry slices are placed neatly in a circle in the middle of the stack. A medium sized dollop of whipped cream finished the meal. A small container with a pouring nozzle for the butter syrup. On a side plate there are a few eggs with melted shredded cheese and bacon/sausage. In the middle of the table, a vase full of a dozen red roses. 

Standing back to look at what he had done, Freya had made breakfast everyday for weeks now because he was too busy with the group. He wanted to do something for her for once. Finding a quick piece of paper and a pen, writing I love you, setting it right under the coffee cup. The kids were in the room with Freya sleeping with the door closed, there was no chance that they could mess this up. Shutting the front door with a smile, he was off to meet the group in the sands.

In two days they went from having a ten man crew to five. They needed more people that were not such dumb asses or lazy and she was by no means a people person. The recruiting would be Lium's job, somehow he really did have a way with people. Question is why was he sticking around if they were such polar opposites. She was so angry all the time and could outburst at any time from anything, but Lium was always so calm and collected.  It wasn’t that he just wanted to live on a ship. Curiosity gets stuck in her head as she thinks about why he was okay with having the orange marker. He seemed like such a nice go getter guy so why was it that he was sitting here in this place taking care of the ship with a PKer marker floating over his noggin. Shaking her head, it started to hurt a bit as she started heading to the sandy area where she was meeting the others. It was a short jaunt, her home was parked just a few yards away.

Seeing her Mare find the ice girl and all the others show their faces it was time to start. Putting two fingers between her lips with a whistle, Morrighan horse comes running. This allows the girl to know the crab was coming soon. Brushing her hand down the nose of the metal, with her other set of fingers, she would snap and the giant creature comes out from the ground splashing water everywhere. It was interesting to see Setsuna’s reaction with her pet. That girl has never shown a real interest in anything that wasn’t that blade or hers or killing her target when needed. That girl was really good at her current job but something had to give, this group taught her that. Being a robot is boring, at least that is what Morrighan has been being told. It would take time to conquer but only if she tries. Morrighan whispers something to her horse before it goes trotting away.

Feeling the ground shake, he knew that the grab was here. Taking his blade out as he rushes toward the target. He wanted to be the first to attack, mainly because he didn’t want the others to get touched. Shoulder checking the thing, causing it to turn. Raidou uppercuts its face, shifts his blade around and stabs down through the shell. Pulling his weapon out of the creature, it falls to its underbelly and doesn’t get up. Readjusting his positioning, pulling his sword up in a defensive ark. He would be ready if the thing got up and started attacking. It was weird though, they always seemed to get it down just in time and the crab itself never actually gets to hit. The group was getting so strong and he couldn’t be prouder. It was turning out to be a real blood bath without the blood. Glancing back at the team, they were still running this way.

Seeing the horse leave, it was almost sad. Even if it didn’t look like what her friends explained, it sounded the same. Shaking her head swiftly, unsure what this feeling was. Quickly locating her target, dashing into the sands toward the enemy. Striking fast and hard, leaving her large gashing mark on the length of the creature. The others would see a mist appear in front of their path, when running though it they would feel chills down their spins. The injury was spiraling white fog out of it which was being sucked up by the winds that started to pick up. Perched on one of the top branches of the tree’s, she had to hold the trunk with a single hand to ensure that she wasn’t going to fall. She had really great balance but that meant nothing if she was swept up by a tornado given her weight. Eyes fall on the horse by Nisahime, she would listen and wait for another opportunity to strike.

As he runs toward the enemy, they could feel the ground shake beneath their feet. With a sliding halt he flings his hammer outward and it smashes hard against the shell. It started to splinter like a spiderweb all the way across before shattering it into nothing. All that was left was the crab with no shell. That had never happened before, there were always a few smacks or stabs to the armor that the crab had on but it never actually exploded off. Celeste did break it into pieces last time but this was a solid frame that shatters off the creature that is somehow still alive. Wrapping the chain around his arm, rolling the tool back to him. Grasping it back into his hands, he started backing up. This next attack that he gave out was going to hurt more than this last one, he would make sure of it. To do this he had to create distance between him and the creature.

The winds started to pick up, he pulled it around him. It was like he was charging himself while letting Brionac charge and figure out if he was ready to attack yet. His arm jerks out open handed as that spear appears. Taking a hold, a huge gust shoves him forward. They were too strong to keep ground so he went with it. Gliding quickly toward the huge crab, pointy end at the enemy. Upon impact it reels back or rather is pushed back from the forge of the plunge. Pulling it out quickly, he was trying to figure out why the sudden control of power. How did the winds just take over like that, trying to figure out if it was ever going to be possible to control that. Hopping backward, he didn’t want to be in freezing distance or the angry redhead’s way. Glancing around, he could see a horse in the distance. That caught him off guard, he had yet to see one of those in this world. The closest that had been seen was a few deer.

The last to make an attack, sliding and jumping onto the crabs back that had no shell. It was very clear where she had to attack. Chopping deep within the veins on top of the creature, it wailed in pain and like a horse it started rapidly moving around trying to buck her off. She decided to jump off before that happened. It kept jumping an inch off the ground as it ran halfway across the sanded floors just to get away. “I guess he didn’t like his acupuncture treatment,” shrugging her shoulders. She was standing still now watching the creature fling itself around the sandy floors. It was kicking the sands everywhere. She had to cover her face and back up so that she didn’t get it in places she didn’t want it. The crab was getting further and further away, whatever would they do? Celeste would get ready to charge right for the thing, she couldn’t believe she was waiting to blast this creature away.

