I meant items in storage. Things we are not using but do not wish to sell. Would we have to get rid of those two?

No no if they are in storage/ in your inventory its practically limitless (within reason)

Like I have items in my journal that I don't have equipped, including weapons etc. As long as you don't try to equip it during a RP battle as its in your inventory. not on your person - you are good
