Despite what many of you have heard. The official ruling is that Teayre is Alive, Manta, Ebony are dead. Manta's PK on Teayre is not legit and both have been placed on a ban.

Frankly the no pking should take place for all current threads still as I still see no real reason why one would cast an aoe spell in a boss fight.