The tower of a man knew exactly what he was going to do, deep down he promised that it was going to hurt worse than the last one. Running toward it as it was actually running from him, this was sometimes half the fun. A challenge was more of what it was, the sake of having to work for what you got. Pulling that shield up as he bashes into the creature followed by a hammer smashing against his already tender sliced up places against its flesh. It starts to try limping the other way, “I wouldn’t do that if I was you.” It continued to clatter past Raidou toward Celeste but she was so fair. Why was it going after her, he was the one that hit it. Setting his hand on his helmet watching this thing walk by, he was very confused. Turning to follow, he sees Celeste charging back this way, this was going to be good.

Rushing toward the large thing at full force now, no hold bar. Slamming into the creature she cleaves it hard which turns into a spin creating a deeper carve. With an upcut as blood spray everywhere, going right into a jumping attack. Upon that last impact it finds the crab no longer living. She looks down at the red soaked red outfit. It looked pretty cool but if these clothes were left anywhere Lium would find them and wash them. He was becoming quite the neat freak. Celeste was sorta hoping that today would be an easy day just for once. There was some stuff that she wanted to do that didn’t involve killing a crab for the remainder of the day. Throwing the large blade up, holding it against her shoulder. She knew what came next so she would take time to glance around to find the tiny little critters.

*Combat End, Rhino's Horns and Troll's Blood Reset

Meandering around the beach the same as always, the woman seemed completely uninterested in all the little things the other players were focused on. Her own intentions seemed solely interested in her own affairs, one that she’d not readily share until she met the criteria to reach it. Down the lengths of beach, she'd stop and fold her arms. Staring intently at the ground before turning around and heading a few steps back and glancing down. It would appear as though she was staring through the sand or operating solely on vibes instead of her actual eyesight. The million yard stare plastered on her face would likely not inspire any form of confidence. Eventually she stops, and expresses in the simplest exclamation to the rest of the group. "Ah, there." she'd lean down and pick up a single weird looking brown piece of paper from beneath the sand. A crinkled up and ragged looking thing. Covered in symbols.

Setsuna was still a little absent minded, wrapping her head around the newly dismissed horse with a clear lack of focus. The beachfront springs to life as an array of tiny soldiers pop free from where Sand's claw fell and begin to scatter like cockroaches. With a quick flip of a switch, Setsuna twists and gestures with a flail of her arms, embarrassed a bit by the lack of realization. She'd point as they'd start to rush for any cover or crevice that they could make for. The little bastards were faster then most might be lead to believe something barely 6 inches tall could really be. Absurdly fast which they had no business being. The girl would scamper toward one trying to break its path, causing it to immediately redirect and start running north. A huff as she'd meander out of breath, what made these ones so much faster then usual?

Having his attentions pulled by Setsuna who started flailing around wildly in a way that seemed almost out of character, Raidou would push his glasses up his nose and follow her path. The little peons that always escaped after the crab fell, except these ones seemed to be on overdrive for some reason. Like little buzzing bees, they fled at breakneck speeds. Raidou is forced to start triggering skill after skill to close the gap, his veterancy even being stress tested by the little things. He manages to catch a fair portion of the little dorks as he blinds past in a red hued blur. The other chunk of the little squadron scatters away just as quickly, even going as far to start to spread out and make the players really work for it this time. The red wanderer slows to a stop, turning to halt the sheer volume of velocity that he'd expressed.

The dragoon would respond to the commotion finding the sheer volume of yelling and kicked up sand to actually be somewhat humorous. It was as if the beach had almost evolved into pure chaos, of players running around with itty bitty crabs leading the way. Looked almost like a scene from an episode of scooby doo. Widening his stance, his feet seek out the space just beneath his shoulders. He'd shut an eye to take aim, zeroing in on one of the little scurrying things. "Let it go." He'd quip toward Setsuna who was still chasing it around like a lunatic. The man would then lift his weapon up high, long ways over his right shoulder. Like a harpoon he whips his arm down and releases. The long rod galivants through the air and clips the little thing clean like a fish. "Nice" The man barks with a rip of his arm across his body in cheer.

*New Round, New Turn Order

Stopping dead as Gaius calls out to her, the pair of little crabs she was chasing back and forth continue to race away. Exhaling sharply, she'd take the moment to try and recover her energy. Seeing one of the two get skewered by that really long pole of his, that left one still hastily running. "You didn't hit both." The girl barked in disapproval, before inhaling sharply with a bit of irritation. Her lungs were already burning and now she had to close a newly created gap with this thing burning on the mega zoomies. Even better that it kept slipping into the trees, under logs and across rocks forcing her to run basically a glorified obstacle course. Eventually she starts to run out of steam, the little bastard leaving her in the dust as she ends up pushing her open palms into her kneecaps in an obvious displayed exhaustion.

As Setsuna would chew him out, then proceed to continue flailing around the joint like a psycho for a good while Gaius would move for his weapon and pluck it from the ground. A look up to his left into the sky, he cannot help but physically roll his eyes as the girl scampers to a stop right next to him and proceeds to keel over. "I told you I had it." He quips to her and receives the sharpened glare that could cut through even the thickest stone. "I'm taking this seriously don't worry. Chill." The irony was a little funny, but he wouldn't even allow his lips to crack a smirk. Spinning the weapon off to his left like a propeller on a plane, he'd stop it with a snap right above his shoulder again. A thrust and release sees it coast through the air like an arrow, clipping the thing clean with zero issue.
