Well, you're losing out on the different mods for the different types of armor. I don't really think that you need to be skilled in wearing armor to use that type of armor. And Regen + Evasion are like ... opposites. Regen triggers if you get hit, Evasion makes sure you wont get hit.

that's right....but I read taht you must get a SP on this..
